I was a little shocked at the condition of the room (exact same room) as I stayed in a year ago. There were some chipped tiles and grout in the bathroom, an obvious water stain on the ceiling in the living room and a cord missing its plug on one of the lamps in the living room. I would have thought they would jump to repair all of that I. This last year. But for the most part the atmosphere is great, staff is friendly and helpful, amenities were good and the food was average. It is convenient to shopping and restaurants. BECAUSE WE LOVE OUR GUESTS AND NEIGHBORS, WE WANT EVERYONE TO HAVE A GREAT TIME. THESE RULES ARE FOR THE COMFORT AND SAFETY OF ALL OUR GUESTS.
1) No smoking of ANY kind allowed inside the property, out of windows or close by the entrances. Penalty $250 FEE, asked to leave immediately and no refunds will be issued.

3) No parties or events allowed. Please note there is an exterior camera recording sound and movement. Quiet time outside on weekdays / weeknights is 9pm-9am and on weekends 10pm-10am.
4) Arrival & departure Check in time is any time after 4pm and check out is anytime prior to 10am.
5) No eating allowed in the bedrooms.
6) No parking or driving on the grass
7) Please remove shoes when inside the home (Unless there is a health issue that prevents this)
8) Be transparent. We ask that you provide the names of all guests that will be staying at the home as part of reservation. Should there be any changes to this list please advise as soon as they are known. We can add additional people to the reservation prior to check in at a rate of $15 pp per night. >>STRICT RULE you are not to have more people in the home than indicated on your reservation. >>We do not allow extra people beyond the people listed on the reservation. If we find that you have broken this rule you will be asked to leave immediately with no refunds issued and or charged a fine of $55 per person per night. This rule is nonnegotiable. Located within walking distance to all the adorable shops, restaurants, and breweries that Downtown Miamisburg has to offer. This cute little house has a great yard and a relaxing private patio. We have totally redone the inside ...but kept all the charm! The original hardwood floors are beautiful and the tall ceilings with crown molding speak to the southern charm of the space. We have all new furniture throughout and a new, full bathroom with washer/dryer was added to the primary bedroom.

We went with a romantic, french country theme in our color scheme and decor for the space. The furniture is overstuffed to provide you with as much comfort as possible.

I am local but do not plan to visit unless requested or needed. Please feel free to ask about the great restaurants and things to do in the area!

This 3 bedroom / 1 bath completely remodeled ranch is ready to help you unwind and relax. From the beautiful kitchen with a stained glass window to the custom bathroom with full tile walk in shower, complete with 2 shower heads and a bench to sit on.

The living room features a smart TV and high speed internet, along with cozy leather furniture. It is open to the stunning kitchen with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, including an ice maker in the fridge, 5 burner stove with convection oven, and dishwasher. It's fully stocked with a coffee maker, toaster and all the cooking supplies you might need. The stained glass window is on a southern facing wall so the light comes thru with a soft colorful glow. There is also a work space / eat in area made from a repurposed oak mantel that looks out the front window.

2 bedrooms have queen beds and the third has a full sized bed. All new mattresses and bedding, along with power strips with USB outlets in each room. There is a full sized washer / dryer for your convenience. From the master bedroom, step thru the doorway,
trimmed with more of that oak mantel, pause just long enough to grab one of the plush towels and head out back to the deluxe 6 person hot tub, complete with water features, led lighting and blue tooth speakers.

After your relaxing time there, you can cool off with outside seating, and when you are ready for bed, there are full blinds and black out curtains. You might hear the train not too far from this quiet neighborhood, so earplugs are available for your use too.

There is one security camera outside on the garage door lock system to allow us to help guests if they have any questions accessing the garage door opener. It is the only camera on the property and there are none in the house.

Other things to note:
Downtown Dayton is less than 15 minutes up I-75. Many of Dayton's finest attractions including the United States Air Force Museum, Scene 75, Dayton Aviation Heritage Park, University of Dayton, and a host of wonderful metro parks including Cox Arboretum are all within a twenty minute drive.
Just beyond you can easily visit Kings Island amusement park, Historic Yellow Springs Ohio, Young's Jersey Dairy, and John Bryan State Park within a 35 minute drive.
If you want to visit the best of Cincinnati, hop on I-75 and head south to downtown to visit the awesome river front, Bengals football stadium, Cincinnati Reds Baseball stadium, and zoo all within an easy 50 minute drive.

This former firehouse, located in Middletown, has been updated to reflect the funky modern era of 2022. This apartment has plenty of room to relax with a king bedroom, queen bedroom, and spacious living area. This old firehouse was built in 1897 and was an active fire station until it closed in 1979!

Up and coming neighborhood in an older part of Middletown. There is a playground next door and lot of other parks nearby. It is also close to downtown Middletown which has lots of restaurants and shops.

You'll need your car to get around town. Uber and Lyft are also available.

We have security cameras located in the front and the back of the building facing the doors. This location is near an active train track, so if you have sensitivity to noise, this unit would not be for you.

We were able to go to the Cincy Zoo, Kings Island, Great Wolf Lodge, Air Force Museum, Carillon Park, Miamisburg Swim Park and the Franklin Swim Park etc., all within minutes of the Condo. This was the best location I've stayed at in travelling to this area to see my family in the past 20 years. Miamisburg is a small town with great charm. Has its own theatre, shops, antique and consignment stores. Has a splash park, central to the Metro Bike Way, close to the Germantown Dam and great picnic area. Near the famous Miamisburg Mound, built by the Indians of by gone days. Great place for boating and fishing on the Great Miami River. The condo is located within 15 minutes of Dayton and all it has to offer and 20 minutes of Cincy and all it has to offer. We have already informed the owner that we would like to make this our destination stop each year we return to visit our family and grandkids. You will not be disappointed in any aspect of your stay at this location. Also want to mention the owner was very accessible in answering all questions we had during our stay to give us ideas on places to go. Great wealth of knowledge. I would highly recommend this VRBO for its location, cleanliness and the owners hospitality."
