The 3 spacious bedrooms all have built-in robes.
The upstairs bedroom has a queen bed with access to its own private balcony.
The other 2 bedrooms are located downstairs, one with a queen-size bed, the other with a double bed.
You will also find a converted garage ideal for the kids to hang out with the bonus of a full-out single trundle, comfy lounge, smart tv, Xbox (must bring your own log-in details), and Netflix.

Normanville is a beautiful beachside village with a mix of permanent residence and holiday makers which results in a very informal, relaxed and friendly seaside community.

This is a very comfortable recently renovated mid century modern self contained apartment at the rear of a house in the beachside village of Normanville. You are within easy walking distance (approximately 500 meters) from the beautiful beach at Normanville, the cafes, restaurants and shops. Just park your car and enjoy a beachside holiday. There is off street parking for a car and caravan or boat.
The space
The property is ideally situated in the older section of Normaville within an easy walk to the beach and shops. The Normanville beach is fantastic with beautiful sand, safe swimming and most night great sunsets. There is a daily bus service from Adelaide provided br KI Connections with the bus stop approximately 500 meters from the house.
Guest access
Your apartment is separate from the house with a lawn, pagoda and BBQ. There is a separate laundry available and cloths line.
