A newly built beautiful peaceful oasis, 2 minutes until your feet are in the sands of Tallow beach. Relax after a day exploring this beautiful area on the timber deck, which has an outdoor shower, BBQ, and outdoor seating . The studio has Tasmanian oak floors, super comfortable king-sized bed, air conditioning, modern bathroom, and good-sized kitchen.
It's perfectly suited for a couple or solo travellers. A fold out bed is available for a child or 3rd adult.

We would love to welcome you to this serene treehouse overlooking a gorgeous paperbark forest. Just 4 km to Byron Bay and 1.5 km to the beach, this is your home to relax away from home. You will enjoy soaring vaulted ceilings drenched in sunlight as you relax inside or on the deck. Full privacy with no shared spaces other than the lawn and the laundry downstairs. There is a studio under the house with a separate entrance.
The space
You will LOVE our stunning Tree House. It's set just meters back from the paperbark forest adjacent to Byron's Golf Course, with town centre just a 6 minute drive. Our home has soaring vaulted ceilings, lots of light and a sun drenched deck. It's very relaxing! This is not a share house but the property is shared. There is a studio under the house and a cabin on the boundary but it would be unusual to run into the 2 others who live here. It's the perfect place for a getaway.
The space is open plan with the house itself made out of stunning hard wood. There are floor boards throughout and glass doors from the lounge and master bedroom leading onto our generous deck. The deck features a lovely out door lounge and table plus a hanging egg chair that is so comfortable and perfect to relax and read in or just enjoy a coffee whilst viewing the rainforest outlook. You will lose hours enjoying the breeze and watching the bird life, the stars at night and if you stay on a full moon you will see it rise. Why not fill the jacuzzi downstairs with hot water and relax or jump in the brand new infrared sauna on the private deck. The kitchen has all the appliances you need to create sumptuous delights and it’s is open plan with the lounge and dining area with air conditioning. The master bedroom is gorgeous with the most comfortable bed! It has a ceiling fan and air con. The second room is equally as nice with a deck to the side to soak up some afternoon vitamin D. Glass double doors and large windows offer plenty of natural light. There is a fan in this room. The back yard and laundry is shared with 2 others who live on the property but your privacy is paramount. You will not be disturbed.

The whole top of the house (2 bedrooms, deck, bathroom, kitchen and lounge/dining). You will have access to a private large deck over looking the forest. The laundry is downstairs and shared but please feel free to use it during daylight hours. The beach is a 3 minute drive (Tallows) along with shops (supermarket, chemist, bakery and dining). Suffolk Park Hotel and several eateries are also a short drive or easy walk offering evening specials.
Other things to note
There is a self contained studio (under the house) that is occupied full time. Having someone there means you will always have help near by should you need anything. There is another studio separate to the house as it has its own entrance and its own out door space ensuring the Tree House is a very private, safe, quiet sanctuary. If you are a golf lover, please enquire about the shortcut to the club.

Ideally located, our property is a minute's walk to the beach yet ten minutes walk to the village amenities where you will find everything you need including great coffee, popular restaurants, the pub, supermarket, pharmacy etc. The studio has a private, separate entrance with adjacent parking in the quiet street access to Tallow Beach blocked off by bollards. It is framed by two private courtyards, one of which is north facing and perfect for relaxing on the day bed or dining whilst listening to the waves or birdsong. This courtyard features a beautiful garden, subdued solar lighting at night as well as a convenient power point and lamp. The entrance courtyard has an outdoor shower with room to store bikes or surfboards. Guests love the ornamental gardens and screening citrus trees. These outdoor spaces more than make up for the compact interior. Inside, there are three separate rooms, including the bedroom which can be closed off. There are excellent ceiling fans with adjustable speed and light functions. An office chair is available for those who need to work on holiday. The living space has air conditioning as well as a sofa bed for night owls. For those who prefer self-catering, the kitchen is well equipped and organised, with additional facilities available as needed. Currently we have four gas hubs for cooking, but we also have portable convection ovens, juicers etc available upon request. They are not stored in the studio to minimise unnecessary clutter. With bookings for a week, we are happy to offer guests a complimentary washing service. A washing line and clothes horse is on hand. We are friendly, very experienced hosts committed to ensuring you have a great stay. Check-in and check out times are generally very flexible as we do not do back to back bookings. The space
A tropical gardened apartment adjoined to the rear of an existing larger home.
The master bedroom has a super comfortable queen bed as does the 2nd bedroom, the 3rd room is a sunroom with a 3 seater sofabed converting into a bedroom, the 4th room is the media room.
If you require the 3rd bed to be made up there is an extra service and linen charge of $60, however this charge is waived if you are 5 guests or more - a 5th person charge applies instead of $80 per night.
Bedroom 1 and 2 are closed off with internal french doors & double curtains. The 3rd in the sunroom adjoins the media room but separated with a full ultra heavy set of velvet curtains, and the media room door to the other bedrooms - so complete privacy in all rooms.
All rooms are completely closed in with full ceiling to floor windows, additional independently sliding fly screens are optional, plus plantation shutters and roller blinds.
Bathroom is a sexy double shower, with additional hot outdoor shower amongst the palm trees; great for when you come off the beach.
Sheridan towlels and sheridan velour robes are provided to make it feel even more special.
For those of you with little ones, just let me know if you require me to child proof the space, I can put all breakables etc out of reach before your arrival.

