And so is the property, everything is new and well made. First, the contact point did not know they were booking through Expedia and told us we didn’t have a reservation. Then, they sent us a location link that was 30 minutes from the property. When they finally found our reservation, the place wasn’t ready. We had to call for towels and used our own soap and other toiletries.
