- "Clean (maybe garage could use a little attention), nice kitchen, very nice to have coffee there. Neighborhood is OK, but within close range of boarded up homes and businesses. Needs a lock box, leaving a key out is not safe. Needs some silverware (2 forks...)." - "Location - Being a Dayton native, this location was great for being near my family while visiting for the holiday. It has great proximity to a grocery store and close enough to major streets. It also has its own driveway which makes it feel secure to park your car. Cleanliness - The minor thing we noticed is that a lot of the dishes provided felt greasy and we needed to wash them before using. It may be from the dish liquid because even after we washed the dishes, we noticed some greasiness on the same dishes too. Sheets and everything else were clean. Low Inventory/Supplies - No dish washing tablets - Towel needed to wipe down counters/kitchen. - No light bulbs in both nightstand lamps - No light bulbs in the living room ceiling light - No liquid soap in the soap dispensers (small hotel bar soap available) - Extremely low on coffee creamer Overall experience: Especially if someone is using this for a long-term stay, those minor supplies can add up, leading for the guest to make to replace those items themselves. Outside of that, the stay was great. I would recommend the location to others with improvements from the owner. "

- "It was my first time in Dayton, so I wasn’t familiar with the city. Initially, I was a bit concerned when I arrived, but after spending three days there, I realized the entire city looked pretty much the same. I felt completely comfortable. The neighborhood mainly consisted of families and was very quiet, making me feel safe. The apartment was clean and recently remodeled. The host was very helpful and responsive, and I appreciated that no high fees were associated. The only thing I think is important to mention is that there are several steep stairs you must go up to enter; it was a little challenging, but we managed. "

- "Very comfortable apartment, quiet neighborhood, responsive host. Front steps are a bit steep and uneven but manageable. Street parking is a little tight. Only items i couldn't find were dust pan and dish soap. This was my first time in an air b&b, would be happy to stay here again." - "Parking in the back alley unsanitary and unsafe, used condoms on the ground, a couch thrown in the woods, old codeine bottle, glass in the alley you park in. Toys and garbage thrown all over. When arrived late at night, stray cats running all around. Stairs not safe to walk on at night, no lighting to park or see in the back parking. Stayed first night and asked for a refund on the rest. The host would not work with me. The fridge was broken, freezer worked slightly, asked if she could compromise and bring ice and was told to buy my own ice. Apt was 80+ degrees when arrived. VRBO has not been much help in getting a refund either. I would never recommend this property. Host states my stories are inconsistent, yet she has been inconsistent. Had a person come out to solve the issue who lived in the building who stated I would get a full refund with the host on the phone. That didnt happen. She will say parking is available in the front and the street was full when we arrived. I have several messages asking if we park in the back and she said yes parking is available in the back."
