Place was very clean and the receptionist was very kind but NO COFFEE again in the room. Or easy access to get a coffee. FULL BREAKFAST was very well done, however. Also, the location is very very difficult to find especially after dark - not enough lights around and we were there end of October. Restaurant was closed and again - there was absolutely nothing around in October without having to get into the car - it would have been so stressful to have to find our way back. "

- "Walking distance to the beach and restaurant." - "I have a problem with how to rate this stay. We arrived at the place, we didn't find any instructions where the key was, what to do, etc. It turned out that the owner did not know about our arrival. We ordered through the booking service, according to the description on the website, something different than, as the host told us, he usually offers. I had the impression that the host was trying to help us, but I was dumbfounded, because for the first time it turned out that I ordered something different than described on the website, and for one person, even though the search engine searches for two by default. After I paid extra, the host made the room available to us. The place is tastefully decorated, comfortable sleeping. The minuses are the musty smell in the entire facility and the air conditioning is so efficient that we were able to fall asleep only at about 2 a.m., 6 hours after it was turned on. Anyway, I don't know how to evaluate the whole thing. I don't know who was at fault, because it certainly wasn't me, that instead of a peaceful night's stay during the trip I received a stressful situation, I felt like I was extorting something that I wasn't entitled to. Although I assume the good will of the host, who didn't tell me to leave, but only to pay more, I rate the whole thing at most 3 stars. And I don't want to find myself in a similar situation ever again."

A recently converted ground-floor stable in a historic 18th-century farmhouse overlooking the sea amid vineyards and olive groves in a rural hamlet now becoming a holiday area because it is near the beach. The apartment has old wooden doors, traditional brick arches and vaulted ceilings, and has been carefully restored in a simple, rustic, open-plan style to respect the original structure of the building. The flat sleeps between 2 and 6 people: a bedroom with two single beds (separated from the living room by screens) and in the living room a sofa-bed and 2 armchair beds. The living room also has a large dining table and seating for 8. There is a big bathroom with washbasin, bath, shower, toilet and bidet; a small kitchen with sink, draining rack, gas hob, cooker hood, microwave oven and fridge-freezer; and a sheltered seating area outside, looking on to the back garden, with a barbecue (shared with the owners when present) and secure parking.

If you book, we will provide you with a comprehensive set of notes supplying information about the flat, our favourite local shops & a list of places we like to visit. On arrival you will find some essential food, mineral water & a bottle of wine so you don't have to go shopping immediately. - "We had an amazing family holiday here. It was our second visit, and it never disappoints, whether you come in spring or in summer. The farmhouse flat is lovely: modern in all the right places for convenience, but retaining all the rustic charm of the original stonework. The patio is excellent, and the boys loved the space in the back garden for playing. The location is perfect: just a couple of minutes from the beach by car, where loungers can be hired for just two euros a day, and there are lovely little cafes offering meals very reasonably. The friendly staff at the Punto Verde were great with the kids, and there is a bar for the grown-ups too. There is also an excellent local pizzeria (Toni and Lucia's), where the food is great and the prices ludicrously low. The kids wanted to eat there every night. - "The front desk staff (Alessamdna, Leo and Susana) are really nice and helpful, made me feel very welcome, beautiful beach and a stunning, super clean swimming pool. " - "The beaches are quite nice (not many waves but also not too deep which is good for kids but can be a bit boring for adults - eg up to the rocks my 5 year old child could stand without having her head under water). With polarised sunglasses I saw a reasonable amount of fish every time I walked to the rocks in the sea. The food is a buffet and passable but there are nicer restaurants close by to rather go to. The breakfast was very poor, no fruit or eggs. Only water or pineapple juice for cold drinks. The restaurant is only open during (short) times and they start packing up before the time is up. The staff are quite friendly. The rooms are a bit tired and don’t have accessible electricity plugs by the bed which I find old fashioned but otherwise ok and had good aircon and ok fridge. The sea views are nice. The website says it has children clubs/childcare but this is only from around 15 June to mid September so we just missed this. You get an allocated umbrella and 2 chairs on the beach but only the blue ones, not the nice big straw ones, those are 50 euros extra a day. That annoyed me as we had a more expensive sea view room and literally the week we were there no-one used any the whole time!!!. They should let hotel people use those if no-one else is. The pools are nice but only open during certain times. Overall it is nice and we would stay there again but not eat at the restaurant."

- "We were here in Feb 2017, so a lot of places were closed. We walked the seaside and ate one dinner at the Il Sistema (walk across the road and toward Pescara (it was very good. Other times we drove to town. Also there is a big shopping center - Iper where you can find anything. Town and Iper are both about a 5 min drive. Also nice the Calachiara has off street parking. Anna and her mom were very gracious and th breakfast boasted regional pastries. We would come back again, but probably in the summer."
