In a villa 20 meters from the sea and pine forest, rent a beautiful apartment, its plus, is the comfort of the ground floor, its freshness on hot summer days, its large enclosed outdoor area and furnished with table, chairs, umbrella and outdoor sink . Inside the apartment is developed with a large double bedroom and a bedroom with bunk beds (4 beds, plus a baby cot) kitchen, a bathroom with shower. The price includes utilities (excluding natural gas for the winter period), prices do not include final cleaning, possible rental of bed linen and towels, washing machine condominium, agreements with beach and restaurants, pets are allowed. The apartment has an equipped kitchen, the price includes the use of the washing machine once a week for a wash, if you want to use it several times, the cost is € 3.00 per wash. Prices are inclusive of utilities, if you want to use energy-efficient appliances such as fans, mobile air conditioners, electric grill, microwave oven, electric coffee makers, electricity is calculated separately and you must give notice at the beginning of the stay. - "We've enjoyed our stay at Pineto very much. For us it's a perfect spot for a short stay really close to the beautifull beaches of Pineto and neighborvillages. Within a minut you're at the beach and sea, where you can walk for hours. Within two minutes you buy fresh fish every day and within 5 minutes you're at the bakery, supermarket and a restaurant/pizzeria. The appartment is great for up to 4 people, where we would advice this for a family with children, not for 4 adults. The shower is small and there's a big bedroom and a small bedroom with a bunk. You can sit perfectly outside for lunch or dinner. The kitchen is wel equipped for cooking. And for us this is very important. You can also eat inside, the kitchen is also the livingroom. Also there is protection in windows against mosquitos (not in the main door). It's well cleaned. You have to consider that you're close to a railway. We knew this before we went, because we're familiar with the surroundings. We think the beach/see is worth more than the noise of the train, but fact is, that it's there. Ofcourse the advantage of the railway is, that it's a place that's easy to reach with public transport. Gabriele is very helpfull and friendly. For a friendly price he'll pick you up on the airport when he has the possibility. For an evening flight this was great. During the day it's really easy to go by train/bus to Pescara. We think that Pineto is the best town to stay, when you want to be close to the beach in this part of Italy. The beaches of Pineto and the neighborvillages are endless and like a dream and clean. Ofcourse we weren't there in the high season. You have to consider that it'll be more crowded then with tourists. And there might me more music on the street. But still Pineto isn't too big. It has a nice centre, with some nice, elegant shops. (Giulianova, Silvi Marina, Roseto f.e. are bigger places, nice for some shopping probably, but for us too big.) You can rent a car in Giulianova and visit some beautifull places in the hills and mountains! Abruzzo is very beautifull and one of our favorite regions of Italy!"
