- "Location is great. Very close to Haram and plenty of food and shopping options around. Reception staff were nice and so were the cleaners and guest service staff. I liked the room and view. This would have been a 10/10 if the restaurant folks catering breakfast were as nice as everyone else. They lack hospitality skills , don't welcome you or suggest seating, you get the feeling that you're an inconvenience:). Once seated , a nice waiter made my experience much better and a local supervisor came by and frequently checked if everything was alright and if all my needs were taken care of. For that I'm grateful."

Full view of masjidul haram. From check in to check out everything was perfect. Staff at check in, very friendly and helpful. Cleaning staff, restaurant staff, couldn’t ask for any more. It’s about a 4-5 minute walk to the start of the mosque and another 5 minutes to the gate 79 which is the umrah gate. I would definitely book it again in the future and recommend it to families. There is a bit of an uphill walk back to the hotel which can get tiring after umrah but we managed it with 3 children. "

Special thanks to Abdul Azeez from the front desk, who walked me through multiple floors to find my mom, who got lost in the elevator. While walking with me, he called the video team and staff on each floor to locate her in a 30-story building in a very short time. Another person I have to appreciate is the hospitality person, Ahmed Husain. He welcomed us with a smiling face, was very friendly, and performed housekeeping very efficiently, providing enough towels and coffee items. Before we left, he made sure we were fully satisfied with our stay and encouraged us to contact him for any additional requirements. There are many other positive experiences with the staff. I've stayed in multiple hotels in Clock Tower, and without a doubt, I can say this is the best."
