- "This property was practically perfect from front to back. Our only issue, not really a complaint, was that the neighbors dogs barked for a long time our first night and kept all of us awake. Obviously you can't control that! If I had to make any suggestions, they would be to get some WD-40 on all the door hinges, check the tub drain (it was a little slow), and maybe get a showerhead with more water pressure. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, the TV worked great. Very, very nice property!"

- "The check in process was great and easy. The location was excellent for where we needed to meet up with other family members. The place was nice and well equipped with all basics including laundry detergent and bath soaps. The bathroom mirrors were a bit dirty upon entry. I deducted a star because the king mattress was very uncomfortable. My wife slept in the other room with our children it was so bad. You could feel all of the wires of the mattress. I told alameer and he apologized and knew nothing of it. 4. Washing Sheets: Our professional cleaning team will handle all laundry tasks. Please do not wash the sheets before check-out, but we appreciate your cooperation in tidying up and placing used towels in the designated area.

5. Maximum Occupancy: The maximum occupancy is limited to the number of guests specified in the reservation. Please respect this limit to ensure a comfortable and safe stay for everyone.

6. Respect for Property: Please treat our home with care and respect. Report any damages, breakages, or missing items immediately. Any issues caused by negligence will be the responsibility of the guest.

Great roomy family home with an in-ground pool and hot tub (seasonal June - Sept depending on weather) featuring 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, you will love the great outdoor space with gazebo, BBQ, outdoor dining and living area. Awesome spot to make some good family memories. For sleeping there is one king bed in master bedroom and 3 queen beds in the other bedrooms, making for comfortable sleeping for 8. If your group is larger, there are also 2 Full-sized futons in the Family room and one Full-sized futon in the Living room, so 6 more can fit. Your also welcome to bring air mattresses, etc. if you’d like. Base nightly rate includes 8 persons, over 8 persons there is $25/per person/per night fee added. Note the extra person charge won’t be reflected in your reservation request, I’ll add the extra persons to your quote before you book.

Home does have exterior cameras just like most hotels, resorts, etc do.

Host will meet you at the property upon check-in to verify guest ID, go over the operation of the property’s amenities, review the house rules and guest responsibilities and acknowledgement, and answer any questions. A contactless check-in is possible but must be completed the day before guest arrives. Contact the Host if you’d like a contactless check-in.

Absolutely no smoking, vaping, or MJ use or pets as the owner is allergic.

Property can also be rented for smaller gatherings or events: birthdays, holidays, family reunions, wedding parties, sporting events, family memorials or celebration of life, team building event, small business retreats, etc.

There is an event charge, a cost per head, and an added cleaning fee depending on the details of the event. Contact the owner for specific pricing.

Gatherings or events are limited to 50 people.