When you reach the front door of the main house, walk down the right hand side to the back of the property to your own private oasis. Please advise if you are arriving later in the day so we can have lighting on for you.
Other things to note
Families with kids suits the 3 bed set up and as a family I am happy to allow 6 guests. For friends / all adults, perhaps 5 guests max - common space areas could be cosy if weather prevents you spending time in the courtyards.

Situated on the ground floor underneath our home, this recently renovated one bedroom apartment is only a short walk to the beach and the lovely village of Suffolk Park.
Myrtles Nook consists of a large living space with Smart TV, complete with kitchenette, separate bedroom, bathroom and laundry. The bedroom has a KING sized bed with a large built in wardrobe.
Out the front you have your own BBQ and outdoor dining area. Front lawn for dogs to enjoy.
This is a strictly non-smoking property.
We are so happy for you to bring your fur-baby as long as it is over 12 months, fully house trained and a non-barker. Please note dogs are not to be left home alone., unless arrangement with Sandy & Paul.
Guests must be 25 years or older.
Other things to note
No functions or parties allowed on the property.
We will endeavour to have any repairs to appliances attended to as soon as possible after reporting of same. However, due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. having to order parts or non-availability of tradespeople) the immediate repair may be beyond our control. There will be no refunds or discounts deducted from tariffs for unusable appliances awaiting repair.
Please note that wifi is a complimentary service and has no bearing on the tarrif charged. We have unlimited fast broadband, but as Byron Bay is a regional town without city infrastructure, there can be issues from time to time. If you are travelling for business, or need to work during your stay, we recommend bringing your own internet.

Entire two bedroom, self-contained, unit on beach side, Suffolk Park. Perfect stay for those who want a base to step out and explore the Northern Rivers/Byron Bay area. Located a few hundred metres stroll from Tallow Beach and 10 mins drive to Byron Bay town. A few steps to Suffolk Park shops, restaurants and Tavern. Close to bush walks, bike paths and bus' into Byron and beyond. The unit is an older-style unit and is situated in a complex with other units and so no parties or large gatherings.
The space
The unit is a pleasant, clean and bright space. It's centrally located in the main village of Suffolk Park which has a great village vibe but is away from the business of Byron. It is in a complex with three other residential units and so is suitable for a quiet stay and base to explore the area. It is cosy to chill out in. Ceiling fans have recently been installed in all the rooms.
There is no outdoor entertaining area but it is in a great location to enjoy the outdoor activities around this beautiful part of the world.
The functional kitchen is situated in the open-planned living area. I do leave cooking oils and spices for the guests to use if they enjoy cooking but am happy to remove these items if you would prefer.
There's a cosy two seater and one seater lounge in the living room with a large smart TV. There is plenty of holiday reading material and some games. The kitchen bench doubles for a dining area.
The main bedroom is large with a comfortable queen bed, recently installed ceiling fans, a smart TV, and a table and chair setting to work from. There is a small, private patio off this main room which has access to my clothes line and some lovely plants to gaze upon but it is not a suitable seating area due to its proximity to the other units. Please note that noise from adjoining units can sometimes be heard from this room but it is mostly quiet.
The second bedroom has a comfortable double bed as well as recently installed ceiling fans. There's also a small desk space and a lounge chair. It also has its original wardrobes. Please note that walking access to the rear two units is along side the bedroom but it is a quiet and private space.
The bathroom is the original bathroom and includes a bathtub, a fan and heating lights.
The unit is situated on a quiet but central street, just a stone's throw from the Village. It's a lovely space inside and its proximity to the beach, golf course, tavern, restaurants and shops make it an easy place to chill out. It is perfect for those who want to head out and enjoy what Byron Bay and the Northern Rivers has to offer.
There is also plenty of free parking on the street. There is a bus stop around the corner with regular buses going to Byron Bay, festivals, Ballina, the Ballina/Byron Gateway Airport and Mullumbimby. Also great bike paths to Byron Bay town and beach.
It is my main residence and I only rent it out occasionally when travelling which I am now doing more frequently. The unit is left ready to rent out to guests as any personal items are stored in the locked garage.

