Upstairs is an open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area that opens out to a fully covered north facing balcony providing shade in summer, whilst in winter it captures the sun. It also has a split system to heat or cool when needed. The lounge features a large corner chase where you can sit back and watch TV or read a book from the bookshelf. A dining table for eight sits next to the breakfast bar that seats four plus you can eat on the fully covered balcony with an eight-piece outdoor setting.

Be a Masterchef during your stay and enjoy full use of a 900mm electric oven and gas cooktop, stone benches along with a large fridge, dishwasher, microwave and many kitchen gadgets and appliances. The “3rd on Troon” is situated perfectly for a family getaway, a golfing weekend with friends, or a relaxing beach escape. Overlooking the 3rd green of the highly rated Links Lady Bay Golf Club, this modern two storey home features all the creature comforts you need to make for a very enjoyable stay.

The double glass sliding doors showcase the beautiful views that open onto a large balcony, complete with BBQ and outdoor dining. As hosts, we want you to enjoy your stay as much as possible, so your beds will be made up with fresh linen, pillowcases and quilts prior to your arrival.
