Hence I refused to check-in in that unknown block and asked us to allot rooms in the same block which was mentioned in EXPEDIA website, then they said those rooms which i booked at expedia are expensive rooms and i need to pay Extra Rs. 1000 for each room ( 5000 for 5 rooms ). Else they informed us to cancel the booking. After reaching the spot along with 7 kids and 6 adults, they had put me into great trouble. i tried to escalate this matter to EXPEDIA customercare team. However there is NO HOTLINE contact number for me to reach Expedia. This is actually bad. Expedia have to provide a hotline contact number to their customers when they are in worst experience. No lock for maindoor, No water in bathroom, No AC/ FAN "

We can provide accommodations for 28-31 people, so it is suitable for group yoga tours and retreats.

Though our location is near the beach, we do not have sea-view rooms, all rooms have a courtyard view.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT
- Check-in time is 2 pm, but you can always come earlier to drop your luggage. Please inform us in case your arrival will be late at night.

- Check-out time is 11am. Also, you can keep your luggage till your leaving time.

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.

If you arrive early morning and would like to go directly to bed please book one night earlier so that we could keep the room for you.

There are three terraces where you can relax in the shade when the sun is to hot or you can practice yoga on the rooftop terrace while looking at the sea.

You have access to the garden, the 3 terraces, fully equipped kitchen.

During your stay
If you need breakfast we can prepare it for you with ingredients from our garden, in a traditional Kerala way. This will be a small extra cost.
We plan to leave you have your intimacy in this corner of heaven but if you need anything we will be there.
If you need to rent a bike, some touristic tips, call a taxi or rickshaw just tell us and we will be glad to help.
