Our house is located into the National Park of Circeo at approx. 100 mts from the coastal lake of Paola, in front of the circeo Promontory and at only 2 kms from the seaside area of Torre Paola with its splendid coastal dune rich in mediterranean vegetation at one side and the lakes at the other side.Sabaudia is famous for its architecture and it is called the City of Rationalism.Our house is suitable also for two families having two communicating bedrooms at the first floor reachable from inside or by an external staircase.At the swimming-pool level there is a large dressing-room with a bath-room and an external shower.
From circeo you can reach Rome, the Pontine isles and many other archeological and touristic sites.

Owners were amazing and very responsive. Couldn’t have asked for a better or more relaxing holiday. Only reason for 4 stars is the house is older but very well maintained by the owners and comfortable. We would have liked screens on the large downstairs double door to prevent bugs in the house but owners have screens and netting on all the other windows and doors. The yard, trees, flowers and pool are even more beautiful in person and we thoroughly appreciated the bathroom and shower near the pool. Huge thank you to the owners who were so helpful and gracious and we would love to return someday!!"

Well located between the beaches of Sabaudia and San Felice Ciscero a quick trip to the beach is just minutes away all in all a perfect location with a great host." - "Great find for a 2 night stay off the beaten path for 4 adults and 5 children ranging from ages 3-12. Clean property. Easy check in/out. Owner/property manager was friendly and welcoming. Reminded us of a rustic villa you might find in Hawaii or parts of Southern California. All the rooms except 1 had AC, which was great. The best part, however, was the proximity to a 6KM beach only 5 minutes away. Cheap public parking (1 Euro per hour) and soft sandy beach with large sections of free access. Felt very relaxed and almost Bohemian. Definitely a destination for Rome locals looking to escape the heat and chaos of the city to unwind. The towns of Sabaudia and San Felice Cicero were super cute and convenient as well. Only spend 2 nights as a convenient stopping point on our way back from Amalfi to Rome, but could have easily stayed much longer. Overall a great experience and would definitely recommend."

Wonderful newly built villa located in the center of the small village of San Donato in Sabaudia (province of Latina). The following are all useful information;
The Borgo di San Donato is about 8 km from the center of Sabaudia, while Villa Paradiso is about 4 km from the beautiful sandy beaches of Sabaudia (5 minutes by car) and has all the necessary services to make your holidays beautiful and comfortable: 50 meters there is the stop for the sea shuttle that runs frequent (one every 20 mins approximately), then we find the post office and the bank with ATM service 24 hours, n. 2 supermarkets, the kiosk, n. 2 restaurants-pizzeria and n. 2 bars-sandwich shops, a barber shop and a pharmacy.
Not far from the Villa there is also a guesthouse for pets.
The villa is equipped with all comforts; they are far greater than any other proposal, in fact we have:
WIFI for internet connection in all environments and also outside, garden with Mediterranean plants, automatic gate and parking, pedestrian entrance and above all the possibility to eat outdoors thanks to the presence of barbecue, wood oven, umbrella with table ( from 10 seats) and outdoor chairs.
