Quiet Country setting, 2 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom home. Charming modern farmhouse but still has that " a simpler day and time" feel. It's all about comfort here. From the warm cozy fireplace on cold nights, to the super soft Bamboo sheets and towels for your pleasure. Wonderful views of the pond from the dining room. Plush top rated hybrid mattress's. The private fenced in backyard has a fire pit, grill and tree swing just waiting to make memories. Feels like you are miles away from everything but you are only 4 miles from Miami University. Athlete's and families welcome! 5 miles to Hueston Woods state park. 11 miles to Brookville lake. There was even a wedding ceremony and reception held in the backyard of the property.
