Villa Eunice is a splendid two-story villa located on the high coast in front of the sea. It sleeps six people. From Villa Eunice you will enjoy a spectacular view of the sea, of Positano and of the Amalfi Coast. Villa Eunice is 150 square meters (1615 square feet). It features two gorgeous private terraces with a view of the sea and of the coastline, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be in the heart of Positano, a few steps from restaurants and shops. You will find the stop for the SITA bus Amalfi - Sorrento line at 50 meters (165 feet) and the closest beach (Spiaggia Grande di Positano) at roughly 1 km (0.6 miles). You will reach Villa Eunice along a 50-meters (165-feet) public walkway that has no stairway steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Villa Eunice. If you do have one, you will be able to park it on the premises, in a garage. The parking space is suitable for at most one small car (the size of a Fiat Punto or smaller).

Villa Eunice is located in one of the most beautiful panoramic areas of Positano: the villa is an old house built on the top of that high rocky spur overlooking the sea and which seems to “sustain” the main and most picturesque part of Positano, photographed and printed in every postcard.

The inhabitants of the place call this part of town “La Pigna” (pine cone) due to its round shape and to the fact that all the houses overlap one another just as on the shelf of a pineapple. The ‘Pigna’ separates the Spiaggia Grande (Large Beach) from the beach of Fornillo, and it features a flat summit shaped as a small triangle, the Punta Reginella. Villa Eunice is built on the top of the ‘Pigna’: once you have arrived on its terraces, you will feel as if in the first row to watch a marvelous show, in this case the scenery of Positano. This beautiful Villa has a fantastic location, conveniently connected to the center of town, main beach Spiaggia Grande and cozy beach of Fornillo.
The views are spectacular, ranging from Praiano all across Positano and Li Galli, former Nureyev island.
The property is accessed by a narrow staircase from the main road of 70 stairs (few under Positano standards).
On the ground level the entrance opens to the largest of the terraces in this Villa which overlooks the sea and is warmed by the sun all day. On this terrace there is a large outside tables and chairs.
On the far right end the terrace is covered with yet another table and chairs which give the chance to sit outside even if it’s drizzling.
A door leads you to a comfortable living area sectioned into three room divided by arches, with various sofas, a smart monitor (Netflix, Prime, etc) and a big window which frames the view as a painting. A fireplace can be found here as well.
Through the living room you walk into a very spacious kitchen, fully equipped, with a large table for 10 people, high ceilings with exposed wood, wood oven for pizza and charcoal grills.

Villa Le Sirene is an "Historic Building" property located in a characteristic & Central location of Positano called “Punta Reginella”

To reach the villa there are 68 steps from Main road Viale Pasitea till the property gate , and other 20 steps to reach the main floor.
so it is important menage well the stairs ( as anywhere in Positano)

The Villa is walking distance from the center about 300 meters.
the pier & main beach Spiaggia Grande are reachable in less then 10 m minutes on foot from the steps near it, ( 250 steps) if you prefer, by main street "Viale Pasitea" taking 15 minutes.( less stairs)
From the pier you can catch the ferry to Capri, Ischia, Amalfi, Naples. (not available in the winter time)
PLEASE NOTE
On entering the apartment, you will find a large, elegantly furnished living area and a dining room replete with a table for 6/ 10 people, a lounge with two sofa in TV area and a fully equipped kitchen includes dishwasher, kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, fridge, moka, american coffee maker.
Off the living area there is a spacious terrace with a wonderful view, a perfect place to entertain, to have a dinner admiring the panorama.

- "What a gem this villa is and the Fusco family are! We were a party of 12, 5 kids 7 adults and we couldn’t have wished for a better place to stay. We arrived early but Vito was very accommodating and allowed us to use the pool area while we waited. The villa’s location is fabulous with views from almost every room, and plenty of outdoor space including a pool, which is rare to find in Positano. On our arrival we discovered that Vito had stocked the fridge with beer, wine and soft drinks not to mention the gin, whiskey, aperol etc (for purchase) which was a really nice touch, oh and we also took advantage of the offer of a keg of beer, nothing better than a cold draft beer on a hot sunny day. Vito also came over in the afternoon to give us a rundown of the best places for groceries, restaurants and taxi service which was very helpful. Like others have said it’s a trek down some 900 odd steps to Positano and sometimes we didn’t want to trek up, which wasn’t a problem as the buses and taxis are plentiful, oh and the villa has a deal with a couple of taxi companies that will only charge you €40, which is much better than the €80 we were often quoted. I have to mention the highlight of our stay which was the pizza party with the Fusco family, such a lovely nice welcoming and fun people, we had a blast that night, as we did many other nights too😉 Just a big thank you to Vito and his family 🙏 Tony"

Villa Graziella had its beginnings over 1 century ago, when Lucia Casola and Cristoforo Antonio Guida lived in the original house that still sits on the mountainside below the current Villa.The Villa estate has stayed within the family, in 1974 Graziella Guida and Don Luigi Apostolico built the current Villa Graziella which is operated by Clementina Apostolico and Aurelio Buonocore. Villa Graziella was a family Villa for a century when it was renovated and opened to guests from all over the world in 2012.

villa Genny and Emily, is located in Montepertuso a small village which is 15 minutes from Positano. Once you reach the piazza cappella di montepertuso just a five minute walk from the villa, you will find the bus stop that takes you to the center of Positano.

Villa Cleopatra is an elegant and welcoming two-story villa built sheer above the sea. It sleeps ten people. From Villa Cleopatra you will enjoy a charming view of the sea and of the coast from Positano to Punta Campanella, the western tip of the Sorrentine peninsula, and of the island of Capri on the horizon. Villa Cleopatra is 500 square meters (5380 square feet). It features a private jacuzzi pool, direct access to the beach and to the sea, two nice private terraces with a view of the sea, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
