Only issue was the “business center” which consisted of a stand alone printer in the lobby with no computer. It was impossible to connect with our phone or iPad to print boarding passes. Staff confirmed no one knew passcode to connect. Would expect better from a Hilton property."

- "Awesome piece of property to spend our weekend in Jersey. We had a blast. The backyard is the hotspot where we spent most of our time catching up w/ family. From fishing off the dock w/ the kids, to the kayaks, to the fire pit. We took advantage of it all. We had two toddlers with us. The house already had kids toys, high chairs and pack and plays for kids to sleep. They also had some video games and board games set up too. 2 bedrooms down stairs w/ a small bathroom. 4 bedrooms upstairs with 2 full bathrooms. The master bathroom was nice to relax in with the big walk in shower and bathtub. Thanks again, we had a great time. We plan on visiting the area again towards the end of the year and we will be staying here again if it is available. Thank you!"

- "Know those homes and neighborhoods you see in the holiday Christmas movies on the Hallmark Channel?? This is the place! The property is cozy, romantic, and impeccably kept. Everything was top shelf from the dinnerware to the bathroom towels. Unlike other places I’ve stayed, the beds and furniture were very comfortable and up to date. We had a fire going every night and it was honestly such a relief to just relax. The views outdoors are amazing with the lake just off of the back porch. You’re r surrounded by lovely cabins all around. Grocery and restaurants are all close.This was a home run, and I’d recommend this to anyone visiting the area!"

There are 4 bedrooms and 1 full bath. There are 2 bedrooms with queen size beds and 2 bedrooms with full size beds. The cozy sectional sofa is a perfect spot to relax to watch tv and enjoy the water views! Be sure to unwind at the neighborhood sandy beach in the refreshing water equipped with a pavilion and perfect spot for a picnic. It’s an ideal location to enjoy the scenery or a refreshing swim in the lake. Free parking is convenient to the beach and free beach tags are provided. Guest access
Guests will have access to the whole house, the entire yard, patio, kayak, canoe, fishing boat and the lakefront dock. Parking for up to 4 cars on driveway. Garage/shed is not accessible.

Additional house rules

- No Parties or social Events (Up to 8 guests in total is the house limit).

-Quiet time is between 10pm - 8am. Our neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The neighbors are full time residents. Please be respectful and have no loud outdoor music or conversations after 10pm.

- Smoking or candles are not allowed in the house. If any sign of smoking is discovered in the house, Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum fine of $500. All in all, please absolutely no risk of burning down the house or leaving smoke smell to next guests!

- This house is not pet friendly. We are dog lovers, but have to respect guests who are allergic to fur friends.

- For parents of kids, please be aware, the access to the lake is not gated.

- Using of outdoor areas or water activities are at renter's own risk (You agree to waive any claims against the hosts for accidents or injuries arising from using outdoor areas or water activities).

- Cleaning: The property will be cleaned and inspected after each stay. Taking out the trash and keeping the house tidy are expected from our guests. Thanks you!!

- Additional airbed or/and the crib will be provided per guest's request.

-Social gatherings must be reported and approved prior to booking.

-Be upfront with your purpose for stay. No unauthorized guests, parties, or events are allowed. Violation of house rules may result in removal without a refund.

-This is a private community. Guests must comply with all house rules to avoid disturbing neighbors.

-Our booking policy requires guests to have positive past reviews for approval.

-No pets are allowed. We appreciate your understanding.

-Any complaints about your group will result in immediate removal from the property without a refund.
