Villa Antica is a residence owned by the family since 1700 which is accessed via a pedestrian street with 85 steps. The Villa, of about 90 square meters, is composed of a living room, kitchen, two terraces, two bedrooms and two bathrooms arranged on two levels. It has air conditioning and a panoramic outdoor swimming pool (7 meters long and 3 meters wide) with solarium. The owner’s son met us where our driver dropped us off and escorted us to the villa, making it easy to find our way. He even helped to carry the suitcases! Casa Elena is an apartment carefully restored and furnished with fine furniture, part of an ancient villa of the seventeenth century with the arches and columns. The spacious terraces overlooking the sea are the pride of the villa: one of these has a sea-view Jacuzzi. The location is strategic: the bus stop is just in front and the best restaurants are just a few meters away.

Palazzo Rocco was built in 1820 by the noble Neapolitan family "Rocco".
The Sunshining Villa has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 10 people including 2 on a comfortable sofa bed in the Royale Suite.
On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms with ensuite bathroom. All rooms have hand-painted vaults, a balcony overlooking the sea, air conditioning and TV in the room. The rooms are furnished in Baroque style.
On the ground floor there is the 4th bedroom with bathroom, large living-dining rooms with hand-painted floors with Vietri sul Mare ceramics, kitchen and laundry room with washer and dryer, furnished with hand-carved 19th-century Neapolitan furniture.
Outside there are 2 large terraces: in the first terrace-entrance there is a large wicker sofa and armchairs and a hand-painted Vietri sul Mare round ceramic table with 10 seats positioned in the shade of a rare white bougainvillea . Praiano is located in the heart of the Amalfi Coast, 6 km from Positano and 8 km from Amalfi.
Palazzo Rocco is located in the town center 150 meters from the town hall square, where buses leave for Positano, Amalfi, Ravello, Sorrento, etc. every hour. Nearby there are 2 grocery stores and 5 restaurants that can be reached on foot in a few minutes. To reach Palazzo Rocco from the Town Hall square, you need to walk a pedestrian street without stairs and on a flat surface.
The "Praia beach" is at 500 meters away and can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. At Praia there are several restaurants, bars, bathing establishments, diving school, boat rental, windsurfing, canoes, etc.
Every morning at 09:00 AM from the Praia boats leave for a daily tour to Capri and return at 05:30 PM. We can book a private boat with English-speaking sailor for different destinations but especially for Capri. We can also book tickets for a tour of Capri together with other tourists. Finally we can organize a private car with driver for Pompeii, Positano, Amalfi and Ravello tours.

- "Our family of 7 had an unforgettable trip and this house is truly unforgettable. The location is great, close to the local bus stop but also easy enough to walk (down many steps!) to town. Praiano is perfect location, and easy enough to get to positano, amalfi, etc. just give yourself time to catch the buses (or plan to pay a lot for a taxi!) We enjoyed the pool area and the patio under the lemon tree each day - swimming, reading, having wine and snacks, playin cards. We ate breakfast and had coffee each morning on the terrace off the kitchen. The flowers and plants and tiles and decor on the property- simply amazing. Our host, GianLuigi was awesome - house welcomed us with wine, cheese and salami, fresh fruit, and some basics from the market. He has poured his hearts into every detail. The hardest part was deciding where to sit because there were so many perfect spots! The outdoor SHOWER!! We showered here day and night, never once in the house. The outdoor kitchen/dining space, built into the cliff side. Rooms were beautiful and bed’s comfortable. Great closet space for settling in. Sauna, Soaking tub, fresh linens, toiletries provided. You will reach Villa Fabiola from the street level going up a route that includes approximately 236 stairway steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Villa Fabiola. If you do have one, you will be able to park it at approximately 250 meters (270 yards), for a fee, in a garage.

The garden is 250 square meters (2690 square feet). It is partly shaded by trees. You will be able to reach it from the first terrace along an external stairway, climbing 16 steps. From the garden you will enjoy a broad view of the sea and of Praiano.

The first terrace is 70 square meters (750 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a wisteria pergola and by an awning. It is equipped with a sofa and two armchairs, as well as with tables, chairs and two deck chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a gorgeous view of the sea.
Living Room
The living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The furnishings are classic and welcoming, and include a sofa and two armchairs. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker, a toaster and other small appliances. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a flat-screen satellite television (local channels) and a CD player with FM radio. From the living room you will be able to enter the first terrace with a view of the sea and of the coastline through two French doors. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

The half-bath is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet.

An additional single bed (80 cm/32 inches) is available (if requested in advance with an additional cost -- please enquire with our staff) to make it a triple room (without exceeding the maximum occupancy of six guests). The furnishings include a desk. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the second terrace with a view of the sea and of the coastline through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a shower and a hairdryer.

