This house is not overlooked, it has uninterrupted views of the sea and the hills of the Arunci National Park.

Superb, spacious, comfortable villa with large rooms all of which ( excluding bathrooms) have French doors opening onto a shaded veranda, that provided cool seating all day and have views of either garden, hills or the sea.

There are four separate terraces, including a huge roof terrace, a perfect place to watch the sun set over the islands and to admire the lights of Sperlonga. There is a separate terrace with dining table that seats 12, surrounded by garden and Mexican fountain, a large umbrella shades garden sofas and chairs to create a tranquil area.

There are four decent sized bedrooms,

3 double bedrooms, two of these three bedrooms bedroom also have a single bed in it, for children ( which are not included in the bed count) The 4th bedroom is set up as a children’s bunk room which can sleep 5. Two bunk beds and s single bed.

This house is perfect for up to 8 adults. I would suggest that 6 adults with children work best, as one of the bedrooms is set up with five beds in it.

2 bathrooms, both with showers, toilets basin and bidet, one of the bathrooms has a bath and shower. There is an outside shower as well.

Kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, large American style fridge,. The kitchen has a French door opening onto the veranda, where you can find s gas BBQ.

Large family living room, 15 metres long. We have pool table, TV, and dining table in the large living area . You can see the sea from the living room and there are double French doors which open onto the terrace, where there is a large dining table. This is s perfect place to dine, with a lovely view of the sea and Sperlonga.

There is an outside ping pong table, shaded by a gazebo covered with a vine tree.

We have a shaded carport with space for three or four cars.

3.75 km to Sperlonga. 6 minute drive.

Itri is a 15minutes drive, inland, It is a non touristy medieval town which is a great place to shop for food.

Homer Holiday House is a fabulous villa. E 'of about 150 square meters with large balconies and sea view terrace. Comfortable for 10 guests divided into four comfortable rooms with double and single beds of various types. Tv in the lounge there is a comfortable sofa. We are in Via Omero snc, a few steps from the sea and from the center. The location of the house is fantastic and about 500 meters away are the beach club La Lanterna included in the price, the supermarket, the pharmacy, the town market on Saturday. And then a thousand other places of entertainment such as the children's playground, seaside bars, restaurants, pizzerias and much more.
Entering the house we find a pleasant and functional kitchen complete with all accessories, including the dishwasher. It is large and comfortable, it includes a huge dining table, a comfortable sofa and a generous 42-inch LCD TV. E 'equipped with everything you need: pots, pans, plates, glasses, cups, oven, fridge freezer, etc. The kitchen leads through a beautiful French door to the garden area where you will enjoy a drink with friends or relax in the sun on a comfortable bed. The kitchen floor is a large bathroom with shower.
Going up a plan before we get to the sleeping area. There is a double bedroom with king size bed and ample closet space, with balcony and window and a pleasant room for 2 boys also with windows. On this level there is a further bathroom with shower. Going up another level we find a complete master bedroom of all and king size bed. From this room, going out on the terrace, the view is wonderful. From floor entrance / kitchen you can move down a level and find another bathroom with a large sleeping area. One double, two beds, a play area and a nice LCD TV make for a warm and friendly atmosphere. The bathroom is complete with sink, shower with tub, bidet but no WC. This part of the house has a further private entrance. All rooms and bedrooms are very large and you can easily insert a cot.
Villa Omero is very recent, just two years old and everything is new, from the installations, to the TV, to the furniture. All the rooms of the house are equipped with radiators for the winter months and air conditioning for the summer which is free to use. There are two large LCD TVs. The outdoor garden is very convenient for children to play, to enjoy relaxation before and after the sea and to comfortably accommodate two cars. Even this villa, like all our houses, has the bathing establishment included in the price and is within walking distance.

House Rules
The check-in time is set for 15:00 but can be flexible and if the house is free from the night before your arrival, you can easily enter by 12:00. Check-out is scheduled for 10:00.
Our house is very accurate and we would like our guests to love it in the same way. The prayer is not to make annoying noises in the full respect of the near people and not to smoke in the house.
If the guest causes damage, this must be reported immediately to the person in charge of the house. The guest is responsible for any damage caused. No security deposit will be required but credit card information (no prepaid) will be requested. Damage caused will be charged even if found after check-out.
Our 4-legged hairy friends are welcome only if authorized. An extra fee of € 20 per night will be required up to a maximum of € 100 depending on the extra cleaning. Maximum 2 pets are allowed.

Walking around
Sperlonga is one of several villages of the province and offers a lot to its guests. The country owes its picturesque structure to the need to put up a defense system against pirates that raged on the sea. - in Fondi the 5 kilometers of the original Via Appia with the epitaph erected in 1548 in honor of the King of Spain Philip II
- in Itri the castle of Fra Diavolo and the Sanctuary of the Civita where an icon of the Madonna dating back to 600 AD is kept. c.
It should also be remembered that from Terracina and Formia many ferries leave daily for the Pontine islands (Ponza, Zanone, Palmarola, Ventotete and S. Stefano where you can visit the ancient Bourbon prison where Sandro Pertini was imprisoned by fascism).
