This is a beautiful luxury home out in the country, but close to the highway for easy travel. It’s close to the world famous Kelley’s Country Creamery, Fondy Sports and Aqua Park, and The Little Farmer where you and your family can enjoy lots of seasonal activities.

We have ping pong and foosball in the basement for your entertainment. The TVs have antenna, dvd/blue ray players, Amazon Fire Sticks, and the main living room has an Apple TV as well. There is an obstacle course and climbing wall in the back yard that can be used after a brief orientation.

The property sits on 8.7 acres, so there’s lots of yard for football, frisbee, and more. The pool is heated for those less than ideal Wisconsin days, and there is a hot tub as well. Inside you’ll find 2 whirlpool baths, and 2 kitchens.

This place has been host to many large family reunions. There used to be a gym next door, but is now a 6500sq ft empty building for guests to use.

First bathroom (half bath) is located off the kitchen. Second bathroom with a full bathtub shower is upstairs, and is stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash! Makeup towels are available along with a hair dryer.

There is a toilet and sink available for use in the basement area also, but we do not consider this an additional half bathroom because it is located in the basement.

Bring out your inner chef in the fully stocked kitchen using Greenware pots & pans and silicone utensils. A starter supply of paper towels, dish soap and toilet paper are provided! The dining area has a large table that will accommodate 10 with chairs.

Enjoy your morning beverage of choice at the coffee and tea bar! A Keurig and 12-cup coffee maker are available; we provide a starter set of ground coffee, k-cups, tea, creamer, sugar and stevia!

Laundry is available on site; the washer and dryer are located in the basement. Laundry detergent and wool dryer balls are stocked! An iron and ironing board are also available.

There is a charcoal grill in the garage, and grill utensils are in the kitchen. Guests are responsible for picking up charcoal if interested in using the grill. Please clean the grill after use. A $25 fee will be applied if the cleaning team needs to clean the grill, as this is not part of their routine house cleaning.

$250 pet fee includes up to 2 dogs. Additional or unauthorized pets will result in an additional $250 per animal. Pet owners must clean up the property after taking their pet outside. A $25 fee will be applied to reservations that require additional cleaning outside after pets.

Guests will have access to the entire home including the basement area for laundry.

The driveway has space for 2 cars to be parked; some parking may be available on the street. The garage has 2 additional spaces for cars.

We are available for guests if needed via messaging! Guests will be provided a unique entry keycode for keyless check-in and check-out at their convenience.

The home is located just outside of the historic district of Fond du Lac. This is the only short term rental on the block.

Uber and Lyft services available in the area. The neighborhood is great for long (or short) walks!

Please be respectful of our home and our neighbors as many have lived in the neighborhood for decades. We are the only Airbnb on our block.

The home was built in 1900 so the stairway from the main floor to the second floor is steep, and the stairs at the top are narrow on one side.

If a guest is under the age of 25, or if most of their group is under the age of 25, they may be required to submit photo IDs of everyone in the group and pay a security deposit for the booking to be approved.

Credit card fees are non-refundable upon booking if reservation is cancelled by guest.

Conveniently located 5 minutes north of Fond du Lac and 15 minutes south of Oshkosh. 1 hour from historic Green Bay Packers Lambeau Field. We are 8 miles from the EAA Seaplane Base and just 13 miles from Wittman Regional Airport!

Enjoy the largest inland lake in the State of Wisconsin! Lake Winnebago is a premier fishing lake. Fish right off the pier or drive 5 miles into Fond du Lac and rent a boat and fish for walleye, perch, crappie, etc. Two kayaks provided can be launched right from the shoreline or pier for a tranquil paddle!

Our 1.5 story home has new central air, natural gas forced air heat, a fully stocked kitchen & pantry including all new appliances and a dishwasher. First floor open concept includes entry off the attached garage; laundry room with washing machine and dryer for your use; full bathroom including toilet, tub and shower; large kitchen includes breakfast bar which seats 4 and opens up to the dining room and the lovingly handmade Montana cedar table which seats 6; cozy living room with windows on 3 sides with spectacular views of the lake; Master Bedroom with walk-in closet. Door leading out from dining room/living room opens onto beautifully landscaped patio with table & 4 chairs, chaise lounge, and 2-person swing to enjoy Southern exposure sun with your morning coffee or evening cocktails or just to sit and cool off with the wonderful breezes off the lake!

2nd floor loft style bedroom includes queen bed, twin xl bed, and large ottoman that easily converts to a twin bed for small adult or child. 2nd floor bedroom also includes a large closet, & bathroom with toilet & shower stall. Towels, bed linens, pillows, blankets included for all beds. Beach towels included for your use. Bathrooms are both fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, toothpaste and sunscreen.

Hang out by the campfire at night (6 lawn chairs & Smores forks provided), BBQ using the brand new Weber gas grill or play board games around the dining room table inside and enjoy the cool air conditioning, or lounge in the living room while watching TV on the 50 inch wall mounted television! WiFi & Roku are included.

We are just a 5 minute drive to the beautiful 400-acre Lakeside Park which sits on the South shore of Lake Winnebago, & a 25 minute drive to downtown Oshkosh. You'll want to explore one or all of the many excellent supper clubs that are just up Hwy 45/Lakeshore Drive & all are within 15 minutes of the home!

The kayaks, fire pit and cornhole game were so fun and they even had a portable speaker available for us to use while enjoying the lake. The kitchen is very nice and has all you need to prepare a full meal. The washer and dryer also came in handy since we stayed for a week. The owners are lovely people and their communication was excellent. We had a wonderful stay!"
