The home has 3 BEDROOMS UPSTAIRS:

The MAIN bedroom boasts a solid timber Asian KING Size bed (linen is provided), polished timber floors, plantation-style ceiling fan and shutters opening onto a relaxing private balcony to capture the sea breeze and the sounds of the ocean.

The SECOND bedroom has a DOUBLE bed with a firm 'Sleeping Duck' mattress. For those that appreciate a good night's sleep, a 'Sleeping Duck' mattress is ideal!

The THIRD bedroom includes a SINGLE bed with a pullout TRUNDLE.

ALL bedrooms have ceiling fans and timber flooring which creates a cooling and relaxing atmosphere. A PORTABLE COT and BABY GATES are also available for use.

The main bathroom is upstairs was renovated in June 2015 and has a good size bath and modern rain shower fittings. There is also a smaller second renovated toilet and shower downstairs.

Fully tiled open plan living is downstairs and opens out to the undercover patio areas both front and back. There are 2 outdoor entertaining areas. The back has a BBQ, while the front has a timber deck where you can sit back and relax. Both outdoor areas have an outdoor table setting and there are 2x outdoor daybeds to choose from where you can lay back relax, listen to the ocean and enjoy the sea breeze.

The kitchen has had a total renovation (May 2019) and is equipped with everything to make it feel like home including a Nespresso coffee machine. But keep in mind there are some lovely restaurants and cafes to choose from that are just a 5-10 minute walk from your 'Beach House'.

FISHING enthusiasts can find a paradise on Pottsville Beach, or for those who prefer fishing in a creek, Pottsville Estuary is a close walking distance from the house. Fishing licenses can be purchased at the local fish & tackle shop in Pottsville.

Coastline Holiday Group welcomes you to your own private resort style paradise in the the village of Pottsville. An elegantly styled pet friendly 4 bedroom home, adjacent to Mooball creek and a short walk to Black Rocks beach.

As you enter the property you will be awed as you look through the open plan dining and informal lounge area to the main feature of the house – its enormous back deck overlooking the solar heated swimming pool. The deck features a table for 8, 2 cane lounges, barbeques, a fireplace, overhead heating, and a double door fridge, with water and ice.

The beautifully landscaped back gardens are fully fenced and ensures complete privacy. Through the back gate there is direct access to the bike path which leads over the bridge to Black Rocks Beach. You can access the creek just before the bridge.
Perfect summer or winter, spend your days on the beach, or on the day bed next to the pool, and rinse off in the outdoor hot shower.

The main living area has a dining setting for 8 as well as a cane lounge suite. On one side is a large media room, with a 65 inch TV (Prime Video included) and DVD. A wide variety of DVDs are available. There is a well stocked bookcase for holiday reading as well as games & puzzles for all ages.

On the other side is a more formal lounge room. All areas are air conditioned.

The open plan kitchen has a gas cooktop, electric oven, microwave, fridge with ice & water, and dishwasher. There are plenty of appliances for your convenience including: a kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker, blender, air fryer, sandwich press and electric frypan.

There is also a spa room, which has a toilet.

The separate laundry has a washing machine and dryer with stick vacuum cleaner.

The master bedroom is upstairs and has a king sized bed, walk in robe, ensuite, ceiling fan and air conditioning. Next door is a small private lounge with a 65 inch TV and DVD.

- Gold Coast theme parks are approximately 40 minutes’ drive north and Byron Bay only 40 minutes south.

The new Tweed Valley Hospital is just a 20 minute drive away.

- "Nice property and location. Only a few minor things that would be nice to improve the stay, we were greeted with two overflowing bins and a pile of rubbish next to them left from the previous people. A call to the property manager to get the bins emptied resulted in the waste bin being emptied the following day however the recycle bin only being emptied the morning of departure, so when it was finally emptied it was immediately refilled from our stay plus the pile left from the previous people. No doubt the next people will arrive to the same situation (except we didn't leave a pile of rubbish next to the bins). Also, one of the local residents decided to park their car right outside the property for our entire stay resulting in one of us needing to park next door. The main bathroom was not clean and has not been cleaned in a long time going by the dirt build up on the shelf that the hand basin sits on. The last area to consider improving is the BBQ(s). The large one was not really useable so we didn't use it, and the small one wasn't big enough for our group (7) and the slide out tray was dirty before we used the BBQ."
