Else they informed us to cancel the booking. After reaching the spot along with 7 kids and 6 adults, they had put me into great trouble. i tried to escalate this matter to EXPEDIA customercare team. However there is NO HOTLINE contact number for me to reach Expedia. This is actually bad. Expedia have to provide a hotline contact number to their customers when they are in worst experience. There is internet in the room(and not just in the lobby as advertised) too and it was pretty good.
