- "New property I understand. - water taps had to be run to flush out brown water that had been stagnant in the pipes. Should’ve been done before we checked in. The washing machine ruined ihram garments. Wi-Fi not available in all rooms even with a booster. Property manager dealt with initial concern however did not fix full coverage. Basic amenities should’ve been available without having to ask. Was fixed quickly when asked. Apartment is very nice but if travelling for pilgrimage worth noting the location is quite far from the grand mosque. If not driving Overall a good stay but a few things to support to improve the visit and give customers from outside saudi the right information to make the right choice. "
