Casa Elena is an apartment carefully restored and furnished with fine furniture, part of an ancient villa of the seventeenth century with the arches and columns. The spacious terraces overlooking the sea are the pride of the villa: one of these has a sea-view Jacuzzi. Palazzo Rocco was built in 1820 by the noble Neapolitan family "Rocco".
The Sunshining Villa has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 10 people including 2 on a comfortable sofa bed in the Royale Suite.
On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms with ensuite bathroom. All rooms have hand-painted vaults, a balcony overlooking the sea, air conditioning and TV in the room. The rooms are furnished in Baroque style.
On the ground floor there is the 4th bedroom with bathroom, large living-dining rooms with hand-painted floors with Vietri sul Mare ceramics, kitchen and laundry room with washer and dryer, furnished with hand-carved 19th-century Neapolitan furniture.
Outside there are 2 large terraces: in the first terrace-entrance there is a large wicker sofa and armchairs and a hand-painted Vietri sul Mare round ceramic table with 10 seats positioned in the shade of a rare white bougainvillea . Palazzo Rocco is located in the town center 150 meters from the town hall square, where buses leave for Positano, Amalfi, Ravello, Sorrento, etc. every hour. Nearby there are 2 grocery stores and 5 restaurants that can be reached on foot in a few minutes. To reach Palazzo Rocco from the Town Hall square, you need to walk a pedestrian street without stairs and on a flat surface.
The "Praia beach" is at 500 meters away and can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. At Praia there are several restaurants, bars, bathing establishments, diving school, boat rental, windsurfing, canoes, etc.
Every morning at 09:00 AM from the Praia boats leave for a daily tour to Capri and return at 05:30 PM. - "Our family of 7 had an unforgettable trip and this house is truly unforgettable. The location is great, close to the local bus stop but also easy enough to walk (down many steps!) to town. Praiano is perfect location, and easy enough to get to positano, amalfi, etc. just give yourself time to catch the buses (or plan to pay a lot for a taxi!) We enjoyed the pool area and the patio under the lemon tree each day - swimming, reading, having wine and snacks, playin cards. We ate breakfast and had coffee each morning on the terrace off the kitchen. The flowers and plants and tiles and decor on the property- simply amazing. Our host, GianLuigi was awesome - house welcomed us with wine, cheese and salami, fresh fruit, and some basics from the market. He has poured his hearts into every detail. The hardest part was deciding where to sit because there were so many perfect spots! The outdoor SHOWER!! We showered here day and night, never once in the house. The outdoor kitchen/dining space, built into the cliff side. Rooms were beautiful and bed’s comfortable. Great closet space for settling in. Sauna, Soaking tub, fresh linens, toiletries provided. You will reach Villa Fabiola from the street level going up a route that includes approximately 236 stairway steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Villa Fabiola. If you do have one, you will be able to park it at approximately 250 meters (270 yards), for a fee, in a garage.

The first terrace is 70 square meters (750 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a wisteria pergola and by an awning. It is equipped with a sofa and two armchairs, as well as with tables, chairs and two deck chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a gorgeous view of the sea.
Living Room
The living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The furnishings are classic and welcoming, and include a sofa and two armchairs. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker, a toaster and other small appliances. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a flat-screen satellite television (local channels) and a CD player with FM radio. From the living room you will be able to enter the first terrace with a view of the sea and of the coastline through two French doors. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

The half-bath is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet.

An additional single bed (80 cm/32 inches) is available (if requested in advance with an additional cost -- please enquire with our staff) to make it a triple room (without exceeding the maximum occupancy of six guests). The furnishings include a desk. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the second terrace with a view of the sea and of the coastline through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a shower and a hairdryer.

Swap the busier towns of Sorrento and Positano for the pretty seaside town of Praiano, halfway between Positano and Amalfi. Carved out of the hillside, with spectacular sea views, Villa Jacaranda offers maximum charm, contemporary comfort and easy access to the beaches along this popular coastline.



Access to the villa is around 500m from the main road along a pedestrian lane. The nearest parking, on payment, is at about 1 km from the villa.



Outdoor space on the Amalfi Coast is generally limited, so with what are effectively two separate garden spaces, Villa Jacaranda is quite unusual. A flight of 21 steps leads from the villa entrance on the lane up to the ground floor garden. Here, you can enjoy relaxing meals while you drink in the fabulous views across the ocean. To the side of the garden, a basic outdoor kitchen area, with a barbecue grill and sink, is a useful addition for dining al fresco. A second flight of 25 steps leads from the ground floor garden to an upper level, where you’ll find another lovely outdoor space comprising a terrace and grassy garden area with the pool.
