The house had its own parking behind the house. The beds were comfy and we enjoyed watching movies on Netflix at night. - "Well maintained studio just a few minute’s walk to boutiques and breweries. And only 15 minutes to downtown Cincinnati. A great place e for a weekend stay. " - "The studio apartment was warm & welcoming. The kitchen was well stocked. I really liked the walk in closet in the bedroom -- with all the hangers!! The brick walls gave the place character and charm. I would definitely recommend to anyone planning a stay in the area, to check this place out. One negative I would say is that there were renters in the upstairs apartment and you can hear their every footsteps."

- "Property was as described in pictures. We had a bit of trouble with some lights and appliances not working due to a breaker, but property mgt came first thing in the morning to correct. All bedrooms upstairs and they were quite hot and had to buy box fans. Although it was not a huge deal, I think the home owner should probably supply them in the summer months because it just doesn't get cool up there. That is just a recommendation. Other than that, property was clean and we enjoyed our stay."

- "The property was amazing and so was the host!!" - "It was a surprise birthday weekend for my husband so I was on my own for planning. I was looking for something close to Cincinnati without the big city hassle. This home was in the cutest neighborhood and was very nicely remodeled. Spacious enough that the kids had their own bedroom space and even with just having one bathroom it worked for us! The owner has done a great job making the space feel large and inviting. A nice little patio area with Edison lighting for ambiance, huge dining table for gathering and a cozy living room space to relax. We would definitely stay here Again!"

- "Was there for work place was clean and in good condition" - "We enjoyed our stay. The living room had a good amount of room for my family and relatives visiting. We celebrated Christmas together. The kitchen is a good size that allowed for a large Christmas meal. The dining room was a decent size to seat 6-8, need extra chairs if wanted, there are 4 currently. Wish it had a dishwasher and extra bathroom. Stairs were a little steep. Overall happy about the stay and it was great making memories with my family this Christmas!"

We stayed at Ludlow as a convenient place to see some things in Cincinnati and visit the Arc and Creation Museum. We had only planned on staying two days, but for the price of this condo, we stayed four and still saved money, and it could not have worked out any better. I would highly recommend this property to anyone considering this area."
