Other things to note
Brunswick Heads is a small fishing town on the river, approximately 15 minutes north of Byron Bay. There are some amazing walking tracks and waterfalls around, just head to Brunswick Heads Information Centre for information about all of the surrounds. We have a book called Byron Trails that details 50 walks you can do in the area.

Our house is pristinely clean and awesome. However, please note that we are located in a high density nature area (which is what makes this area so special), and with that comes more insects etc. We have bug spray should you see a little critter that scares you. However, most of these guys are friendly and harmless and are probably more scared of you (Yes I am speaking about the Aussie huntsman spider and mozzies). The house is fully screened and has aircon and fans.

- "Comfortable furniture and terrific views of the river. Enjoyable break with family" - "This was our first holiday in one location for a whole week in more than 10 years. The unit was lovely. (Next time will seek an outdoor area however) We were however a little overwhelmed by the Code of Conduct, in particular to unpacking dishwashers, accidentally leaving food in fridge freezer and rubbish disposal. As a comparison we paid less than 1/2 the nightly tariff paid for your unit last evening with no such restrictions. The last day text received further enforcing and reminding us of CofC obligations left us feeling more worried about our departure than enjoying our last day. The unit is expensive and we had treated ourselves. I’m certain even a 5% payment to cleaning staff would leave the week financially viable. May I suggest you adopt a more positive approach ~ such as welcome to our unit or Thankyou for staying with us than the robust framework of rules that are in place."

Chef's kitchen extends out to a patio area to enjoy outdoor BBQs whilst looking over the back deck onto the swimming pool and children’s play area. The house has central aircon and heating as well as a fire place.

The kitchen has a Dishwasher, Coffee maker with local coffee beans provided. Soda stream, Smoothie maker, Fridge that comes with filtered water and an Ice Maker. All tea and coffee is provided and please feel free to use any of the condiments in the butlers pantry.

Enjoy the sunsets on the verandah over looking the Brunswick Nature reserve. Undercover dinning with a stainless steel BBQ and Pizza oven.

The bathrooms are all beautifully tiled with silver travertine and have massive shower heads. The main bathroom has a large plunge bath.

For those that are more adventurous we have 2 x SUP, Stand-p paddle boards, Fishing rods, and Pushbikes to go explore. Lots of back yard Games and Trampoline for the youngsters. Beach Buggy with wheels. All your beach needs such as Umbrella, Towels, Rug, and Chairs.

- "Neat Close to shops" - "The apartment we stayed in was in great location , close to beach , river, shops and restaurants. The apartment was very clean and great for cooking and relaxing . The only draw back was the noise from apartment above . We could hear all the acitivities of those in apartment above . But we had a great stay anyway "

- "Amazingly central, minutes walk from the beach, right across the road from park and playground. Only negative was lack of basics provided such as small shampoo or conditioner, no olive oils etc in kitchen, only 3 tea bags and 5 satchels of sugar. Overall very happy. Would recommend." - "The unit was very clean and well maintained BUT being on the ground floor of a two story walk up, we were continually woken by the party staying upstairs from us. The timber floorboards within the property are beautiful but unfortunately transmit sound of people walking on them late at night. I am also not sure that we would have called this property value for money. We have stayed at many beautiful properties that were not far and away in price from this one. We would not re-book this particular property for the abovementioned reasons."
