Access is from the road through a private area with automatic gate and ample parking. Essential during the summer season!
The garden, of 1400 m2, is completely fenced and illuminated, with a grove of holm oaks and tall olive trees, on the sea front and a large lawn area with volleyball field, on the back. You will also find a miniature "Colosseum", a fountain, functioning and illuminated, which reproduces the "Gulf of Naples with Vesuvius" and "La Cascata delle Marmore" currently used as a washhouse. These artifacts, dating back to the 1960s, were the minigolf stations built by the old owner!
The swimming pool, for the exclusive use of the villa, is infinity and facing the sea. It has an area for diving and a whirlpool area. At night it is illuminated and the effect is truly spectacular. You will also find a large brick barbecue behind the "Vesuvius", also equipped with a stone sink, for your barbecues.
The outdoor area is completed by a large sun terrace overlooking the sea from which, while sipping an aperitif sitting in the rattan lounge, you can admire the splendid sunsets.
The property has a private access to the sea, which leads to a large free beach or, if desired, to numerous equipped beaches where you can take sailing, skysurfing, etc. courses.
The villa, recently built, is developed on two floors.

- "The villa itself is beautiful; airy, spacious and cool. Exceptionally well equipped and comfortable with dining spaces inside and out, and everything as it was described in the listing. We spent plenty of time in and around the pool and the hot tub. Good shops and restaurants within easy walking distance and it was only a short drive to the harbour at Anzio and the beach club and marina at Nettuno. The host, Gianluca, could not have been more helpful and in particular he arranged a boat charter to Ponza for the day, which was amazing. A perfect stay and we will definitely be back again in the not too distant future."

Wonderful and quiet villa located in a consortium on the sea, so composed: double living room, fireplace, kitchen, 3 bedrooms all with double bed, one of which with en-suite bathroom, 2 bathrooms, habitable attic used as a gym, small terrace, all furnished. Large private garden with lawn, with patio for outdoor dining. The villa is in the center of the town, 53 km from Rome and 12 km from Anzio (RM) (seaside resort). We accept pets.

- "We enjoyed our 6 day stay at Donatella's home! She picked us up from the airport late at night! I will never forget that incredible gesture of kindness. We were able to wLk a very short distance to coffee shop, several ristorantes and pizzeria. Supermercato is close by as well. I enjoyed sitting in the back under the canopy during the day and late at night. Neighborhood is very quiet. I loved the mattress and bedding on the double bed in rom with half bath. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots/pans, cutlery etc. My only gripe is no ice. They do not sell bags of ice anywhere! Remedy- we bought ice making bags at supermarket, fill with water and place in freezer for few hours...worked out great. We were comfortable and happy we selected Donatella's house."
