Large main bedroom on top floor is very spacious with 1 queen bed and private ensuite with adjoining kitchen/meals area both rooms access the balcony overlooking the bay and beyond.

The home is offered as a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom at the price advertised, or, with a 5th bedroom with ensuite on the ground floor for an additional $100 per night. The House is within walking distance, approx 500m, from main shopping area which includes the local Hotel and "Chill Out" (coffee Shop), Newsagent, Chemist, Hairdresser, IGA ( open 7 days), Port Vincent Hardware Store, Butcher, Deli, Kiosk and our New Gift Store.

Welcome to No 28, with fantastic views in the beautiful town of Port Vincent. Entertain, swim and fish right from the door step, just bring the boat and canoe's. The property has spectacular views of the marina. Enjoy a 1.6km walk into town along the foreshore to visit the shops. Or if its crabbing, fishing or water sports, you can return your boat to its private pontoon. There are some good walking trails and a lovely beach in the centre of town.
The Space
There are three bedrooms with two queen size beds and a room with two bunks for the kids. NOTE Sheets are NOT provided, but pillows, quilts, tea towels, hand towels, dish cloth and hand soap IS provided. Fully equiped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, basic supplies and filtered water from fridge and tap. 2 televisions, espressotoria coffee machine(pods are not supplied.) Gas crab cooker and filleting bay, BBQ on deck.
Port Vincent has all the amenities including a great pub and plenty of shops.
Note owner has secured the garage and 4th bedroom.
