The awesome Entertrainment Junction train display is a fifteen minute drive north and the King's Island Amusement Park is about twenty minutes drive to the Northeast. We feature off street parking with nearby restaurants and stores in the neighboring towns of Reading, Wyoming and the City of Cincinnati. Please note that we are adjacent to a very active railroad that can be noisy at times. Please respect the Norfolk Southern right of way and stay clear of the tracks. Thank-you!

The owner could spend a little money for some things - like: Fix the remote - top cover is off and very difficult to use Very limited kitchen supplies Buy some bathmats and kitchen towels There was no soap - had to go buy some Fix the blinds - just cosmetic, but makes a difference Invest in some decent pillows - ones in unit were absolutely awful. Furniture is sparse and couch is very uncomfortable. CLEAN - did not want to turn on fan in bedroom because there was an inch of dust I know this may sound picky, it was a nice unit, just needs some attention to the details. BECAUSE WE LOVE OUR GUESTS AND NEIGHBORS, WE WANT EVERYONE TO HAVE A GREAT TIME. THESE RULES ARE FOR THE COMFORT AND SAFETY OF ALL OUR GUESTS.
1) No smoking of ANY kind allowed inside the property, out of windows or close by the entrances. Penalty $250 FEE, asked to leave immediately and no refunds will be issued.
2) No pets allowed. $250 fee per pet, asked to leave immediately and no refunds will be issued.
3) No parties or events allowed. Please note there is an exterior camera recording sound and movement. Quiet time outside on weekdays / weeknights is 9pm-9am and on weekends 10pm-10am.
4) Arrival & departure Check in time is any time after 4pm and check out is anytime prior to 10am.
5) No eating allowed in the bedrooms.
6) No parking or driving on the grass
7) Please remove shoes when inside the home (Unless there is a health issue that prevents this)
8) Be transparent. We ask that you provide the names of all guests that will be staying at the home as part of reservation. Should there be any changes to this list please advise as soon as they are known. We can add additional people to the reservation prior to check in at a rate of $15 pp per night. >>STRICT RULE you are not to have more people in the home than indicated on your reservation. >>We do not allow extra people beyond the people listed on the reservation. If we find that you have broken this rule you will be asked to leave immediately with no refunds issued and or charged a fine of $55 per person per night. This rule is nonnegotiable. There is no charge for infants (Under twelve months) any children over 12 months must be included on your reservation. rules for the type of property.

9) Water Safety If you are staying at one of our properties that has a pool, pond or hot tub the following rules apply. No eating in the pool or hot tub No glasses or glass bottles in or around the pool or hot tub. Hot tub is for use of adults only. suffering from high blood pressure. There is no lifeguard. Any water activities are done so at your own risk Pool control & equipment only can be use by technician or owners

- "The space worked for what we needed that weekend. Unfortunately, a few things occurred/noticed. They use credit card processing outside of VRBO and caused credit card to alert for fraud and not process easily. The yard had not been tended to in a while and was overgrown. The neighbors were a bit rough looking in nature cause for concern. Someone was smoking a lot of weed in the basement one night and property smelled. The location is excellent, with easy access to major highways, making it convenient for visiting Cincinnati and nearby areas. The apartment was clean, with simple decor, and the keyless entry and parking were easy to navigate.
