A relaxing place to stay in lovely Lennox Head with sea breezes! We are close to all the attractions of the Northern Rivers, yet positioned in a quiet street with safe on-site parking.

This quality 1 bedroom self-contained suite is on the bottom floor of a larger house, with your own private entrance. The bedroom space is best suited to a single or a couple. It is calm and relaxing, with a quality Queen bed, and bathroom ensuite. There is a comfy 3 seater sofa bed that folds out to a double bed, if needed.

The large bathroom has a shower, toilet and vanity. We provide a fridge/freezer to chill your wines, store your wonderful local food purchases and some tea / coffee making facilities, including crockery for self-organised food. There is a small outdoor sitting area for you to enjoy your wine and food / snacks. You will also have access to the silky waters of our magnesium salt swimming pool.

You will enjoy full privacy and self check-in, but we are nearby (upstairs) if you need anything, such as an iron/ironing board. We provide a guidebook but are happy to give you some recommendations for local attractions, venues or sightseeing options.

You have a late check out until 11am, at your convenience, but you are welcome to leave earlier.

Parking a nightmare if you have a 4 x 4. 9.30 am checkout is a bit tough . Lennox a beautiful place, but wouldn’t stay here again."

- "The property was advertised with a double garage. Upon arrival the owners vehicle, kayaks, bikes, surfboards and other items co aimed more than half the small garage (only suitable for 1 small car). Our car had to be parked outside, this is a residential complex; an occupant was rude, kept touching our vehicle was abusive and took photos of us while we were inside the property as we were closing up for the night. This same occupant blocked out access to the small garage and was constantly harassing us. The neighbours all had screened their own apartments for additional privacy, likely to being videoed without consent as we experienced. When we Brough this to the attention of the managing agents, they were rude and unhelpful. The kitchen utensils, appliances and plates, bowls etc all had to be washed. The garage wasn’t cleaned out. This was a terrible experience. Days later the agents contacted us after 6.30pm at night and wanted us to immediately relocate as they admitted there false advertised the parking situation. They offered a refund immediately for the remaining days only and then took over a week to finally sort this out. The opposite occupants behaviour was entirely unacceptable, considered harassment and filming for no reason is criminal. We will never stay here again. "

- "As soon as we stepped inside it was just like the pictures. The upstairs lounge, dining and kitchen area was filled with light. The furnishings were a cosy neutral, and the lounge long enough and comfy enough to stretch out on. It had everything that you would need in the kitchen. It even had a handy upstairs toilet.The downstairs bathroom was modern and spacious with plenty of pressure and hot water. The master bedroom was in neutral tones with hints of muted colour which gave it a restful feeling. But praise must be given to how comfortable the bed was. In an amazing location near the Main Street and the beach but quiet enough that you are not at all disturbed by any noise.I intend to stay here again and would recommend it to anyone else."

While attached to the main house (called ‘Sunset Views’ on Airbnb) your space remains entirely yours with a private entrance and courtyard. Soundproofing features, including a brick firewall and locked double doors, ensure tranquillity, though some general living noise may be expected.

The haven is only a 2 minute walk to the beach, lake, surf club, great coffee and restaurants making it the perfect space to relax. It is a sunny self contained modern unit with a private, fenced courtyard and garden. North facing, it captures warmth in winter and cool breezes in summer.

The full thickness queen sized bed is a wall bed and can be easily tilted up into the wall to allow for a flexible space.

The space
The unit is newly built and is light and airy with plenty of louvred windows with screens. We are only 50 metres to the beach, so the unit remains at a uniform temperature through the year but there is air-conditioning/heating and fans. There is a private fenced patio and garden, kitchenette with stove top and microwave and a laundry with washer and dryer. The full thickness queen size bed is a wall bed and is counterweighted so it easily swings up into the wall, if you require extra space for exercise or yoga.

Other things to note
We live in the main house attached to the studio. Our entry and the entry to my physiotherapy practice is separate from your studio. Please contact us by phone if you need us. Unfortunately I have an intolerance to perfume, so if you could please refrain from wearing this while staying on the unit it would be greatly appreciated.

You can have the ultimate summer holiday at the 'boat channel' in lennox head where you can hear the waves crashing on the shore when you go to sleep.The beach is out the back door where you can safely swim or snorkel, if your a surfer there’s no need for a car, the reef is a few minutes paddle away and the famous Lennox Point is a 10 minute walk along the picturesque track. Restaurants, Lennox Point Hotel and the Bowling club are a 5 minute walk away, Lake Ainsworth is a 15 minute walk away

My place is not suitable for children/infants or dogs. As we live in a neighbourhood there is noise from adjoining properties at some times, for total privacy you might need to go to the country. Also I appreciate you leave your shoes at the door as i have timber floors. A brand new kitchen and bathroom have been upgraded in 2023.

As you make your way upstairs, you'll find the second bedroom with a comfortable King bed and an air conditioner for your comfort. On this level, there is also another toilet, and an open plan fully equipped kitchen, living area, and dining table that can comfortably seat four guests.

The living area opens up onto a covered entertaining area, providing the perfect space to unwind and relax after mornings spent on the beach.

We want to ensure that you have everything you need during your stay, so we provide all linen and towels for your convenience.
