Enerby Farm Cottage is situated in the old Barossa Goldfields. On approximately 10 acres, the cottage is part of other historic farm buildings which make up this unique collection of early Australian farming.
Enjoy two bedrooms, both with brass/iron queen size beds and furnished with a country cottage feel. MAIN DINING We have a large dining table that will seat 10 guests in comfy chairs & a TV with a built-in DVD player, double glass doors open off the dining into the back garden that has a large pergola with a large table that seats a least 10, people
BEDROOM 1 has a Queen bed & a built-in wardrobe bedside tables & a reading chair.
BEDROOM 2 Sleeps 3 in a single bed and a set of single bunk beds it also has 2 wardrobes
BEDROOM 3 will sleep 2 in a double bed with a built-in wardrobe and a reading chair.
BATHROOM 1 has a walk-in shower and a bathtub and a vanity unit. There is a separate toilet next door to the bathroom
BEDROOM 4 Sleep 3 in bunk beds & a single bed this room also has a built-in wardrobe.
Bedroom 5 Sleeps 2 in a double bed there are hanging shelves+ rails & a large tallboy along with a reading chair.
Bathroom 2 also has a walk-in shower with a Monsoon rain shower, vanity, toilet, and shaving cabinet, the vanity is where you will find the First Aid kit. Fresh Line dried linen & towels are provided for you. A high chair and porta cot ate available on request.
LAUNDRY is just outside under the carport it has a fully automatic washing machine -10kg enough to cope with a full house the fold-down washing line is under the carport so will dry in any weather but there is also a tumble dryer if needed.
GAMES ROOM has a table tennis table & darts a few chairs & fan, radio. Just outside the Games room under the carport is an electric BBQ ready to cook a meal to be enjoyed under the pergola with a glass of wine.
CARPORT can easily fit 2 cars behind the remote-controlled roller door & there is a second driveway on the other side of the front garden for parking large vehicles or vans
ACCESS to the house is by a key safe located on the wall next to the roller door where you will find the remote for the roller door & key to the front door, the code to open the key safe is supplied when booking

By car:

- No swimming in the dam
- No smoking allowed on the property
- NOT CHILD-FRIENDLY due rural setting
- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed
- Life jackets are to be worn when using the paddle boat.
- Tiny house is directly nestled on the coastline of the dam
- If a gate is open, leave it open – If a gate is closed, close it behind you
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge
- Telstra and Optus have good mobile reception while Vodafone, 2degrees, and Spark have weak signal
- The driveway is one car wide and dirty; up on a hill and winding, with some bumpy sections - low cars should take it slowly.

- Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban
- Due to the property's rural location, you may encounter inconveniences such as insects during your stay
