This beautiful apartment is one of two situated in town across the road from the best coffee in Brunz. From the big verandah you can see the Brunswick River so checking for the tides is made easy through the french shutters. Then its less than a minutes' walk to the river or the ocean which is just behind the nature strip. Its a fifteen minute drive to Byron Bay and Blues Festival is practically around the corner.
The actual apartment is heaven! White lime washed floors internal french doors to the bedroom and huge ensuite.
The light filled space is decorated tastefully and comfortably - it is a romantic apartment and I love it.

We do not meet and greet you when you arrive which gives you great flexibility for arrival time. There is a lock box with the keys and all the information you need inside the apartment. Call or text anytime if you need help or have questions. We respect your privacy and will leave you to it unless you reach out.
Other things to note
Brunswick Heads is a small fishing town on the river, approximately 15 minutes north of Byron Bay. There are some amazing walking tracks and waterfalls around, just head to Brunswick Heads Information Centre for information about all of the surrounds. We have a book called Byron Trails that details 50 walks you can do in the area.

Our house is pristinely clean and awesome. However, please note that we are located in a high density nature area (which is what makes this area so special), and with that comes more insects etc. We have bug spray should you see a little critter that scares you. However, most of these guys are friendly and harmless and are probably more scared of you (Yes I am speaking about the Aussie huntsman spider and mozzies). The house is fully screened and has aircon and fans.

- "Comfortable furniture and terrific views of the river. Enjoyable break with family" - "This was our first holiday in one location for a whole week in more than 10 years. The unit was lovely. (Next time will seek an outdoor area however) We were however a little overwhelmed by the Code of Conduct, in particular to unpacking dishwashers, accidentally leaving food in fridge freezer and rubbish disposal. As a comparison we paid less than 1/2 the nightly tariff paid for your unit last evening with no such restrictions. The last day text received further enforcing and reminding us of CofC obligations left us feeling more worried about our departure than enjoying our last day. The unit is expensive and we had treated ourselves. I’m certain even a 5% payment to cleaning staff would leave the week financially viable. May I suggest you adopt a more positive approach ~ such as welcome to our unit or Thankyou for staying with us than the robust framework of rules that are in place."

The master bedroom with king bed opens up onto a covered deck with vergola / daybed and includes an ensuite. The 2nd bedroom has a king bed and the 3rd bedroom has a flexible bedding configuration - the default option is twin beds which can be converted into a King (request must be made at time of booking).
Superbly located opposite Memorial Park (where the markets are held every 1st Saturday of the month) and Brunswick River (50m to Bruns best river beach) with only a 200m stroll to shops, cafes, pub and surf!

Fabulous, quirky 4 bedroomed + loft modern beach house. It is ideally located right between the river, Torakina Beach and the main surfing beach, while also a very easy walk to shops and restaurants. This house includes your own woodfired pizza oven and a garden full of toppings. Or slip across the heritage wooden footbridge into town for some of the best local cafés and restaurants in the Byron Shire.

Four bedrooms upstairs, including 3 queens and a double bed. There are two bathrooms on this level and a there is also a single bed in the loft room.

It has room for everyone. Everything is a easy stroll away - shops, cafes, beach, river. The biggest plus is the location. Upstairs are 4 double rooms and downstairs off the garage is another bedroom with twin beds and in the 'room with a view' up the spiral staircase a single bed. The only downside (for us) is that none of the bedrooms have curtains. If you don't mind waking up with the sun then it won't be an issue. However, the two bedrooms that look onto the back deck (with sliding glass doors) have next to no privacy - anyone walking up the rear ramp and onto the deck can see in. Also there was no information on the house - how to work things, etc. We managed okay but there appeared to be no wifi available. Also if TV is your thing, there is no TV."