Swap the busier towns of Sorrento and Positano for the pretty seaside town of Praiano, halfway between Positano and Amalfi. Carved out of the hillside, with spectacular sea views, Villa Jacaranda offers maximum charm, contemporary comfort and easy access to the beaches along this popular coastline.



Access to the villa is around 500m from the main road along a pedestrian lane. The nearest parking, on payment, is at about 1 km from the villa.



Outdoor space on the Amalfi Coast is generally limited, so with what are effectively two separate garden spaces, Villa Jacaranda is quite unusual. A flight of 21 steps leads from the villa entrance on the lane up to the ground floor garden. Here, you can enjoy relaxing meals while you drink in the fabulous views across the ocean. To the side of the garden, a basic outdoor kitchen area, with a barbecue grill and sink, is a useful addition for dining al fresco. A second flight of 25 steps leads from the ground floor garden to an upper level, where you’ll find another lovely outdoor space comprising a terrace and grassy garden area with the pool.

The swimming pool 17×6 meters in size, with a solarium and a large terrace, will make every moment in the Villa even more special and relaxing.

The beach is at 7/8 minutes walking down. Here you can rent beach chairs and umbrellas and there is also a restaurant and a bar. Coming up for 3/4 minutes you’ll reach bars and restaurants and a grocery.

VILLA

The entrance is only few steps from the main road. A beautiful white staircase brings you inside the property. you’ll access to a large terrace with lemon trees and a first impressive panoramic view of the coast.

The terrace is equipped with chairs, a stone barbecue and the pizza oven at guest’s disposal. Their lunch and dinner can be settled overlooking the incredible see of the Amalfi Coast in a next terrace.

A staircase leads to a second terrace where you can find other table and chairs and a beautiful collection of roses.

POOL

The same staircases lead to the amazing sea water pool (18 x 5 mt) set on a large terrace paved with natural stone and lined with white columns. There is also a shower, toilet and a mini bar at this level. The pool can be heated on request.

TERRACE

From the pool terrace there are incredible views of the sea, the coast and the islands of Li Galli. Furnished with sun loungers and large umbrellas, the area is also equipped with an outdoor shower, and the shade is provided by trees in a corner of oranges and lemons. The terrace and pool are lit up at night.

PARKING

The villa has also two parking spaces about 300 meters away from the property (fit for a minivan and a car).

ACCOMMODATION

Villa Li Galli blends perfectly with the natural surroundings, the house is a true Amalfi style building all white with arched windows and columns. The property is spread over three floors, a floor, a ground floor and a tower up to the front door, which is accessed independently. The first floor of the building (between the floor and the tower) is kept closed.

The public rooms on the main level open to a terrace with covered and uncovered areas to eat or sit and relax. An extensible curtain allows you to enjoy this area in every moment of the day. At the sunset or in the evening the cool breezes blowing from the sea will make perfect a dinner or a drink to sip in one of its lounge areas.

MAIN FLOOR

A shady terrace runs all along the floor. All the rooms have wonderful view of the Coast and the sea:

ENTRANCE

Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer with ice maker, large oven, microwave and dishwasher, laundry (washing machine can be used only by the staff).

All the bedrooms are decorated in a modern style with elegant furnishings. Some of the bedrooms can be made up as twin on request. In three bedroom is possible to add an extra bed on request.

TOWER

The access to this annex is through a 25 steps staircase. The apartment consists of 2 double bedrooms. Both share a small bathroom with a shower.

French doors open to a small balcony with a stunning view on the Coast and the Town of Praiano.

The Tower is available only for the guest of the main villa with an extra cost.

Praiano is an oasis as it sits between Amalfi and Positano. Be sure to go to the beach located below the villa and, after checking out the beautiful Italians, stop for a craft cocktail at the coolest open air bar ever. You don't need a car as there is no place to park and the city buses can takeyou anywhere in 10 minutes. The apartment was immaculate, she had plenty of supplies for us to get started, she provided lovely bathroom products and she welcomed us in person and made sure we were completely settled in before she left us. The house is just about 400 meters from the center of Praiano, a small fishing village made up of houses scattered along the ridge of Monte S. Angelo which ends in the intense blue sea, at Capo Sottile. Here guests will find all kind of services needed such as restaurants, supermarkets bank etc.

The villa has a private outdoor area made of garden and terraces of about 400 sq. offering marvellous views of the sea, Praiano, and the entire Coast arriving to Positano and Capri.

the first part of the garden is about 240 sqm. and is the main entrance of the property, this area is partially shaded with bamboo pergola, equipped with elegant garden furniture, barbecue, table and chairs for al fresco meals.

9 steps below will find the second terrace/garden, and is about 160 sqm. here we find the private swimming pool (5x3 x 1.40), with sun lounges and umbrellas, a part of this garden his planted with seasonal vegetable which will be available for guests.

