Our Loft apartments are situated in our Amalfi Vacation residence in the center of Amalfi town (the only one with a pool) and only a 5-minute walk from the beach, bus stop, ferries, taxies and close to everything: shops, restaurants, bars, and etc.

Each loft apartment is comprised of 1 bedroom with a king-size bed (on request, we can provide 2 twin beds in each bedroom), a living room with a double sofa bed, a dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, a master bathroom with shower, sink, bidet and W.C and a smaller second bathroom with sink, bidet ad W.C (no shower).

LOCATION: The lofts are located in the center of Amalfi, only about 5 minutes walking from Piazza del Duomo, the Cathedral of Sant'Andrea, the port and the beach. Shops, boutiques, and artisan workshops selling local specialties like limoncello, handmade Amalfi paper, and ceramics from Vietri are just steps away. There are also excellent restaurants, pastry shops, and cafés located within walking distance. Guests can catch ferries, buses, and taxis near the port, a quick walk from the apartment, to easily explore the other destinations along the coast and the islands (Positano, Capri, Ischia, etc).

The large yard was wonderful for morning coffee, sunbathing and a glass of wine in the evening. All sights were within a 20 min walk (but keep in mind the steps) and the boat dock was also very close- there are porters waiting for suitcases which was very welcomed- they bring them to your hotel for 10 euro per piece which was a lifesaver! The only downside is no elevator that we saw but not a huge deal. Full breakfast provided in the morning by staff which was delicious and the views are just amazing from the balcony. Very nice place would stay again and highly recommend."

Villa Eunice is located in one of the most beautiful panoramic areas of Positano: the villa is an old house built on the top of that high rocky spur overlooking the sea and which seems to “sustain” the main and most picturesque part of Positano, photographed and printed in every postcard.

The inhabitants of the place call this part of town “La Pigna” (pine cone) due to its round shape and to the fact that all the houses overlap one another just as on the shelf of a pineapple. The ‘Pigna’ separates the Spiaggia Grande (Large Beach) from the beach of Fornillo, and it features a flat summit shaped as a small triangle, the Punta Reginella. Villa Eunice is built on the top of the ‘Pigna’: once you have arrived on its terraces, you will feel as if in the first row to watch a marvelous show, in this case the scenery of Positano. This beautiful Villa has a fantastic location, conveniently connected to the center of town, main beach Spiaggia Grande and cozy beach of Fornillo.

The property is accessed by a narrow staircase from the main road of 70 stairs (few under Positano standards).
On the ground level the entrance opens to the largest of the terraces in this Villa which overlooks the sea and is warmed by the sun all day. On this terrace there is a large outside tables and chairs.
On the far right end the terrace is covered with yet another table and chairs which give the chance to sit outside even if it’s drizzling.

From beginning to end, they were very communicative - via email with instructions, sending someone to Minori ferry to help us with our bags (which we did not expect) answering our questions about the property, and suggesting local spots for great food and drinks. Special shout out to Giuseppe! We had one small miscommunication before check in that left me having to source thousands of Euros (+exchange rates/ATM fees/transaction fees) at the last minute - but I don't fault the owners. I missed one important email that clearly asked to have ht e second payment in cash. Any others that mentioned a second payment, I misinterpreted, having never seen anything like that with a Vrbo before. I understood the local taxes needed to be paid in cash but not the large sum making up the second payment. I truly believe that would come out of the credit card used to reserve the property. Had I understood, I would have brought traveller's cheques with me from the US rather than carrying that much cash from Rome. Again - perfect property, exactly as advertised and of course even more beautiful in person than in the pictures on the listing. Also as for location - we are big walkers and this location was a perfect one for us to explore towns from Atrani to Maiori all on foot - not to mention all the additional towns open to us by ferry or bus. Villa Mitrea is part of an old house in Positano which dates back to the eighteenth century. The house is located in the oldest and most typical area of Positano, consisting of white houses separated one from another by narrow streets and stairways and embellished by terraces rich in flowers and white masonry arches. Here the houses are built as if they were attached to the steep rocky coast. They all face the sun and the sea, forming that picturesque cluster of houses which render Positano so unmistakable!

You will be halfway between the beach and the state coastal road in a great and convenient position to reach either on foot or by bus either of the places.

The road below the villa is a one-way street run only by local cars and shuttles which take people from the lower to the upper part of Positano, which means from the beach and the pedestrian and shopping streets below to the national road up above.

