- "We are a Franco-American family who loves the French Alps. We really enjoyed our stay at the Chalet hosted by Herve and Karine. The sleeping arrangement were atypical but very comfortable, luxurious, clean and quiet. We came from Florida to escape the 90 degree Fahrenheit summer temperatures and we were not at all disappointed. Even though France was going through a heat wave the temperature here was 70 during the day and 50 at night degrees Fahrenheit or 20 and 11 degrees centigrade. The trails were wonderful we saw many authentic farms and farm animals along the trails. The people we met along the way were very friendly and happy to answer any questions. The Boulangerie and supermarket were both close by within 2 km and we enjoyed walking to both for our daily fresh food purchases. Both my wife and I stayed along with our adult daughter and were very happy. I would recommend this Chalet and we will definitely be back in the future."

The great advantage of this chalet is that it is composed of only 2 units, one on each floor. There are no noisy neighbours. Furthermore, the apartment has quadruple aspect, very rare to find in Megeve.

- "After reading the previous reviews we were concerned about booking this hotel. But please don't make the same mistake. The staff were excellent, we spoke very little french but they were really helpfull and made a great effort to speak to us in English. The food in the resturant was excellent, best steaks and pasta, and very reasonably priced. The house wine was very nice! There was ample underground parking, so no defrosting cars in the morning. The bed linen was spotless, crisp and white with lovely duvets and pillows. All in all, although the decor is a little tired in places, it really exceeded our expectations.
