Welcome to this incredible 1980’s original with incredible Beachfront views over stunning Knights Beach.
Walk to cafe’s and boutiques or the famous Port Elliot Bakery. Enjoy a cliff top stroll to Horseshoe Bay and lunch at Flying Fish cafe. Take the bike trail to Middleton and Goolwa or the other direction into Victor Harbor. The beaches are fabulous. The choice is yours whether to surf or swim.

This solid brick townhouse offers two bedrooms downstairs. Master with Queen bed and bedroom 2 with two sets of bunk beds. The laundry is downstairs also with washing machine. The clothes line is out in the back courtyard.
There is a bathroom as you head up the stairs and once at the top, you’ll find a lovely open plan kitchen, dining and living room that all enjoy the sweeping views over Knights beach and across to Hayborough and Victor Harbor.

Basic kitchen supplies are there for you as well as soaps and shampoo in the bathroom.

Out the back is a fully fenced courtyard with a bbq as well as covered car parking area.

This cosy beach house is suitable for one family only. It is two stories with kitchen, living, dining and master bedroom/ensuite upstairs. There are glimpses of Knights Beach and Green Bay from the kitchen and dining room. This space is light filled and a beautiful space to relax in. Downstairs is the second bedroom with two sets of bunks, second bathroom and laundry. We purchased this house 2 years ago and have done some small refurbishments. It is very basic but cosy and clean. It has great A/C and heating upstairs. It has a large, private, grass filled yard with fire pit, table tennis table, hammock and BBQ. There is off street parking for three cars. A haven in the heart of Port Elliot and the perfect spot for a family summer holiday. No pets are allowed at this property.

The house is set up with families in mind and has everything you may need for a beach holiday. The yard is fully fenced for kids and dog to play safely.
