MARINE PARADE HOLIDAY UNIT 1 is one of two downstairs units that has 3 bedrooms and accommodates a maximum of 6 guests. Close to the main beach and playground, opposite the caravan park, walking distance to the hotel. A short walk to the back beach which is known for raking blue swimmer crabs.

We have a long flight of carpeted stairs up to the apartment which are not enclosed at the top.
The apartment is very modern & decorated with a few ornaments some glass which we are happy if you choose to move out of harms way
If you accidentally lock the keys in the apartment just ring us any time & we will tell you where you can pick up a spare set . It pays to always put the keys back into the key safe when either or both of you go out that way you both have access to the keys.
The day before your arrival please ring us so we can give you the code for the key lock so you can get in. The key lock is situated to the right of the door, put the 4 digit code in from left to right & push the black button down, this will release the key. Go through the front door and the door straight ahead is the door

DIRECTIONS
When driving down the coast from Ardrossan you will go through Pine Point then further down you will pass the turn off to Port Julia keep going and you will see the turn off on the left to Pt. Vincent this is lime kiln road. Follow it down to the coast and turn right this is Marine Parade. Follow it along the coast until you see the Pt Vincent deli on the corner . Crystal Blue Apartment is right next to the deli upstairs facing the water. The Ventnor Hotel is on the opposite corner.
If you miss the first turn off to Pt .Vincent there is another about 2-3 km further along called the Main Minlaton rd, turn left there & drive straight to the coast you will see the Ventnor Hotel on the right & Pt.Vincent take away deli on the left, turn left & you can angle park straight out the front of crystal blue.
