Quiet Country setting, 2 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom home. Charming modern farmhouse but still has that " a simpler day and time" feel. It's all about comfort here. From the warm cozy fireplace on cold nights, to the super soft Bamboo sheets and towels for your pleasure. Wonderful views of the pond from the dining room. Plush top rated hybrid mattress's. The private fenced in backyard has a fire pit, grill and tree swing just waiting to make memories. Feels like you are miles away from everything but you are only 4 miles from Miami University. Athlete's and families welcome! 5 miles to Hueston Woods state park. 11 miles to Brookville lake. There was even a wedding ceremony and reception held in the backyard of the property. The bathroom has a shower, washer and dryer and is beside the kitchen. The outdoor steps lead to a deck and the entrance door. There is parking space close to the entrance.

This "garden flat" is a newly renovated basement of our cottage. It can be rented with cottage or separately. It has a separate entry way then our main cottage rental. "Scenic Lookout" is situated on the corner of two major Oxford area streets. It sits on over three acres with ample parking. An outdoor patio await guests on warm summer days or cool fall nights! Upon Entering "Scenic Lookout", you will come to the kitchen with marble countertops, top of the line appliances and plenty of places to sit and eat. The entire house is filled with gorgeous light from the many windows. Off the kitchen is a dining room and a coffee and wine bar! The living room has lots of seating with a fold out sofa and a large pull out chair (suitable for a child to sleep). Take in the beautiful views from the large picture windows! On the main floor you will find a bunkroom with two sets of bunk beds and a workspace. There is a 1/2 bathroom right off the bunkroom.

On the ground floor you will find a huge Master Bedroom with a King Size bed and ensuite bathroom. There is a second King Bedroom with a full bathroom right next to it. And a third full bathroom down the hall. Guests will also have access to a large laundry room with a washer and dryer.

There is wireless Internet and a TV in each bedroom. There is a PlayStation in the bunkroom.

Guests will be provided with all linens, plush towels, shampoo, conditioner and soaps. The kitchen has all the amenities to cook at home. There is a hair dryer in the Master Bathroom. - "The location was easy to find using Google maps. Sharon was lovely. She met me when I arrived. She helped me carry in my many bags. She showed me where everything was and how to use it. The loft is probably great for someone in good shape but I knew that going in. It was just me and my dog so we slept on the pull out couch. I assumed correctly the water was from a well so I brought some bottled water to drink. It is drinkable but has a well water taste. The cottage is heated through geo-thermal heat and Sharon will warm it up or cool it down for you. She lives in the house connected by a breezeway (mud room) to the cottage so if you need something just call her. I had a great time and my dog loved the fenced in yard. "

The home is located near Millett Hall and is an easy place to stay if you’re spending a couple days in town visiting your family or friends. There are four double beds on the bottom floor and 2 full beds with a queen bed on the top floor.
