Nice studio with kitchenette and bathroom 50 meters from the town beach. the square, where bars, restaurants and all the main shops are located, can be reached by going down only 15 steps and covering 20 meters on foot. therefore the apartment is absolutely functional and easy to reach due to the conformation of the town.

I think Atrani is a great choice for anyone but especially for children because its quieter than other towns and not packed with tourists. The beach was not crowded and you have the choice to either rent a sunbed or use the free beach. The waves were gentle. Getting around by bus and ferry to the other towns was also easy. It was also a short walk to Amalfi using the pedestrian tunnel. I recommend a boat cruise to see the other towns. We loved our trip and all the memories we made."

Located in an excellent location on edge of Atrani, at a really short walk to the sandy beach and to the heart of busier Amalfi, Villa Paradiso is a great choice for a lively beach holiday
Atrani is a simple but delightful tiny sea village , situated between the sea and the high cliffs. It covers a territory of only 1 square km and is considerated the smallest municipality in Europe. The town is still that of Middle Ages and it is very well kept: narrow alleyways with vaults and arches, typical scalinatelle ( small staircases) leading to small squares , the main village square with cafes , restaurants and kids playing around it and a small beach surrounded by white houses. It assure a rare quiet for a village of the coast with no crowds of tourists but, at the same time, offers everything necessary for a comfortable stay : excellent restaurants , grocery shops, bus stops , delightful outdoor cafes and sandy beach.
Villa Paradiso is split on two levels and has been recently renovated by preserving the beauty of the painted arch shaped ceiling in the living room. The interiors are very luminous , welcoming , tastefully and elegantly furnished with some furnitures in the Mediterranean style mixed up with antique pieces. With air conditioning and central heating in all rooms, Villa Paradiso it suitable for occupation at any time of year.
The main attraction of the house is the large terrace with stunning sea view. It is decorated with jars filled with flowers and small palm trees, dining and living outdoors area shaded by retractable awnings, sun loungers and outdoor shower. From the terrace you will enjoy one of the best view over the town, the picturesque inlet of the coast, and the blue Mediterranean sea.
You will not need a car to stay at Villa Paradiso. The bus stop for the local buses is at only few meters far from the apartment; ferries and hydrofoils to Capri, Positano, Salerno, Sorrento etc leave from the tourist port of Amalfi .

This entire floor opens out to the terrace which runs the length of the villa and features a stunning sea view extending towards the entire coastline, absolutely spectacular especially in the evening, when the coastline and the town of Atrani are both lit up while the days small fishing boats slowly pass by.
The terrace boasts a very comfortable and inviting patio equipped with a seating area and dining area covered with a retractable awning . Outdoor furnishings include wickers sofas with cushions sitting 8 people , 4 lounge chairs, 2 sun umbrellas and a table with chairs that can accommodate up to 6 people. There is also a large outdoor shower.

On the right of the living area, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom.
The master bedroom is light and airy. It is equipped with a double bed, two handmade painted bedside tables, large wardrobe, television with satellite TV, a drawers and a wicker armchair. This bedroom offers direct access to the main terrace through a French door but also features access to a small balcony facing the old tower of Amalfi and a the blue sea.
The second bedroom in the blue color is a twin bedroom (easily convertible into a double if necessary) with a French door leading to a small balcony with sea view. This bedroom features a wardrobe, a bookcase and a drawers.
The two bedrooms share a spacious bathroom with a shower, a washbasin, a bidet and a toilet.

A flight of steps (about 18 steps) ,paved with cotto tiles, brings you up to an independent area with a span-roof .

- "My wife and I came to Atrani for our 25th wedding anniversary celebration and stayed in the Jade House. The property was very clean and Pina welcomed us to answer all of our questions. The two bathrooms were a bonus. Of course our private sun deck looking out to the sea, the Collegiate Santa Maria Maddalena, and the town was incredible! Not only would we sit out on the deck during the day (taking advantage of the loungers and the umbrellas provided) but we also loved to sit out at night with the stars overhead, looking out to the water. Pina was extremely helpful throughout our stay, answering questions we had about transportation (ferry, driver to Naples, etc). I cannot thank her enough for arranging a tour of the Santuario Santa Maria del Bando with a local guide - so very, very special. Overall we loved our stay and cannot wait to return to the Jade House and Atrani!"

- "Beautiful home and amazing views close to all the action!" - "We booked well in advance to our trip as we had 8 of us stay here (including 2 children). Researching across the Amalfi coast and near Amalfi, we wanted something close to the Amalfi town, kid friendly, but still a quiet and more relaxed setting for accomodations. Atrani is a simple town with quiet beach, more of a local feel and easy walking access to Amalfi. This VRBO was beautiful, had plenty of rooms, clean, views were spectacular, easy washing machine (use delicate with drying rack), and the patio was perfect for cappuccino in the morning and wine at night. Interaction with Chiara was fantastic via WhatsApp. She made everything super welcoming, checked in several times to make sure we were happy, and warned us multiple times (prior to arrival) about the stairs and luggage carrying up to the VRBO. I recommend listening to her about carrying luggage up...if you cannot then pay the money for someone to carry it for you. I highly recommend this place for large groups that want a great place with easy access to Amalfi, the ferry and great customer service."
