LOCATION: The lofts are located in the center of Amalfi, only about 5 minutes walking from Piazza del Duomo, the Cathedral of Sant'Andrea, the port and the beach. Shops, boutiques, and artisan workshops selling local specialties like limoncello, handmade Amalfi paper, and ceramics from Vietri are just steps away. There are also excellent restaurants, pastry shops, and cafés located within walking distance. Guests can catch ferries, buses, and taxis near the port, a quick walk from the apartment, to easily explore the other destinations along the coast and the islands (Positano, Capri, Ischia, etc).

The large yard was wonderful for morning coffee, sunbathing and a glass of wine in the evening. Roberto was an incredible host, he took us to his gardens and showed us how he grows lemons, he gave us many lemons and also delicious fresh tomatoes and lettuce from the garden. Roberto took us on a 3 hour hike to the waterfall where we were treated to incredible views and he showed us the ancient fern, the medieval bridge, the old paper mill and many other sites. He even treated us to fresh lemonade at the end of our hike. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Chiarita and highly recommended this property!
