This amazing modern townhome is one of my favorite places to stay. Its centrally located and sits next some great attractions that families can enjoy. You can literally walk out the front door and within walking distance are attractions such as Top Golf, AMC Cinema, Main Event as well as several great restaurants like PF Changs and Bravo right at your finger tips. The home is fully equipped and includes great WiFi for those working from home. This is the great option for a home away from home!!!

This room features a large sectional and two armchairs, which means plenty of space to spread out. There are windows all around the room bringing in natural sunlight. Relax and watch the large Roku TV, or walk onto the back deck for some fresh air.

This master bedroom has a king-size bed and a full bathroom (shower / tub) attached. Unpack your bags and put your items away in the dresser and full closet. A Roku TV is also included.

- "Had a great time with friends’ from 50 years ago reunion. 3 bedrooms upstairs and two bathrooms. Downstairs had 3 bedrooms and one bathroom. Suggestions for large group (we had 9 adults all over age 65)-entrance needs another step—high step to get into house. Add bannister on other side of stairs going to lower level-the stairs are quite steep. Add grab bars to bathroom tubs. Send instructions on how to lick front door when leaving! Host and property manager responded to multiple requests—including bringing us more coffee cups for no. of adults staying. Excellent service. Very clean."

This is the perfect home for traveling professionals or families. The home is located in a safe, desirable suburb of Cincinnati near Kings Island and other attractions. We're just a 30-minute drive from downtown Cincinnati and 40 minute drive to downtown Dayton.

Welcome to our West Chester, Ohio home! Our home is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac with with a wooded view. We are certain you will love the open-concept nature of the living space. Relax in your living room while carrying on a conversation with someone in the kitchen or dining room.

We have done our best to decorate the home in a way that will make you feel cozy and comfortable. We hope you will feel that you are staying in your home away from home.

LIVING ROOM
The living room is open to the kitchen and dining room area. It has natural light that flows through the windows. Cozy up on the sofas or armchair and watch your favorite movie or show on your large, flat-screen Roku TV.

DINING ROOM
Just behind the living room, you will see the dining room. The table can seat six adults with three additional bar stools in the kitchen.

KITCHEN
The kitchen is well-stocked and comes with everything you need to cook a basic meal for yourself or a large family. There is a Keurig coffee machine with plenty of coffee pods for you to choose from.

BEDROOMS
There are four cozy bedrooms in this house. The king-size bedroom is rather large and has tons of storage space for unpacking and accommodating longer stays. It also has a large flatscreen TV.

The King size master bedroom features its own ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. All of the bathrooms have towels and basic consumable toiletries for you to use during your stay. This bedroom has its own flatscreen TV and also has plenty of storage space for unpacking belongings.

There is another queen-size bedroom that features its own flatscreen TV and lots of storage space for belongings. There are two dressers in this room as well.

The final bedroom features another queen size bed. There is also a large flat-screen TV which is perfect for a fun sleepover.

BATHROOMS
There are two full-size bathrooms in this home. One of the bathrooms is shared between three of the bedrooms and the living space. The other bathroom is attached to the master bedroom. Towels and basic consumable toiletries are available for you to use during your stay.

LAUNDRY
The laundry area features a washer/dryer with soap, dryer sheets, and supplies you are welcome to utilize during your stay. There is also an iron/ironing board.

OUTSIDE AREA
There is a deck area with seating during the warmer months for you to enjoy. There is a small patio area where you can relax as well.

- "Our stay was in the superb, pleasant, clean, spacious home truly facilitated our family getting ready for going out to the extended family event in the area. Upon our arrival the home was warm and welcoming. Warm comfortable beds and lovely rooms refreshed us after our long drive. The well-appointed kitchen made our breakfast together cordial and fun. Our family members were able to each have a lovely bedroom and crisp clean bathrooms in which to get ready to go out to the special event. When we got back, the luxurious and comfy family room made for enjoyable late-night conversation reviewing the happy events of the day. The sunny kitchen, the next morning, provided another cheery breakfast before the second day heading out to extended family. The clean nice garage was a welcome spot to park in, shielding us from the cold winter winds. The backyard looked totally awesome and elegant, and we hope to spend time out there when the weather warms up and we stay again. As one sensitive to fragrances/odors, I can certify that this house was perfect and was completely odorless, clean, and lovely.
