ll monolocale si trova all'interno del complesso alberghiero Hotel Paradiso Aremogna. Gli ospiti possono utilizzare gli spazi comuni dell'hotel ivi incluso il parcheggio inoltre vi è la possibilità di aderire al programma sport a pagamento che permette l'utilizzo della piscina, Spa oltre che di un cinema, sala biliardo.
La casa è dotata di cucina, ogni accessorio utile per cucinare, sono incluse coperte ad eccezione delle lenzuola, copri cuscini e asciugamani che possono a richiesta, essere forniti dall'hotel. L'hotel fornisce i servizi suddetti solo nel periodo di apertura che solitamente va da Dicembre a Marzo e Luglio ed Agosto. Nei periodi di chiusura, l'appartamento è utilizzabile poiché la struttura è comunque sempre aperta per i condomini. L'appartamento è al 5° piano fornito da ascensore e gode di una bellissima vista sulla valle.
La struttura si trova a ridosso degli impianti di sci, è adatta per chi vuole sciare in inverno oppure per chi vuole godere del benessere della montagna in estate, godrete di un panorama mozzafiato di tutta la valle, vi sentirete a contatto con la natura e vi sveglierete baciati dal sole.
Qualche informazione utile:
-quando arrivi parcheggia direttamente sul piazzale antistante l’ ingresso dell'Hotel oppure se completo utilizza il piazzale sottostante nei pressi del Vecchio Residence, è il primo piazzale che incontri sulla sinistra salendo la strada Aremogna che va agli impianti;
-Recati alla Reception, lì ti daranno le chiavi, e ti spiegheranno come raggiungere l'appartamento . Per le tessere club a pagamento rivolgersi alla reception;
-difronte all'appartamento c'è un ascensore che porta direttamente alla Hall mentre, uscendo sulla destra troverai oltre la porta antincendio il quadro elettrico generale;
-per utilizzare gli ascensori hai bisogno della chiave magnetica che sarà insieme alle chiavi di casa, attenzione che l'apertura della porta avverrà girando la chiave in senso antiorario;
