Villa Principessa has direct access to the sea, beach platform, and pool. It's comprised of 3 bedrooms with 2 king-size and 1 queen-size bed (on request, we can provide 2 twin beds in each bedroom), each with its own private bathroom; a large living room with a stunning sea view; a spacious dining room with a fully equipped kitchen, a house bathroom and two private outdoor spaces with sea view.
One of the bedrooms is large enough to accommodate an extra bed, which is available on request.
In both the living room and dining room, there is a comfortable double sofa bed. All rooms have either a balcony or terrace with lovely views of the sea.

Villa Principessa is one of the finest villas in Ravello and on the whole of the Amalfi Coast. In fact, despite having been completely renovated and equipped with every modern comfort, the villa still conserves much of its late eighteenth-century charm.

Along with direct access to the sea, guests staying at Villa Principessa also have access to the new "infinity" pool and large solarium!

The pool is located just across the street from the villa and just 70 steps from the road, and is shared with the other 5 villas in the complex. Each guest has his/her sun lounger guaranteed, and pool towels are provided as well.

The pool is open starting from April 1st onwards (weather permitting) and is heated in the spring and autumn months.

The entrance is on the street level; from here you enter a small reception area which, on the left, opens onto the large and prestigiously furnished sitting room and, on the right, the stairs that lead to the other two floors.

Villa Principessa is located in one of the most scenic and picturesque areas of the Amalfi Coast: Marmorata, the area of Ravello closest to the sea.

The location is strategic: in fact, even if it's in the area of Ravello, the closest little town is Minori (which is just a short walk from the villa (10 minutes) or 2 minutes by bus, car or taxi.).

Minori features sand beaches, shops, grocery stores, banks, excellent restaurants and one of the best and world's most famous pastry shops "Sal De Riso".

From the charming village of Minori: ferry lines for Amalfi, Positano, Capri, etc, depart.

Amalfi town is at only 1.5 miles/2.4 km away (about 7-8 minutes by car, taxi, bus, or ferry);

Villa Principessa is a perfect base to visit all the towns along the Amalfi Coast, and also other towns such as Sorrento, Pompeii and Hercolaneum.

For the definitive confirmation of the reservation, the payment of 50% of the total amount of the stay (+ the service fee) is required at the moment of the booking through VRBO reservation system. The balance will be paid on arrival.

The rental period can start and finish any day (according to the availability).

Check-in: any day of the week from 2.30 PM to 8.30 PM.
For arrivals from 8.30 pm to 11.00 pm, an additional fee of €30 will be charged.
For arrivals AFTER 11.00 pm, the fee increases to €50.
Check-out (any day of the week) is by 10.00 AM.

The hot tub on the lowest yard level was soothing after the many trips up to the square and back. Yes, it’s over one hundred stairs to the square (there is a bus somewhere. We just never used it which made the pasta courses a bit more guilt-free). I could go on but you get the picture. Lastly, Francesca and Giada were extremely responsive and helpful."

From Villa Stilnovo you will enjoy a charming view of the sea and of the coast of Amalfi. Villa Stilnovo is 280 square meters (3000 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, two private terraces, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 800 meters (half a mile) from Ravello, where you will find restaurants, shops and the stop for the SITA bus and for the local bus. You will find the closest restaurant at 600 meters (660 yards), a grocery store at 2 km (roughly 1.2 miles) and the closest beach (Castiglione di Ravello beach) at 6 km (roughly 3.7 miles) including 200 stairway steps (other beaches with less steps to climb are also available in the area). You will reach Villa Stilnovo from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Villa Stilnovo. If you do have one, you will be able to park it free of charge on the premises. The parking space is suitable for up to three cars. If necessary, you can park along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces).

Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 5 meters (16 feet) large by 16 meters (52 feet) long, from 1 meter (3.3 feet) to 3.5 meters (11.5 feet) deep. The area is equipped with tables, chairs, deck chairs, sun loungers, a swing and an external shower, and it is partly shaded by a porch made of stone. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a fascinating view of the sea and of the coast of Amalfi. The pool is open from the beginning of May until the end of October.
Garden
The garden is 10000 square meters (108000 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by perfumed lemon and grapevine pergolas. In the garden you will find a children's playground. From the garden you will enjoy an enchanting view of the greenery and of the coast of Amalfi.
Ground FloorTerrace 1
The first terrace is 100 square meters (1076 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by an elegant porch. It is equipped with sofas, as well as with a table, chairs and deck chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a wonderful view of the greenery and of the sea at a distance.
Patio
The patio is 30 square meters (320 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by an elegant wood roof. It is equipped with a table and chairs. Here you will also find a barbecue. From the patio you will enjoy an enchanting view of the greenery and of the coastline.
Living Room
The living room is paved with handmade majolica tiles, in the characteristic style of the Amalfi Coast. The furnishings are elegant and refined, and include some antique pieces. The furnishings include two sofas and two armchairs. In this room you will find an upright piano (please contact us before making your reservation if you plan to use the piano, as we need to make sure that it is in working order). There is a nice fireplace made of stone, for decorative purposes only. The dining table can accommodate ten guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels), a DVD player and a CD player with Ipod dock station. From the living room you will be able to enter the first terrace with a view of the olive grove and of the sea through three French doors. The room also has a window. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. It is spacious and comfortable, equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a large refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. The dining table can accommodate six guests. From the kitchen two French doors will take you to the patio with a broad view of the sea and of the valley below. The room also has a window.
Bathroom 1
The first bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.
Half bath
The half-bath is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. First FloorTerrace 2
The second terrace is 40 square meters (430 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a retractable awning. It is equipped with a table, chairs and deck chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a splendid view of the sea and of the coast of Amalfi.

- "We had three generations at Villa Stilnovo. We all said it was the best vacation we ever had. Our group of ten including 4 children ages 10, 8, 8 and 5 all said there was nothing they would change. It is the only vacation I have ever been on that I was truly sad to leave. We definitely want to go back. Many times we hiked, we walked to Ravello, but every afternoon we returned to Villa Stilnovo and sat on the deck, some of us went swimming in the huge wonderful pool. We thought we wanted dinner at the villa every other night, looking back we had dinner at the villa every night, but two. Rodica is a fabulous cook and Mircea made sure everyone was happy. One of our group is gluten free and Rodica easily made his dinner happen. It was delicious! We are thinking of when we can go back. Transportation in Amalfi area is challenging, but nothing was too much trouble for Mircea and he has a big Mercedes van that could handle all of us. We were a little "tight" - so he had to make multiple trips to the airport, but from the house to pick us up in Amalfi or Minori, etc. Was never a problem. Keep Rodica and Mircea happy :) They are beyond wonderful. Summer In Italy, Luca and Klint, answered my many questions about transportation, chartering a boat, cooking and the house. All of the questions were promptly answered. The best advice they gave me was to wait until I got to the house because Mircea and Rodica were so knowledgeable, helpful and nice, they would take care of our every wish. Summer In Italy was wonderful. I am already thinking of planning another trip. I cannot thank you and Klint enough for always answering my many questions and helping me plan this trip for our family. A 15-minute walk from Minori Beach in Ravello, Villa Il Lupo Felice provides accommodations with access to a solarium. The historic center of Ravello is on a hill, 360 meters above sea level, and even in the height of summer the climate is pleasant and cool. Starting from the historic center and following pleasant staircases, you can reach both the villages higher up and those lower down, which welcome numerous accommodation solutions far from the center. La residEnza 2 (together with the adjacent La residEnza 1) is the only holiday villa located in the historic center of Ravello, surrounded by 500 square meters of garden, with private parking reserved for guests and without architectural barriers to facilitate guest access with motor difficulties. It is located a few meters from the central square (Piazza Duomo), bars, restaurants and public transport for Amalfi, Positano and Sorrento.

The well-kept garden lawn, shaded by olive and palm trees, can be admired from the villa's patio, furnished with comfortable garden furniture. The interiors, very well maintained, allow a comfortable accommodation for 4 people, in the 2 bedrooms, and if necessary a fifth guest in the living room. The kitchenette is equipped with all comforts, including the thermal / microwave oven. The bathroom has a comfortable bathtub that can also be used as a shower. The washing machine and the iron complete the equipment.
Ideal location for one or two couples wishing to enjoy a few quiet days, for the family with children to play freely in the garden, for guests who are no longer young or who have difficulty moving. Ravello, located in the center of the Amalfi Coast, is the ideal place from which to set off for day trips, before returning to dinner in the garden in the evening.

- "We rented Villa Enza for a week while in Ravello for our wedding. It was the most perfect central location, right up the steps is the main town square. It was also conveniently right next to the parking lot so we could get dropped off/picked up by our taxi with all of our bags right outside the door(typically in Ravello you need to walk as cars aren’t allowed within the town). The sister property is right behind, but still private and separated by a fence and hedges. It was convenient for us that family members rented this house so we could easily pop over to say hello(a good option to rent both if you are a larger group!). The inside of the house is quite small but if you’re only 3 people like we were, it was comfortable. The indoor AC was great also. The best part about the house was the beautiful garden and outdoor seating and dining area, we spent all of our time hanging out there. We would definitely recommend staying at Villa Enza while in Ravello!"
