Villa Mitrea is part of an old house in Positano which dates back to the eighteenth century. The house is located in the oldest and most typical area of Positano, consisting of white houses separated one from another by narrow streets and stairways and embellished by terraces rich in flowers and white masonry arches. Here the houses are built as if they were attached to the steep rocky coast. They all face the sun and the sea, forming that picturesque cluster of houses which render Positano so unmistakable!

You will be halfway between the beach and the state coastal road in a great and convenient position to reach either on foot or by bus either of the places.

The road below the villa is a one-way street run only by local cars and shuttles which take people from the lower to the upper part of Positano, which means from the beach and the pedestrian and shopping streets below to the national road up above.

The elegant shopping streets and the beach can be easily reached as all you have to do is descend some pedestrian shortcuts. Taking the old ‘scalinatelle’ (public narrow streets actually consisting of stairways) of Positano is something not to be missed if your legs allow you to do so! By going through these narrow stairways, besides seeing all the tourist-visited places, you will be able to unveil enthralling angles of Positano. And then, once you have reached the lower part of the town on foot, you can always go up again by bus!

- "Positano was magical! The view from the living room and terrace was amazing. It was wonderful having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for my family. The apartment was just as we expected, very clean. The host had snacks and drinks for us, which was very nice. Gaetano met us when we arrived and showed us everything. He also booked cars for us to and from the Naples train station, which was helpful. We went during mid-March, before the busy season. Almost everything was open, but it was not crowded at all. We didn’t have to make reservations at any restaurants. I definitely recommend visiting at that time of year. I heard it gets horribly crowded in the summer. We took a boat ride tour to Capri, which was the highlight of the trip. Get ready for lots and lots of stairs! I wouldn’t bring little kids. My kids are 13 and that was perfect. The town is perfect for exploring. Not everything is listed on google maps. Some things you just need to find. I can’t wait to go back!! It would be perfect for a girls trip- so much shopping!!"

Belview has an impressive panorama of Positano. It is a two bedroomed flat in the complex Parco dei Fiori, which is situated in the higher part of the resort and has a private swimming pool and private parking spaces. The flat is luminous and comfortably furnished. It is a short walk from the parking spaces and steps will take you down to the swimming pool. The pool is 25 meters long and the shallow end is safe for children to swim. It is open from the 15th June to the 15th October.

Positano is in an ideal position for those who would like to visit the Amalfi coast, Capri, Sorrento and surrounding areas as there are regular bus services and ferries.

Near the complex there is an excellent restaurant and pizzeria and also a small greengrocer and grocer.

Positano offers a wide range of restaurants and bars as well as boutiques, art galleries and characteristic shops. The beaches are lively and the sea perfect for swimming. The night life offers discos, wine bars and many special performances and festivals on the beach or at the surrounding villages.

Belview is positioned at the top and at the front of the complex and from the balcony there is a full view of Positano, its beaches and the coast line.

Public transport
There are buses that take you down to the sea (5 - 10 minutes ride) or up to the villages
Montepertuso and Nocelle (10 - 15 mintutes ride), which pass the gates of the complex.
To catch the bus to Amalfi or Sorrento there is a short walk (3 - 5 minutes) to reach the
bus stop. Near the bus stop you will also find a bar, the post office, a mini-market, a
butcher and further up the road a fish shop.
From the 1st April 2018 a tourist tax of 1.50 € is applied per person per night (children under 10 are exempt) to be paid directly to the hotel. b & b or residence.

- "Great place." - "The property was great and the view was better. First of all, Marco was a great host. Excellent communication PLUS he has his own van/shuttle service and was able to pick us up and drop us off in Naples! We didn't have a car, but if you are traveling with a car in Positano, the fact that this apartment includes parking is amazing. There is simply no parking in Positano.|The pool is beautiful and refreshing too....not many pools around so we felt pretty special! Everyone in Positano seems to be familiar with the complex (Parco Dei Fiori) and maybe that's why. The location is about as high up in Positano as it gets so the views are incredible. There is a market that is 1 minute down the road and Constantino restaurant which is VERY good too. There is also a bus stop right down the street. Everything in positano is walkable BUT, being up top means there are a LOT of stairs to get down to many of the shops or the water. We did a lot of walking and its a great leg workout but when you get tired it's nice to know you can just hop on the bus. Overall we were very happy with our stay in Positano and definitely recommend Marco's apartment."

Entering the apartment there's a spacious and bright living room: there is a comfortable sofa with a fireplace, a dinner table and open kitchen and has direct access to the balcony.

