- "Location is great. Very close to Haram and plenty of food and shopping options around. Reception staff were nice and so were the cleaners and guest service staff. I liked the room and view. This would have been a 10/10 if the restaurant folks catering breakfast were as nice as everyone else. They lack hospitality skills , don't welcome you or suggest seating, you get the feeling that you're an inconvenience:). Once seated , a nice waiter made my experience much better and a local supervisor came by and frequently checked if everything was alright and if all my needs were taken care of. Full view of masjidul haram. From check in to check out everything was perfect. Staff at check in, very friendly and helpful. Cleaning staff, restaurant staff, couldn’t ask for any more. It’s about a 4-5 minute walk to the start of the mosque and another 5 minutes to the gate 79 which is the umrah gate. I would definitely book it again in the future and recommend it to families. There is a bit of an uphill walk back to the hotel which can get tiring after umrah but we managed it with 3 children. "

Special thanks to Abdul Azeez from the front desk, who walked me through multiple floors to find my mom, who got lost in the elevator. While walking with me, he called the video team and staff on each floor to locate her in a 30-story building in a very short time. Another person I have to appreciate is the hospitality person, Ahmed Husain. He welcomed us with a smiling face, was very friendly, and performed housekeeping very efficiently, providing enough towels and coffee items. The property is about a 10 min walk to the Kaab'a and there are golf carts that do pick and drop from specific points but will require a 2-3 min walk to the carts and back to the hotel. The carts drop about 2 mins away from the Haram gate #79 which is the main entrance to the haram. I would advise getting the all inclusive food option at the hotel since it was cheaper than what Expedia is selling it for. Food options are also available near by if you prefer to eat at different places. The continental buffet breakfast has so many choices that one cannot possibly eat everything they offer. The food court Jabal Omar in Hyatt Regency on the 4th floor near dunking doughnuts is also a great option with lots of choices to pick from. the food court is a 5 mins walk from this hotel. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Haram. I was traveling with my wife and kids and the kids loved it. The rooms were super clean, great lobby and the hotel has maintained the Hilton brand image. Loved it!! "
