This beautiful traditional house is full of character. It is located in the historical medieval centre of Scanno (1050m over see level). This ski resort house has been completely renovated to a very high standard. The approx. 100m property has two double bedrooms. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. There is also a second bathroom, a spectacular living room with fireplace and sofa bed, a grand kitchen-dining room and a wonderful terrace with views of the mountains and the town centre. The Ski lift to Scanno Monterotondo is just 3 minutes walk from the house. Skiing in the National Park of Abruzzo is a different experience. Magical! In summer the ski lift is open to take hikers closer to the heart of the national park. Scanno is also a gastronomic and trekking paradise.

- "Very quiet, but very central location in the historic town center of Scanno. Nice, clean, cosy and still sufficiently spacious accommodation - everything available required for cooking and relaxing. Grocery stores, as well as hand-made cookie & noodle shops and many other shops just around the corner. Only instructions for waste disposal were not exactly comprehensive. We (family of 4) enjoyed staying in this house for two weeks, having a second home and a base for doing spectacular hiking tours, bicycle rides, and horse riding. Flowers and wildlife are awesome. Wonderful stay!"
