This amazing modern townhome is one of my favorite places to stay. Its centrally located and sits next some great attractions that families can enjoy. You can literally walk out the front door and within walking distance are attractions such as Top Golf, AMC Cinema, Main Event as well as several great restaurants like PF Changs and Bravo right at your finger tips. The home is fully equipped and includes great WiFi for those working from home. This is the great option for a home away from home!!!

Add bannister on other side of stairs going to lower level-the stairs are quite steep. Add grab bars to bathroom tubs. Send instructions on how to lick front door when leaving! Host and property manager responded to multiple requests—including bringing us more coffee cups for no. of adults staying. Excellent service. Very clean."

LIVING ROOM
The living room is open to the kitchen and dining room area. It has natural light that flows through the windows. Cozy up on the sofas or armchair and watch your favorite movie or show on your large, flat-screen Roku TV.

DINING ROOM
Just behind the living room, you will see the dining room. The table can seat six adults with three additional bar stools in the kitchen.

KITCHEN
The kitchen is well-stocked and comes with everything you need to cook a basic meal for yourself or a large family. There is a Keurig coffee machine with plenty of coffee pods for you to choose from.

BEDROOMS
There are four cozy bedrooms in this house. The king-size bedroom is rather large and has tons of storage space for unpacking and accommodating longer stays. It also has a large flatscreen TV.

The King size master bedroom features its own ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. All of the bathrooms have towels and basic consumable toiletries for you to use during your stay. This bedroom has its own flatscreen TV and also has plenty of storage space for unpacking belongings.

There is another queen-size bedroom that features its own flatscreen TV and lots of storage space for belongings. There are two dressers in this room as well.

The final bedroom features another queen size bed. There is also a large flat-screen TV which is perfect for a fun sleepover.

There are two full-size bathrooms in this home. One of the bathrooms is shared between three of the bedrooms and the living space. The other bathroom is attached to the master bedroom. Towels and basic consumable toiletries are available for you to use during your stay.

LAUNDRY
The laundry area features a washer/dryer with soap, dryer sheets, and supplies you are welcome to utilize during your stay. There is also an iron/ironing board.

OUTSIDE AREA
There is a deck area with seating during the warmer months for you to enjoy. There is a small patio area where you can relax as well.

- "We absolutely loved this property. It was truly like being at home. Plenty of towels, washcloths, kitchen supplies, even spices. Only thing we thought should have been on the listing is that there is a tenant in the basement wasn't informed about this until day of check in. It was kinda weird but had no issues at all with the tenant during our stay. Beautiful back porch and nice yard but grass was high so probably not the best to play in if you have children. Definitely wasn't disappointed booking this property. Communication with owner was incredible."

This is a quiet, family friend neighborhood. In order to sleep ten, we did take into consideration sleeping on both of the couches.

She boasts original hardwood floors and solid wood doors with porcelain knobs. She also has modern updates such as smart TVs, updated furnishings featuring convenient charging ports, central air and heat and ceiling fans.
Priscilla’s Place is a spacious 1800 sq ft living space featuring 10ft ceilings, 3 bedrooms and 1 bath. She has a family room, large eat-in kitchen, laundry room, mud room, 2 dedicated work spaces and a bonus room!
At You’re sure to love her welcoming front porch, large back deck and historic barn on the property. She has a long driveway with plenty of parking as well as a covered parking space. Priscilla’s Place is modern and updated, but her old historic charm includes some unique features such as squeaky floors and non-operational windows. Both of which add to her charm and make her even more beautiful and unique!

Priscilla’s Place sleeps 6. All bedrooms are a comfortable retreat and feature cozy bedding with an assortment of pillow types. Each bedroom features a luggage rack for your baggage and hooks for hats bags and towels. Plus, a closet with a rod for hanging your clothes and a dirty clothes hamper. Blow dryers and make-up mirrors can also be found in each room so there’s plenty of space and amenities for everyone to get ready for the day or a night out on the town.

The 1st floor Queen bedroom features an original historic fireplace. It’s no longer operational, but still adds a bit of ambience and coziness to the space. This bedroom has a closet, a large dresser and a nightstand with bedside lamp with usb ports for conveniently charging your electronic devices. This room also has a private entrance to the charming front porch.

The 2nd floor King bedroom is the largest bedroom of all and includes a closet, a large dresser and a nightstand with a bedside lamp with usb ports for conveniently charging your electronic devices. This room features a relaxing lounge chair and features its own mini fridge for your favorite beverages, a Keurig and a 43” smart TV. Adjacent, is the bonus room which features extra closet space, a make-up vanity with blow dryer and a work out/yoga space. The bonus space could also easily convert to a nursery or anything you need it to be.

The 2nd floor Twin bedroom features (2) twin beds, a closet and a dedicated workspace with desk. The bedside lamps feature usb ports for conveniently charging your electronic devices.

The large eat-in kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare and serve meals, snacks and happy hour! A full size refrigerator, gas range with oven, microwave, dishwasher, blender, toaster oven with air fry feature and a coffee maker with carafe and k-cup functionality. The cabinets are stocked with 8-piece place settings, flatware, barware, bakeware, and cookware. We even provide you with a bag of ice and some cold beverages to get you started. Just add groceries and you are all set!

The family room is full of large windows, great natural light and a fireplace. It’s a great space for family and friends to gather. The sofa is comfy and the 58” TV is smart!

The bathroom is an updated space on the 1st floor with dual sinks, a full size tub / shower combo and a lighted makeup mirror. We provide a selection of soaps, shampoos and toiletries and a well stocked vanity with plenty of towels, washcloths, make up wash cloths, a blow dryer and extra toilet paper.

The mud room, or as we call it the drop zone is a multi-functional area with space for everyone, including your 4-legged family member. This room has a dog crate, dog bed, toys, treats and bowls to keep your furry friend happy and safe. This room also has a bench to put on your shoes as you leave the house and hooks for bags, hats etc when you return. Tucked in beside the window is a dedicated work space with a desk and plenty of outlets for your electronic devices. This space has lots of beautiful natural light and is a great space to take a work call, check your email or browse your favorite websites.

The laundry room includes a washer, dryer, drying rack, laundry detergent and iron and ironing board. Plus extra storage space!

Priscilla's Place has beautiful, private outdoor spaces full of mature trees, beautiful plants and seasonal flowers. Her partially fenced back yard is ideal for the kids and dogs to get in some playtime and exercise while the adults enjoy the spacious back deck. The deck is equipped with a large dining table with seating for 6 and an umbrella for shade. There’s also a gas grill for your use and beautiful propane lanterns to help you enjoy the evenings on the deck. The deck faces the west and is a great space to enjoy the sunset. The property also has a beautiful historic barn and a charming front porch.
