Enerby Farm Cottage is situated in the old Barossa Goldfields. On approximately 10 acres, the cottage is part of other historic farm buildings which make up this unique collection of early Australian farming.
Enjoy two bedrooms, both with brass/iron queen size beds and furnished with a country cottage feel. Bathroom 2 also has a walk-in shower with a Monsoon rain shower, vanity, toilet, and shaving cabinet, the vanity is where you will find the First Aid kit. Fresh Line dried linen & towels are provided for you. A high chair and porta cot ate available on request.
LAUNDRY is just outside under the carport it has a fully automatic washing machine -10kg enough to cope with a full house the fold-down washing line is under the carport so will dry in any weather but there is also a tumble dryer if needed.
GAMES ROOM has a table tennis table & darts a few chairs & fan, radio. Just outside the Games room under the carport is an electric BBQ ready to cook a meal to be enjoyed under the pergola with a glass of wine.
CARPORT can easily fit 2 cars behind the remote-controlled roller door & there is a second driveway on the other side of the front garden for parking large vehicles or vans
ACCESS to the house is by a key safe located on the wall next to the roller door where you will find the remote for the roller door & key to the front door, the code to open the key safe is supplied when booking

- "My booking got cancelled by the host on the day that I was about to arrive. Can you imagine all the stress that my family and I had been through trying to find a place to stay at the last minute? My holiday became a nightmare. Inadequate communication from the host, it always me trying to contact the host a day before the arrival date and on the day (we were driving from Melbourne to Adelaide). I tried to call many time but the host did not answer the phone and after sending text messages and screenshot my booking reference, I got a text replying that I cannot stay at the accommodation that I booked and paid for. There was no cancellation notice or communication from Stayz about this. Then I called to their customer support line but the operators (yes I call twice and met with two different operators, I was that desperate) were unable to assist in any way other than saying that they would send email regarding the refund which I still have not received that email nor my refund yet after almost 1 week from that day. Now I am waiting to see how Stayz would resolve this before further complain is lodged."

Enjoy a quiet and comfortable stay of approx. 155 square-feet with stunning sunset views and easy access to water. 1. SHEDS: The sheds of the property are locked and not to be entered. These are the owners property of machinery and tools and are off limits. The perimeter of the property extends to the grassed area to the backyard. The owner may enter the sheds from the rear side of the property but will never intrude on the stay for guests.

2. VISITORS: Should you have visitors arriving who are outside of the guests on the booking we require that you get approval before any additional guests arrive.

3. ADDITIONAL GUESTS: The property has access to additional room upstairs which can be booked for an additional 2 guests. Please enquire for costs for bedding & accommodation.

4. STRICTLY NO PETS: Animals and pets are strictly not permitted on the premises. As the property borders working farms with livestock and additionally, we often have Kangaroos and Koalas visit the property so for the safety of both the wildlife and your pets the property is strictly no pets. Accommodation will be terminated if pets are brought onto the property. No refunds will be given if this occurs.

晚点退房请求 我们理解有时候您会喜欢在这里多待一会！然而，有时候我们的客人会在您退房当天入住，不同于酒店，我们没有备用的房间供他们使用！因此，所有晚点退房的请求应在您离开前至少提前一天提出，以确保我们的清洁人员有足够的时间完成工作！如果您需要在中午12点后退房，将通过Airbnb额外收取半天房费，付款必须在您退房当晚之前完成以获得批准。我们不会满足在您离开的当天提出的晚点退房请求。没有晚点退房的确认，我们的清洁人员将在上午10点开始工作，并且他们将可以进入我们的物业进行家政服务。

重新预订将根据可用性和新的每日房价确定。新的每日房价可能与原始预订价格不同。客人将需要支付重新预订价格，可能包括更高的房价。
