The staff all work hard to look after it from the ground staff and cleaners, to room service and management. Adarsh, Saidul, Matthew made us feel special, spoke good English and understood our requirements, feedback and gave great customer service. It was our 25th anniversary and they gave us balloons and decorated the room, as well as a freshly made cake which we all really enjoyed and appreciated. The food is excellent!! We didn’t go anywhere else as it was so comfortable, everyday there was plenty of choices. Dipankar, Manoj, Saidul and the Chefs are excellent and passionate about their restaurant, they gave us great service throughout. Aditi and Marcy are also doing very well. The activity room is excellent, with good options for all ages, especially the Table tennis / pool table. The room service staff including Akshay and Shalini are thorough and very friendly too. Overall we had an amazing stay because the location, food, staff were very good so it was one of our best family holidays abroad. Thanks to all the staff at Sterling Lake! "

No beverages on boat (other than bottled water to share with all guests). We were made to go to bed at 9:30 pm so the boat employees could sleep in the main social cabin. Overall, awful experience. Wouldn’t recommend whatsoever."

- "Enjoyed our stay here. This was our first vacation post COVID. We made up for all that we missed because of COVID. Would recommend a good lake view room. Also take a stroll outside the resort along the river. Don't miss the speed boat ride, you will go through narrow river lanes and low bridges. - "It was ok. " - "Although getting to this property was quite difficult in terms of the condition of the roads but was actually a Warmth Haven." - "There are pros and cons with this place. Pros: Pretty location, right on the water. Very good breakfast selection. Spacious room and bathroom. Private terrace area. Meals available throughout the day. Charming and helpful restaurant staff. Cons: They took our luggage to the wrong room, but no one knew which room for about an hour. The two ‘reception’ women were pretty, but pretty useless (very limited English). None of the staff appeared to communicate with each other. Thin walls between bungalows. We had a party of 6 ‘bachelors’ next door, who were really enjoying themselves. But to the staff’s credit, they did deal with the noise (after I had threatened to bang on the door myself). The pool isn’t really fit for use. Also worth noting that Warmth Haven is pretty isolated, at the end of a track. There is nothing close by (well, some houses). We literally sat around doing nothing but read for 3 days! Walking no further than to the restaurant and back! All that said, I would stay there again. With managed expectations. "