The entire unit. The garage area is not included in the unit as this is where I store personal items, however, if you want access to the garage to put bikes, surfboards etc, I am happy to negotiate access to the garage with you.

The entrance is via a gate at the left side of the house, its well lit and the entry door is via a code that will be issued closer to arrival. The door automatically locks behind you so its important you record the code in your phone so you always have it with you. The room you enter plus the bathroom and bedroom are exclusively yours through the duration of your stay. They can be securely locked to ensure complete privacy from the main residence.
Other things to note
There's plenty of parking in the street however its a quiet street so noise levels and respecting our neighbours is paramount, especially as you enter the premises. Our neighbour Paul is a great guy and we'd be devastated if there was cause for him to complain.

The space
A tropical gardened apartment adjoined to the rear of an existing larger home.
The master bedroom has a super comfortable queen bed as does the 2nd bedroom, the 3rd room is a sunroom with a 3 seater sofabed converting into a bedroom, the 4th room is the media room.
If you require the 3rd bed to be made up there is an extra service and linen charge of $60, however this charge is waived if you are 5 guests or more - a 5th person charge applies instead of $80 per night.
Bedroom 1 and 2 are closed off with internal french doors & double curtains. The 3rd in the sunroom adjoins the media room but separated with a full ultra heavy set of velvet curtains, and the media room door to the other bedrooms - so complete privacy in all rooms.
All rooms are completely closed in with full ceiling to floor windows, additional independently sliding fly screens are optional, plus plantation shutters and roller blinds.
Bathroom is a sexy double shower, with additional hot outdoor shower amongst the palm trees; great for when you come off the beach.
Sheridan towlels and sheridan velour robes are provided to make it feel even more special.
For those of you with little ones, just let me know if you require me to child proof the space, I can put all breakables etc out of reach before your arrival.
I live onsite down the side of the property which is out of bounds - contact me by app or phone if you need anything.

The right hand carpark is dedicated for you, please park as far in and to the right as possible, right alongside the garden bed, to ensure 2 other carparks in the drive to your left. White Rabbit has its own private entrance.
When you reach the front door of the main house, walk down the right hand side to the back of the property to your own private oasis. Please advise if you are arriving later in the day so we can have lighting on for you.
Other things to note
Families with kids suits the 3 bed set up and as a family I am happy to allow 6 guests. For friends / all adults, perhaps 5 guests max - common space areas could be cosy if weather prevents you spending time in the courtyards. Check in with me regarding the availability of the adjoining property Simba which is 4 bedrooms.

Byron Hills Sanctuary is light filled and breezy and well designed with ocean views. The master bedroom is air conditioned with a shower and toilet. There is a second toilet on the floor level with an outside hot shower. The second bedroom is a TV Room with a Koala double sofa bed and a beautiful view. The kitchen has a dishwasher and there is laundry included. There is parking for up to three vehicles with private entrance and exclusive use of pool. The apartment is suitable for two couples or a small family. Note, there is no air conditioning throughout the house except for the top bedroom but there are portable fans in each room. Pets are considered but incur an extra cleaning fee. The apartment is equipped with a lounge, kitchen, living room, laundry dining room, pool and plenty of space to enjoy. Note there are other people that live in the back end of the house but they have a separate access /driveway for complete privacy.
