Because we rented through expedia there was confusion on payment was handle swiftly and accurately. There was also a lobby for of older German ladies. And they did a wonderful job getting them their rooms, and helping them despite some instances of the older ladies udder confusion and language barriers. The room was huge and nice. The bed was comfy and the shower hot (although the presure was lackluster, I like the pressure to wash away my sins because it's so strong). I talk to multlple cleaning staff and they were super nice. If you see Mary give her a big hug from me. I would say the only improvements is the light in the bedroom has a error where it would turn off after a minute."

- "Great hotel." - "Great staff" - " We have stayed at hotel to watch a number of sporting events at Big E's Sports Bar on the premises. On this stay, we watched NCAA Football Championship game. Michigan won and as the game came to a close we were informed that they were closing. Patrons including us were celebrating the first championship in 27 yrs. We were all disappointed we couldn't celebrate this event for a bit. This will factor in our future decisions as to where to stay and watch events in the future. Also disappointed that the jets in the hot tub are still not working properly. Soap dispenser in bathroom is not in order and neither is the paper towel dispenser. This facility is accommodating but there is some issues with infrastructure that need attention."
