Villa Eunice is a splendid two-story villa located on the high coast in front of the sea. It sleeps six people. From Villa Eunice you will enjoy a spectacular view of the sea, of Positano and of the Amalfi Coast. Villa Eunice is 150 square meters (1615 square feet). You will be in the heart of Positano, a few steps from restaurants and shops. This beautiful Villa has a fantastic location, conveniently connected to the center of town, main beach Spiaggia Grande and cozy beach of Fornillo.
The views are spectacular, ranging from Praiano all across Positano and Li Galli, former Nureyev island.
The property is accessed by a narrow staircase from the main road of 70 stairs (few under Positano standards).
On the ground level the entrance opens to the largest of the terraces in this Villa which overlooks the sea and is warmed by the sun all day. On this terrace there is a large outside tables and chairs.
On the far right end the terrace is covered with yet another table and chairs which give the chance to sit outside even if it’s drizzling.

From the charming village of Minori: ferry lines for Amalfi, Positano, Capri, etc, depart.

The Villa is walking distance from the center about 300 meters.
the pier & main beach Spiaggia Grande are reachable in less then 10 m minutes on foot from the steps near it, ( 250 steps) if you prefer, by main street "Viale Pasitea" taking 15 minutes.( less stairs)
From the pier you can catch the ferry to Capri, Ischia, Amalfi, Naples. (not available in the winter time)

THE POOL AREA
Its large infinity sea water pool wiith its 18mx8m in size creates the feeling of being suspended upon the Mediterranean sea. Guarenteeing water temperature always in excess of 82º F (28ºC), the pool is HEATED with two powerful 24kw heat pumps in the months of March(second half), April, May, September, October and November(first half). The pool water, being directly pumped from the sea, is treated with the ozonator system that eliminates chlorine and other chemicals thus preserving the natural flavour of the mediterranean sea below. The result is having the sea below the Villa, delivered up to the house pool area, all for a stunning swimming experience from March 15th to November 15th.

The property is entirely exposed to the south, located on the coastal stretch from CapoDorso to Maiori, facing directly Amalfi, Ravello and Conca De Marini. The sun rises to the east over a 12th century neighbouring Norman Tower, crosses the Med over the south , and sets over the bay of Amalfi to the west, with the result of illuminating all premises from sunrise to dusk.

Stepping into the house you will find the main sitting room from where you acces the fully equipped modern kitchen and to a panoramic terrace overlooking an authentic Norman tower, the mediterranean sea and a lush forest with an encrusted 11th century Byzantyne monastery in the background.
From the living room you also access 4 of the total 6 BEDROOMS , the shaded and furnished east terrace, and to the swimming pool path out on the west side. TWO (2) ADDITIONAL DETACHED BEDROOMS form part of the Villa : one with a queen size double bed with en-suite bathroom, which is part of the main house and has an indipendent access, and one with two single beds and separate bathroom two meters away from the main house. The Villa features air-conditioning in the main living room and in each bedroom.

THE EXCLUSIVE SEA ACCESS
From the house through a private path you have exclusive land access to the sea, where you can dive into the water through a sun bathing platform or one of the two natural grottos. To finish up the blissfull feeling of being in a true oasis there is a waterfall, with its sparkling mountain water cascading into the turquoise sea.

LA NAVE POINT
In the property, from the pool area there is a path that leads to the most panoramic spot of this part of thea Amalfi Coast. It is a headland 40 meters above sea level that protrutes into the heart of the Amalfi Bay. From there you can relax, meditate or just take photos with amazing backgrounds.

ACCESSIBILITY
The villa is reached from the main coastal road, by accessing via the property main gate. Just in front of the gate there is the SITA bus stop. After crossing the the property gate you would drive aprox 200 yards through the estate on a private road to reach the Villa's 5 car parking area. From there, it is just a 20 yard plain surface walk to the house entrance, no steps involved. . The pool area is at 30yards from the main house, and there are 15 steps to walk down or up to or from it.

