Downstairs, the huge main bedroom has a King bed with large "walk in" robe and semi ensuite. The other wing of the house consists of 3 great sized double bedrooms, 2 of these rooms provide King beds (that can be split into King singles if requested), the other room has a Queen size bed. The second and fourth bedrooms will be set up as King beds unless requested otherwise (notice is required).

In the very large "loft style" room upstairs you will find two single beds (one can slide out into a double) and a Futon that folds down to provide another bed (if required). We suggest the loft beds are best suited to children. No sheets are provided for these beds but guests are welcome to bring their own for these.

The gorgeous kitchen looks on to beautiful tree lined water views and provides plenty of modern conveniences, including coffee machine, double oven and quality appliances. A lovely 8 seater rustic style table, graces the kitchen, or if you prefer outdoor dining, the large outdoor verandah also has an 8 seater table and a BBQ.

We’re happy to welcome your pet, but this must be approved in advance. A separate non-refundable fee of $115 per pet applies and is payable through our guest portal. Pets are preferred to stay outside. If they are inside, they must be kept off all furniture and beds.

Once your booking is confirmed, you will be directed to our guest app. Prior to check-in, you will be required to complete an identity check by scanning your licence/passport and credit card before being provided with your arrival instructions. This provides security for the owners of the property so they are comfortable that you are who you say you are and you have the documents to prove it (similar to a hotel check-in procedure). We do not charge your card, nor does it get stored by our system, and you are welcome to block out some numbers, but please note that our Guest App has the highest level of PCI compliance available. This process is necessary due to the fact that we have a self-check-in system.

- The primary guest making the booking must be at least 25 years old and staying at the property for the duration of the reservation.

- "Great place to stay if you have a boat and want to make the most of boating crabbing and just relaxing. Loved watching the wildlife and having nibblies watching the sunset." - "Enjoyable and relaxing" - "We brought our 3 x kids 15,12 and 10 and the house was a great size. On arrival, you could smell how clean it was and the kitchen was well stoked and they have plenty of games to choose from. The pool table in the garage was a hit and we brought our 8metre boat with us. The jetty was great size and easy to move around the canals. We had dolphins each morning. The only issue we had was the TV channels seem to glitch but I am sure that is an easy fix with the antenna."
