The pictures of the rooms don't do it justice. It is very nice. Our room was spacious. It had a jacuzzi tub and shower. Each room has a separate bathroom. There is a TV in each room. It is super quiet, another couple stayed there with us but we didn't know until the next morning when we met them at breakfast. The breakfast is top notch. We had crepes, cheese souffle, yogurt, bacon. It was all well worth it and we wish we could have stayed longer."

The home is 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath. It is an open concept for the main rooms of the home. Beautiful view of Lake Huron, while relaxing in the living room or even from the dining room while eating dinner. It is beautifully designed with a cabin feel inside. Outside there is a large backyard that goes out to the lake via a new large beach that is shallow enough for little ones to wade & swim. The water does get to 80 feet deep much further out and is fantastic for serious fishing - INCLUDING ICE FISHING! When the tide is out you can walk across the sand to Whites Tavern (Bar and Grill) and enjoy some food and drinks. When back at the home you can enjoy watching some television or play some board games at night and on clear nights you can go outside and look at the stars. Very peaceful property with gorgeous views!

Pets: 2 Dogs are welcome! Freshwater Vacation Rentals currently charges $75/per pet for your entire stay. Yes, we do accept dogs, yet we do ask that you please clean up after them both inside and outside the cabin. Plus, if you allow them on the furniture, we do ask that you please bring your own linens/blankets for them to sleep on. Just let us know which bed you will be using with them, and we'll make sure it is ready for your sheets when you arrive. Plus, if the pet hair starts to build, we do ask that you please run the vacuum. Generally, dogs love the water and places to explore. Pet food does tend to attract mice, so vigilance is needed. Seniors: Come one, come all! This space is great for those over 60. Sometimes when renting a home, you are never too sure about the terrain: is the home on top of a hill, is parking on a steep slope, are there 100 steps to the beach or the unit, etc. This home gets the FVR approval for the young at heart!

Snowmobiles: a person (resident and nonresident) that operates a snowmobile in Michigan is required to purchase a snowmobile trail permit. The trail permit enables snowmobilers to ride state-designated trails and thousands more miles of public roads and on public lands (where authorized). It is valid for one year, which begins Oct. 1 and ends Sept. 30 of the following year. State-designated trails are open Dec. 1-March 31 and grooming occurs when there is enough snow on the ground. - "I loved all the little things the owners set up. It was well equipped and comfortable. It is a home we will go to again for sure." - "It was an easy process from booking, to checking in to the stay and departure. We were in town for the weekend to attend an event in Frankenmuth. The commute between the rental and Frankenmuth was only about 15-20 minutes. There were several dine-in and carryout restaurants and a Walmart for groceries nearby. The rental was adorable and had everything we needed, including a welcome basket and water juice, etc in the fridge. The only additional thing I could have used was a digital clock in the bedroom, but that is just due to my OCD of needing to know what time it is when I wake up in the middle of the night. While it is only a one bedroom rental, the front room has a futon and they also provided a roll away bed and a privacy screen. That set-up was perfect as far as my daughter was concerned. She felt as though she had her own bedroom. I would definitely book again if I am in the area and highly recommend it to others."

1. ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF RISKS

Renter acknowledges that occupying the Property, particularly a lake house (waterfront property), involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

A. Water related activities: Drowning, slips, trips, falls, injuries while swimming, boating or using other watercraft or devices. Encounters with marine life resulting in injury or death.
B. Property conditions: Uneven terrain, docks, stairs, decks, potential for wildlife encounters, adverse weather conditions and the inherent dangers of a lake environment.
C. Activities: Injuries resulting from hiking, sports activities, orv activities or general use of the Property and its amenities.

Renter confirms they are aware of these risks and understand that this list is not exhaustive. Renter voluntarily assumes full responsibility for any and all risks of injury, death, or property damage sustained while in or upon the Property or participating in any activities on or near the Property.