- "What a gem this villa is and the Fusco family are! We were a party of 12, 5 kids 7 adults and we couldn’t have wished for a better place to stay. We arrived early but Vito was very accommodating and allowed us to use the pool area while we waited. The villa’s location is fabulous with views from almost every room, and plenty of outdoor space including a pool, which is rare to find in Positano. On our arrival we discovered that Vito had stocked the fridge with beer, wine and soft drinks not to mention the gin, whiskey, aperol etc (for purchase) which was a really nice touch, oh and we also took advantage of the offer of a keg of beer, nothing better than a cold draft beer on a hot sunny day. Vito also came over in the afternoon to give us a rundown of the best places for groceries, restaurants and taxi service which was very helpful. Like others have said it’s a trek down some 900 odd steps to Positano and sometimes we didn’t want to trek up, which wasn’t a problem as the buses and taxis are plentiful, oh and the villa has a deal with a couple of taxi companies that will only charge you €40, which is much better than the €80 we were often quoted. I have to mention the highlight of our stay which was the pizza party with the Fusco family, such a lovely nice welcoming and fun people, we had a blast that night, as we did many other nights too😉 Just a big thank you to Vito and his family 🙏 Tony"

Palazzo Rocco was built in 1820 by the noble Neapolitan family "Rocco".
The Sunshining Villa has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 10 people including 2 on a comfortable sofa bed in the Royale Suite.

It is part of a farmhouse interspersed with lots of fruit trees, like lemon trees, orange trees, tangerine trees, cherry-trees, peach trees, medlar trees, apple trees, pear trees, plum trees, apricot trees, banana trees, kiwi trees and the delicious "figs of Cilento", which are typical of the region. Moreover, some centuries-old olive trees surround the villa along with many varieties of flowers, which colour the property with different shades according to the season. Equipment: a large solarium area equipped with comfortable deckchairs and two outdoor showers with hot water will make you feel relaxed in the garden, where you can sunbathe under the hot sun of the region or rest under the shadow of our trees, while you monitor your children. Our trees also surround a green area with swings, porch swing and volleyball court. A beautiful typical wood oven will allow you to cook some delicious Pizzas Margherita that you can season with the products of our vegetable garden (tomatoes, basil and olive oil), as well as the excellent buffalo milk mozzarella. The owner Sylvestro, who lived in the flat above, went out of his way to make us welcome throughout our stay in a warm, unobtrusive way. In the apartment we were delighted to find some wine, beer, a freshly backed cake, lemons & oranges from the farm, tea and coffee along with basic items like toilet paper, soap and washing up liquid. Within minutes of our arrival a large bowl of pasta had been rustled up by his sister and served with more local wine. Later in the week we were treated to a hands on limoncello-making demonstration using home grown lemons fresh from the trees, which we were able to take home at the end of the stay. The highlight was pizza cooked in the outside wood-fired oven. The apartment was clean and in good condition, with 2 bedrooms, bathroom with shower, well equipped kitchen and dining table and chairs. There was a TV with mainly italian channels available. There was a shady outside terrace with table, chairs, recliners and sun loungers. The apartment could be improved by a comfortable inside sitting area (e.g. small couch) for use in cooler evenings. The large enclosed garden was available for our use and ideal for children with swings, seesaw, ball games etc. The main high street and clean sandy beach were both 5 minutes walk away. Shops including supermarkets, many restaurants and other amenities all within walking distance - our favourite was the Restaurant Porta Rosa, 10 mins walk away. Local food was of good quality and reasonably priced with many small shops selling fresh local produce. Buffala mozzarella (and gelati!) were fantastic. Train station close by but we had a hired car. The Cilento National Park is beautiful with many blue flag beaches and coastal towns, each worth a visit. Pompeii, Vesuvius, Napoli, Sorrento and the Amalfi coast are all possible day trips too. ""
