Despite reporting the disturbance to the hotel manager three times and requesting a room change, no action was taken, and I had to endure a sleepless night. It was disappointing that the hotel did not address this issue effectively, and I believe they should have taken firmer action, including potentially asking disruptive guests to leave.There is significant room for improvement, particularly in the quality of the rooms and the enforcement of stricter rules for disruptive guests. Overall it is ok." - "This is not really a hotel but a time-share condominium that allows short term rentals of its members condos. As such, it is not set up to provide any customer service. We arrived at 6:00 pm and nobody could find a key to our alloted room. After this was sorted, there were no sheets or pillow cases on the beds. It took another hour to get the staff to deliver these to our room. We then had to make our beds ourself. Not a big problem, but just goes to show the attention to detail you can expect. The price of the room, however, is very attractive and does offer very good value for money, escpeically for a family of 5 as we were. The room was also very clean and quiet, and gave a comfortable nights sleep. The San Pelligrino area is beautiful, but if other hotels are available and you want service, you may consider elsewhere."

The front desk staff helped us with anything we needed during our stay from that point forward. We have a two year old and the children's programs here are great; please note that children under four still need an adult present. The activities team went out of their way to be sweet to our daughter and she had a great time from playing at the indoor playground in the morning to "baby disco" after dinner. The bar is nice and the bar tender will take excellent care of you if you stop in for a beer. The "full board" option is the way to go for dining if you don't want to take winding mountain roads to the main town in the valley for every meal. Imagine cruise ship style dining without the cruise ship. The ladies in the spa will also take good care of you; please note that massages here are not an hour like you may be accustomed to.
