Private parking is also available (subject to availability) - you need to contact us in advance and we can ask our check in staff for access to their private garage. This is the Amalfi Coast and parking can be busy during summer months - please be mindful of this fact when you book any travel on the Amalfi Coast! We are not liable for parking issues.

There are also 3 restaurants and a cafe on the beach. When we returned , Amila and his family had the villa all freshened up for us . Thank You for treating our family like yours! Villa Amaltea is a bright three-story villa built sheer above the sea. It sleeps ten people. From Villa Amaltea you will enjoy a thrilling view of the sea and of the coastline. Villa Amaltea is 200 square meters (2150 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, panoramic private terraces, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 4 km (2.5 miles) from Amalfi, where you will find shops. You will find the closest restaurant at 600 meters (660 yards), the stop for the SITA bus a few meters (feet) away and the closest beach (Capo di Conca beach) at 400 meters (approximately 440 yards) including 200 stairway steps. The third terrace is 48 square meters (517 square feet) large. You will reach it from the second terrace going down approximately ten stairway steps. It is partly shaded. It is equipped with sun loungers. From the terrace you will enjoy a broad view of the sea and of the coastline.
Living Room 2
You will be able to enter the second living room from the third terrace through an external access. The floor is paved with lucid white and blue tiles, in the characteristic style of the Amalfi Coast. The furnishings are bright and agreeable. The furnishings include two sofas. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The room also has two windows. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Kitchen 2
You will be able to enter the second kitchen from the living room going down seven steps. It is equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!), a toaster and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate two guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to a garden. The kitchen is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 3
You will be able to enter the third bedroom from the living room through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the third terrace through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 4
You will be able to enter the fourth bedroom from the living room through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed), that can be split into twins if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements). In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The room has no windows. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom 3
The third bathroom is tiled with lucid white and blue majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a hydromassage shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room through an access area.
Half bath
The half-bath is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. You will be able to enter it from the living room.

Wonderful villa located in Conca dei Marini on the Amalfi Coast, an Italian village far from the noise and chaos. A few kilometers away it is possible to reach Amalfi and Positano, but also all the other locations that this wonderful place offers. The villa has access via a flight of stairs consisting of 215 steps, upon your arrival downhill. But by continuing up the steps you can reach the center of the town where there are restaurants, shops and a supermarket.
The villa consists of a large living room with sofa bed and wonderful balcony overlooking the sea, 2 double bedrooms each of which has a private bathroom, equipped kitchen and independent double bedroom with private bathroom.
The jewel of this villa is its new swimming pool, from which you can enjoy the breathtaking view. The pool area has ceramic benches, tables, chairs, sunbeds and umbrellas.
Beyond this area, there are 2 other relaxation areas. One consisting of a large table, chairs, shade cover and barbecue. The other consists of other tables and comfortable outdoor sofas. You can also access the gardens where you can find, depending on the period, lemons to pick.
The closest beach is Conca dei Marini, reachable with a pleasant walk along the town steps or with a shuttle service.