2. RELEASE OF LIABILITY

Renter hereby releases, waives, discharges and covenants not to sue Owner or their agents, employees, successors and assigns (collectively, "Releasees") from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, losses, damages, expenses, costs or liabilities of any nature whatsoever, arising from or in connection with Renter's use of the Property, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), product liability or any other legal theory.

3. HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFICATION

Renter agrees to hold harmless, defend and indemnify Releasees from any and all claims, actions or losses for bodily injury, property damage, wrongful death,, loss of services or otherwise, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in connection with Renter's use of the Property. This applies even if the Releasees are negligent in whole or in part.

4. RENTER RESPONSIBILITIES

Renter agrees to:

A. Obey all applicable laws, regulations, posted rules and rules in the property listing on Rental Platform Website during the rental period.
B. Use the Property and its amenities responsibly and safely.
C. Take responsibility for any minors or their guests on the Property.
D. Report any unsafe conditions or concerns to the Owner immediately.

5. MEDICAL CARE AND INSURANCE

Renter acknowledges and understands that they are responsible for any medical expenses incurred due to injuries sustained while using the Property. Renter is advised to carry their own health and other insurance to cover such eventualities.

6. ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF UNDERSTANDING

Renter acknowledges that they have carefully read this Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims, Assumption of Risk and Indemnity Agreement and understand it's contents.

This agreement applies to and shall be effective and binding upon the Renter, their guests, their heirs,, assigns, personal representatives, estate and all members of their family, minors and others in their care, custody or control.

The Renter acknowledges that by booking/reserving/renting this Property the Renter and all parties in the booking agree to the Liability Waiver and to follow all the rules of the Property.

We're so happy to offer our home three blocks from the Loons Baseball Stadium and Downtown Midland. The camper sits on my property which is on the Kawkawlin River. You can Kayak to dinner or lounge in the pool. You can fish at the seawall. There are hammocks and plenty of chairs. A bonfire pit, barbecue and Blackstone are available. There is some thing for everyone.
The space
This is a 21 foot Keystone hideout camper with one queen bed and a dinette that turns into a twin. Both beds have memory foam toppers. There will be fresh linens for both beds, three pillows, three bath towels, and three washcloths. There is also a dish cloth and dish towel for the kitchen along with some pots and pans and cooking utensils.

Labor Day weekend: if you book the entire weekend, we will be having at least two cookouts/pool party/bonfire. It will be family friendly. You’re welcome to join us for whatever we’re putting on the grill as long as you let me know the day before so we have enough food for everyone. There will likely be at least one morning that we will put breakfast on the Blackstone. We have laying hens, so the eggs are fresh.

Twin raised panal bed, vanity, a unique space for you to relax with a semi private bath outside your room. Dresser, gliding chair and ottoman included. There is a Keurig in the kitchen and you're welcome to coffee tea, hot chocolate or oatmeal in the morning as well as bananas or apples in the copper bowl on the island. Space includes access to a semi private bathroom and use of a half bath on the main floor. For an additional $10 we can add small mattress. There is a gym/exercise room nearby at the Northwood campus for you to use for a nominal $6 charge. The information is in your rooms packet as well as Wifi and restaurant info. We have 3 cruiser bikes to rent for $25 day. There are also Rental bikes along the bike path behind the senior center @ Saginaw and Dublin's East side (across from Midland Brewing Co. City Forest offers Cross Country Skiing, Snowshoeing, Sledding and Twin Toboggan Runs as well as equipment rental including mountain bikes as well for the warmer seasons. Guest may also enjoy touring Dow Gardens which is 10 minutes away.

Our home is located south of Saginaw Avenue near Dublin Avenue. To the west is Mid Michigan hospital & Northwood U campus . 10 minutes from Dow and Mainstreet activities in 12 minutes from the tennis center. Bike rentals are available from us or on Dublin Street where you can ride the bike trail downtown or all the way to Clare. There is a fresh farmers market downtown starting in May every Saturday morning 8-1 and Wednesday at four during the summer months. Fishing Tournament, this is your place to stay!
Cozy, inviting room, with full size bed, large closet, dresser, and desk. Two windows, that open if you want to feel the breeze. 32 inch TV, Mini refrigerator, toaster available, in the office near your room. Plenty of bottled water and a Kuerig coffee maker. Please contact me if there is anything you need. Towels provided while you stay. You may use our new kitchen we just remodeled . FREE BOTTLED WATER AND FREE COFFEE AS WELL AS FREE LAUNDRY DETERGENT WHILE YOU STAY! We truly believe this is the most comfortable stay you will have available to you when you're away from home.

