On the entry (mid level) there is the open plan living, dining and kitchen area. There is a stunning bathroom next to the queen size bedroom which has superb ocean views. Lie in bed and listen to the gentle sounds of the ocean and enjoy the sunrises which can be spectacular. This bedroom has a ceiling fan.

Adjacent to this bedroom is a stunning bathroom with a large walk in shower, stone bench top to the vanity. Underfloor heating and a toilet.

The laundry is also on this level and has an elevated washing machine and a condenser dryer - no bending to load or unload. From the laundry you have access to the rear balcony with a full size clothes line.

Upstairs there is a study area with views to Granite Island.This area has a desk for a quiet workspace with a ceiling fan and offers superb views of the ocean and hills which then leads to the rear King size bedroom has a split system air conditioner and a ceiling fan.

The adjacent beautifully renovated bathroom has a shower and seperate spa bath, stone bench top and toilet. Underfloor heating and a heated towel rail plus a toilet. This bathroom has a skylight which fills the bathroom with light during the day.

Effectively two couples have the privacy of their own level with their own luxurious bathrooms.

Other things to note
There is an allocated car space adjacent to the entry to the apartment and access is via George Street at the rear of the group. Please note there are stairs from the entry door to the Living / Kitchen / Dining area. From here stairs lead up to the upper level.

We have provided lots of entertainment extras including children’s books/toys, adult’s books, games and DVDs, Netflix, Prime and and smart TV.

The apartment is on the first floor, up one flight of stairs.

OPTION ONE:
Bring your own linen (fitted and flat sheets and pillowcases) for the beds (King bed in master bedroom, 3 Singles in bedroom 2 and 2 Singles in bedroom 3). Also bath and beach towels are required - i.e. not provided.

Bath mats, hand towels and tea towels ARE provided for every booking. Pillows, doonas and blankets are also provided on all beds.

OPTION TWO:
Hire linen through Victor Linen - call Ian on #0419803769 or order online via victorlinen.com.au . They will deliver a bag of linen for the beds you specify.

Body Corporate By-laws

We and our holiday guests are required to abide by these rules, the most relevant being:

- Minimise noise (especially late at night) so as not to affect the other users of the apartments

- don’t hang your washing on the balconies, instead hang it on the washing lines provided (to the left of the front door through the green gate), or inside the apartment on the clothes hanger (located in the laundry).

My lovely apartment will ensure you get the best comfort and peace of mind. A very comfortable quality queen bed is yours to enjoy in the main bedroom. The couch can also be used as sofa bed for smaller persons if you have an extra person. In addition, a wardrobe (with hangers for your clothes), will provide you with extra storage during your stay.
Kitchenette: A 2 plate stove-top/oven is available if you feel like having a home cooked breaky/meal. A spacious fridge is also available for storing all your perishable foods and keeping your milk and water cold and ready. The rest of the kitchen basics including trendy wine glasses and detergents are all neatly tucked away in the kitchen cupboards.

Modern washing machine is also available to save you the stress of finding and paying for laundromats! A coin operated dryer is also available in the building on the ground floor.
Access to the pool is between 0800hrs - 2000hrs. The pools is free, but please ensure children are supervised by an adult when in the pool area.

Yilki Store and the renowned Beach House Café are a short walk or prepare a meal in the well-appointed kitchen which has oven, induction cooktop, micro wave and dishwasher.
The apartment features two bedrooms with the master having a King-sized double bed and the second with convenient single and trundle beds. All linen is provided.
An upstairs bathroom has both a shower and bath and a separate toilet – a powder room is also on the lower level.
Fully air conditioned the apartment is a favourite all year round, popular with holiday makers, Whale “spotters” and walking enthusiasts.

The space
The unit comprises two bedrooms with a Queen bed in each. The bedrooms are separated by the kitchen, bathroom and living area.
Bed linen and towels are included.
The kitchen is well equipped with fridge, microwave, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine and various other cooking necessities.
There is also a common laundry where you’ll need $1 coins to operate the washer and dryer. Laundry powder is included and found in the apartment as well as an Iron.
Keep the car in the Smugglers car park and enjoy being able to walk everywhere. Even the beach is just a 5 min walk away.
Free fast Wifi is available for those needing to work while away or to stream your favourite shows.