The property on its inside is about 110 sqm. The house is bright, spacious and comfortable, with high ceiling vaults and elegant and welcoming furnishings.

The floors are tiled with shimmering majolica tiles. The entrance is from the main garden and leads into a very large and bright living area with sofas and arm chairs sat TV, dining table for 6 people, kitchen fully equipped with electric oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, dishwasher and other appliances. The kitchen has also a direct access to the garden.

From the living room a corridor leads to two bedrooms both with double beds and direct access to garden, there are two bathrooms one with shower and washing machine and the other with Jacuzzi bath. The house is fully air conditioned and has internet wifi.

Access: The Villa is situated below the main street of Praiano, the road that links all of the Amalfi Coast villages. It is reached by walking along a pedestrian street of about 400 meters and includes approximately 160 stairway steps.
To stay at this villa a car is not necessary. The stop for the buses that go to Positano, Sorrento, Amalfi or to the other coastal towns, can be found within 400 meters away from the house (included the 160 stairway steps).

Distances: A little supermarket, at a short distance from the villa, is well stocked and provides nearly everything one would need.
The local mini-shuttle bus which runs from Praiano to Positano and the SITA bus that connect all the villages along the Amalfi coast, stop at the beginning of the flight of stairs leading down to the villa.
The pebble beach at La Praia, at the feet of two tall rocky walls, is home to several restaurants offering excellent local cuisine, boat hire service and a sub-aqua school.

To reach the beach of La Praia, it is possible and convenient to take the local minibus which runs constantly within and around Praiano.

If you do not have a problem with climbing steps, another place to go is the beach called “Gavitella”, a charming small beach, located at the bottom of a small and verdant rocky inlet.
The beach houses a restaurant with beach facilities which is open during the summer season. The beach of La Gavitella can be reached either on foot, walking along a path that includes about 350 steps, or in a comfortable and suggestive way by sea. Indeed, during the good season a ferry service with small boats operates to this beach both from the beach of the Praia and from the beach of Positano. The service is complimentary for customers of the facilities or of the restaurant at the Gavitella.

Villa Flaviana is 140 square meters (1500 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool (located at a short distance, please read below for details), a private jacuzzi pool, private terraces, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be in the center of Praiano, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the closest restaurant a few meters (feet) away, a grocery store at 550 meters (602 yards), the stop for the Flavio Gioia bus Positano - Praiano line a few meters (feet) away and the closest beach (Spiaggia della Gavitella) at 1.3 km (roughly 0.8 miles). You will reach Villa Flaviana from the street level going down a short private walkway that comprises a steep downhill and includes approximately 70 stairway steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Villa Flaviana. If you do have one, you will be able to park it at approximately 200 meters (220 yards), free of charge in a parking space. You will reach the swimming pool from the villa going up a 200-meters (660-feet) public route that comprises a steep incline and includes approximately 95 stairway steps. The pool is 5 meters (16 feet) large by 7 meters (23 feet) long, 1.5 meters (5 feet) deep. It has a whirlpool corner. The area is equipped with tables, chairs, sun umbrellas, sun loungers and an external shower. This area is also equipped with sofas. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a fascinating view of the sea. You will share the pool with guests staying at a nearby hotel. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of March until the end of November.
Terrace 1
The first terrace is 30 square meters (320 square feet) large. You will reach it from the villa going down approximately 50 stairway steps. It is partly shaded by an awning. It is equipped with a sofa, two armchairs and wood benches. From the terrace you will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea and of the coastline.

You will reach the garden from the villa going down approximately 60 stairway steps. The garden is 70 square meters (750 square feet) large. It features an above-ground non-heated jacuzzi pool with hydromassage with five seats. The garden is partly shaded by trees. It is equipped with two sun loungers and an external shower. From the garden you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the sea.

All bedrooms have access to the garden of 200 square meters, furnished with tables, chairs sun beds and wicker sofa. The swimming pool of 4x8 meters and a whirlpool are located here. On the second floor there is a kitchen with gas cooker, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and a table for four guests, a toilet, a laundry room with washing machine and ironing facilities, a lounge area with sofa, armchair, table for ten guests and satellite television and a wide terrace of 100 square meters with an amazing unobstructed view of the sea. - "Our Extended family of 14 had a wonderful Stay in this Villa. Awesome location, the on-site property managers Renee and Franco were fantastic. Plenty of space and amazing views. It needs some updating and they have plans for that. Bring toiletries as these are not provided. Also could use newer towels. Make sure to get in contact directly with Renee early on as the off site manager did not communicate our requests to her. Also Recommend bringing your own towels as theirs were very old and rough. Also need new mattresses. I can’t stress enough what a great location this is and what a wonderful town Praiano was to stay."