You have access to the 3 seasons porch over looking large backyard, access to dining room, kitchen, the back deck and barbeque grill, living room, dining room and the full kitchen.
Please come through back door. Key code entry.
You may do your laundry in the basement ,soap is provided.
Please, take off shoes. Put in key code. Turn right into kitchen. Turn left into dining room. Turn left and go upstairs, 14 steps. Your room is one of the two guest rooms on left. I will let you know which one is available.

The Queen guest room comes with a separate bathroom that is shared with the Full room, a spacious closet and window air conditioning. If you desire a dedicated bathroom and the Full room is not occupied, we can make this happen for an additional $30 per night.
The room overlooks the front yard where 8 she sheds can be seen. Centrally located between Midland and Mt. Pleasant so you can visit Dow Gardens, Soaring Eagle Casino, or stay in with shared kitchen privileges.

Relax with the whole family or alone at this peaceful place to stay. Spend the day exploring the 20 acres or lounge by the pool. There are 3 bedrooms all upstairs. The Master suite is at the end of the hall. The other 2 bedrooms share a common bath. The common rooms, kitchen, bath, and laundry are downstairs. I will be mostly in the basement. There are about 2 acres of lawn with lots of out-buildings and yard art to explore. In addition there is 10 acres of woods out back.

Western Midland upstairs woodsy retreat. Double bed for 1 or 2. Forest view. Called Mali Room because of the artwork and instruments brought back from our trip to Mali West Africa. The space
The Mali Room has many unique artifacts that we collected on our trip to West Africa to visit our daughter in the Peace Corps. A real Balophon, unique drums, and a photo book of our trip along with a picture of our Malian daughter exchange student. Room has a double bed accented with Bogalon (mudcloth) fabrics. An extra floor mattress can be added for a 2nd/3rd guest. The window has a view of the woods outback and there's a good chance you will see some deer or Turkey at dusk or dawn. 5G Wi-Fi is provided. Packet in room includes Wi-Fi Password, Local eateries, directions to use the Gym ($6 day) at Northwood University at the end of our block, and Local attractions.

Guests are welcome to use the first floor 1/2 bath off kitchen along with Living Room with fireplace as well as the deck and lower patio. There is a Keurig in the kitchen and you're welcome to coffee, tea, hot chocolate or oatmeal in the morning as well as an assortment of fruit from the copper bowl. A breakfast bar and a water are complementary in your room and additional snacks and drinks are available for purchase. Bring down your sheets/towels after your visit and earn $5 in free snacks or beverages from the guest frig or upstairs snack bar.

If you are renting the Mali room and the twin Country Cottage bedroom, you will have the entire floor. Bikes are available for rent at Dublin & Saginaw Road by the Senior Center if you would like to ride the Pere Marquette trail. Rent Kayaks at Lake Sanford 10 minutes away by the hour. We have a bike baby trailer available to rent if you like. We are 10 minutes drive from Dow if you are here for business. City Forest (Northern Midland) offers Jogging and Hiking/biking, Cross Country Skiing, Snowshoeing, Sledding and Twin Toboggan Runs as well as equipment rental including mountain bikes as well for the warmer seasons. Many low traffic jogging trails nearby. Summer fun includes trips to the beach 10 minutes away camo a walk to Dow Gardens and Whiting Forest. Sights include Santa Claus‘s house on Main Street as well as the Tridge, the Dome House and Tours of the Alden B Dow house.

This is the back apartment with full access to the backyard with a large deck. Outdoor chairs are provided on the deck which is accessible via back door of the apartment.