There are two bedrooms tastefully decorated and two bathrooms with showers (all the rooms have air conditioning). Each room has an access to the large balcony, from which you can enjoy the view of the sea, the coast, the main beach, Li Galli island and the ancient towers. The terrace is furnished with chairs, an armchair and a stone bench.

The apartment, accessible on foot, is located inside the private estate of Casa Caldiero, which is a few minutes walking distance from restaurants, bars, beaches, grocery stores, the pier and the town center. You can reach the apartment from two different entrances: one at the bottom close to the sea, climbing 150 steps and another one from the road walking down 160 stairs.

Our clients have always appreciated the tranquility of our apartments, therefore, we want to warn all our guests that parties are not allowed.
After one week stay, we offer a free cleaning service, which includes changing sheets etc.

SERVICES:
At arrival, I'll meet you all at the road where the driver will drop you off or if arriving by ferry down at the dock to make getting to the apartment easier and will organize the porters for you if needed.

We offer a nice bottle of wine, a few beers, a bottle of water and taralli so that upon arrival you'll have something cold and refreshing.
And also offer Coffee pods for the nespresso, fette biscottate which would be toast, jams and butter so for the first morning you'll have a little breakfast option.

For stays 7 days or longer, there's a mid stay clean which includes a change of sheets, towels and a quick clean of the apartment.

For stays of 5 days I'll have an extra set of bath towels for you.

If you would like to have maid service daily please let me know ahead of time for the availability of the maid and can organize it. She charges 20 Euro an hour.

This apartment accommodates up to 4 people max.

During the whole stay, the guests can count on the assistance of our staff, who will be at your disposal for any information.
The check-in time is from 3 pm to 8 pm: we always suggest you communicate your time of arrival in advance.
The check-out is at 10 am.
In case you arrive after 8 pm, we ask you to contact us beforehand so that the staff will be ready to welcome you. This service has an extra cost of €50 to be paid in cash at the time of arrival.
Moreover, there are fixed cleaning fee of €80 and tourist tax of €2,50 each night per person, all to be paid in cash at the apartment.
If you stay one week or longer, we can provide you with cleaning once a week upon your request.
We have a 3-night minimum stay policy.

Casa Vacanze Villa Le Sirene is a XVII century palace recentely restored in the heart of Positano, with a view of the famous Spiaggia Grande . The villa is located in a magnificent and very central location.
there are 68 steps from main road Viale Pasitea.
This is a loft apartment suitable for two-three people , large approximately 60 m²,

It has a large living area furnished with 2 sofas in a TV area, and a dining. The room is double-volume, very high with traditional cupola-ceilings.

Double-doors open to a veranda which overlooks the main church of Positano, Santa Maria Assunta, and the main beach, Spiaggia Grande.

The bedroom is on the loft and there is a double bed

Adjacent to the living area is the fully-kitted kitchen and from here one can step out onto veranda with a view over Spiaggia Grande, the main beach of Positano it's ideal place for romantic dinners. The path of access to Villa Le Sirene is covered with fragrant flowers

Supermarkets which offer home delivery, post office, shops, pharmacy and restaurants are at walking distance. Bus connections with , Amalfi, Ravello, Sorrento, Maiori and Salerno are far s 450 mt from the Villa . Ferry connections to Capri Island are available from Positano, Amalfi, Praiano and Naples.

Casa Mamì enjoys a prestigious position because it is in the center, a few meters from 'Piazza dei Mulini' and the beginning of the pedestrian area leading to the beach, which is reached on foot in a few minutes.
The apartment is a private house with air-conditioning and wifi; it has three large rooms: two bedrooms and a living room, a little kitchen, two bathrooms and terrace with sea views and overlooking the main street.
The apartment is on the second floor of an independent building, you can be reached by car to the entrance staircase, possibility of short term parking for loading / unloading luggage.
The view from the terrace is wonderful: the colorful houses perched on the rock, with the green outline, the view of the Sea, to the rainbow colors of the clothes on display in tailoring boutique.
Easy parking: in close proximity car parks for a fee; even restaurants, bars, pizzerias, supermarket, local bus stop, tennis courts and football pitches.

The apartment was very clean and had ample space for our family of 4 with two bathrooms and 2 bedrooms. There is also a living room to gather. The owner, Anna, was fabulous and very attentive. Before we arrived, she gave us many ideas on what to do here as well as suggestions on where to eat. We were provided with easy instructions on how to access the property as well as use of some of the amenities. When the ferry was cancelled on the day of our departure, she helped us rearrange our travel plans and hire a car. She saved the day in what otherwise might have been a very stressful day.
