But we could have just stayed in the condo and enjoy a super view of the lake below and the surrounding mountains. Very nice and newer building, with great kitchen and bathroom. All the rooms have views (except the bath). The backyard is great, with great view. Very close to the town of Panticosa, where there are market and restaurants. Close to the French border (15 km). We also visited Jaca, which has a super tapas restaurant called La Tasca de Ana. You will need a car. It was about two hours drive from Zaragosa. "

You'll want a car while in Panticosa anyway to get to all the activities, of which there are many-- we stayed for 5 days and still didn't get to everything on our list. Having the underground parking garage and winter shuttle bus would be very nice in the winter. We definitely want to return again some day."

Beautiful apartment, comfortable for 6 people. Our distribution has gone through removing three mini-rooms that were initially and making two more spacious with additional full bathroom. Now you have a large double room with bathroom included. In the room you also have a sofa to rest, read or watch the TV that you also have in the room. The children's room has two folding bunk beds, which when collected leave a large room to play. It is perfect for families.
The living room has a fireplace and a large sofa with cheslones. Also dining table for 6 pax.
The kitchen has all kinds of amenities and appliances, is designed and prepared for us who like to cook.

You will have the whole house for you. You have a fireplace in the living room. You also have a garage and storage room to leave your "tackle" for skiing, biking or climbing.
The house has very good heating and you can rest assured that you sleep warm.
The Pueyo de Jaca is in an exceptional place to do all kinds of activities, in winter, of course, all kinds of skiing, in Panticosa and Formigal or cross-country and mountain skiing, and in summer, nature. Summer is especially beautiful in the Tena Valley, you have activities such as hiking, trekking, climbing, mountain biking, via ferrata, canyoning, the largest double zip-line in Europe, paragliding or simply strolling or reading a book by the reservoir. If you want, you have ascents to a 3000 m, or if you want a "light" climb, to an ibon to spend the day. The town square is a great place to have a wine or eat some eggs with potatoes. Ask me about what you would like to do and I'll tell you, I love the mountain. The town has hardly any trade and is very quiet. Go up taking a walk to Panticosa to buy the bread, in 10 minutes. If you like the mountain, this is your place.