The elegant shopping streets and the beach can be easily reached as all you have to do is descend some pedestrian shortcuts. Taking the old ‘scalinatelle’ (public narrow streets actually consisting of stairways) of Positano is something not to be missed if your legs allow you to do so! By going through these narrow stairways, besides seeing all the tourist-visited places, you will be able to unveil enthralling angles of Positano. And then, once you have reached the lower part of the town on foot, you can always go up again by bus!

the pier & main beach Spiaggia Grande are reachable in less then 10 m minutes on foot from the steps near it, ( 250 steps) if you prefer, by main street "Viale Pasitea" taking 15 minutes.( less stairs)
From the pier you can catch the ferry to Capri, Ischia, Amalfi, Naples. (not available in the winter time)

THE POOL AREA
Its large infinity sea water pool wiith its 18mx8m in size creates the feeling of being suspended upon the Mediterranean sea. Guarenteeing water temperature always in excess of 82º F (28ºC), the pool is HEATED with two powerful 24kw heat pumps in the months of March(second half), April, May, September, October and November(first half). The pool water, being directly pumped from the sea, is treated with the ozonator system that eliminates chlorine and other chemicals thus preserving the natural flavour of the mediterranean sea below. The result is having the sea below the Villa, delivered up to the house pool area, all for a stunning swimming experience from March 15th to November 15th.

The property is entirely exposed to the south, located on the coastal stretch from CapoDorso to Maiori, facing directly Amalfi, Ravello and Conca De Marini. The sun rises to the east over a 12th century neighbouring Norman Tower, crosses the Med over the south , and sets over the bay of Amalfi to the west, with the result of illuminating all premises from sunrise to dusk.

THE HOUSE
Stepping into the house you will find the main sitting room from where you acces the fully equipped modern kitchen and to a panoramic terrace overlooking an authentic Norman tower, the mediterranean sea and a lush forest with an encrusted 11th century Byzantyne monastery in the background.
From the living room you also access 4 of the total 6 BEDROOMS , the shaded and furnished east terrace, and to the swimming pool path out on the west side. TWO (2) ADDITIONAL DETACHED BEDROOMS form part of the Villa : one with a queen size double bed with en-suite bathroom, which is part of the main house and has an indipendent access, and one with two single beds and separate bathroom two meters away from the main house. The Villa features air-conditioning in the main living room and in each bedroom.

THE EXCLUSIVE SEA ACCESS
From the house through a private path you have exclusive land access to the sea, where you can dive into the water through a sun bathing platform or one of the two natural grottos. To finish up the blissfull feeling of being in a true oasis there is a waterfall, with its sparkling mountain water cascading into the turquoise sea.

LA NAVE POINT
In the property, from the pool area there is a path that leads to the most panoramic spot of this part of thea Amalfi Coast. It is a headland 40 meters above sea level that protrutes into the heart of the Amalfi Bay. From there you can relax, meditate or just take photos with amazing backgrounds.

ACCESSIBILITY
The villa is reached from the main coastal road, by accessing via the property main gate. Just in front of the gate there is the SITA bus stop. After crossing the the property gate you would drive aprox 200 yards through the estate on a private road to reach the Villa's 5 car parking area. From there, it is just a 20 yard plain surface walk to the house entrance, no steps involved. . Villa Gisella A is a bright apartment which faces the sun and the sea. It sleeps three people. It is approximately 70 square meters (750 square feet). It features a nice private terrace with a view of the sea, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be in the center of Praiano, approximately 100 meters (330 feet) from restaurants, shops and the SITA bus stop. You will find the closest beach (Spiaggia della Gavitella) at roughly 500 meters (550 yards) including 400 stairway steps. You will reach Villa Gisella A from the street level going up approximately 90 stairway steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Villa Gisella A. If you do have one, you will be able to park it at approximately 800 meters (880 yards), in a reserved covered parking space, in a fenced yard.

Villa Gisella is an independent house built on a stretch of coast which descends towards the sea. It is part of an old area of Praiano, right in the center of the town and a few feet away from shops, restaurants and bars.

From the terrace, you can enjoy a splendid 180-degree view of the sea and the coast. You will be able to admire the whole fascinating arch-shaped coast where Positano is nestled. Your eyes will meet, far in the horizon, Capri with its famous Faraglioni (stacks – vertical columns of rock in the sea near the coast) and the small Li Galli islands just a little closer.

The terrace will be your favorite place to have meals outdoor while admiring wonderful sunsets over the sea.

From Villa Gisella, you can reach the sea by either taking a bus or walking until the beach "della Praia", about 1 km (about 0.6 mile) away. You can also climb a long stairway (about 400 steps) which leads to a graciously small beach called ‘’La Gavitella’’ placed in an inlet enclosed by rocks.

During spring and summer the beaches are equipped with establishments and restaurants. Several beaches have small boats which take you to numerous and enthralling small beaches along the coast. - "Villa Gisella A is a perfect property to us. The view on the terrace is unforgettable, it overlook the sea with Positano in view. We have breakfast every morning and watch all the yachts sails by. In side the house, it is very comfortable and super clean. Adriana [the owner] stocks everything you can think of from pots and pans for you to become a gourmet cook, and enough dishes for you to throw a party! Adriana is a very kind and a welcoming host. The airline lost me luggage for two days. Adriana helped me to make contact, she even went out of her way to drove to Positano and pick up my luggage. WE are thankful for her help. I would have no hesitation to recommend Villa Gisella A to anyone who want to come and visit the Amalfi Coast. Just to mention to get to the villa it is 90 steps up. It can not be avoided but it is worth it, after all Amalfi Coast is build on cliffs!!"
