MAIN FLOOR:

Table seating for four. Kitchenware is included, and coffee, tea, sugar and cream are also provided. Main living room area has a comfy pull out couch and second chair. Three piece bathroom with walk in curb-less shower, and a glass walled 6’ x 6’ sauna with a view of the lake.

THE LOFT:
Open to below, with king sized bed, one large closet, a two piece bathroom with sink and toilet, and laundry pair. The loft is not a private bedroom and is completely open to the rest of the house and offers incredible views of the lake from the second floor. Enjoy a relaxing night watching the moonlight reflect off the water.

EXTERIOR:
Rustic wooden staircase leads down to the lake with a dock at the bottom perfect for lounging. The property has 200ft of private waterfront. Campfire pit located on the main lawn - please be respectful of fire bans!

KAYAKS and DOCK:
During the spring through fall there are two adult kayaks (up to 300lbs), two child kayaks (up to 100lbs), and two 11 foot paddle boards (up to 320lbs) with paddles.

DISCONNECT:
Take some time to disconnect :) There is no cell phone service, or TV. We provide WIFI, but it may be slower than you are used to - it works for email and internet calls such as Facebook Messenger calling. There is a land line available for local calls.

Guests will have two dedicated parking spaces in the driveway. Entering the suite, guests will head down the stairs where they will be able to sit down, take off their shoes, and hang up their jackets. Entering the living space, guests will find a dining area with 4 spaces, a living area with a sectional sofa, that doubles as a pull-out bed, and fold up coffee table (great for working on the sofa or enjoying a TV dinner!), and a spacious, well-stocked kitchen equipped with a coffee bar! Guests can then access the stylish 4-piece bathroom, laundry room, and two bedrooms that are both equipped with queen beds and high-quality bedding. Being fully insulated, stylishly furnished, and well-stocked, guests will feel truly at home.

The only caution I would give is that if you have any mobility issues (as I recently did), there is a flight of stairs and a deep bathtub you might think about. A couple of months ago, the stairs and bath would have been very challenging and maybe not possible for me. This is a 5* + accommodation. I hope to return next year. Thank you!"

- "This is a beautiful, peaceful place to stay. The lake is stunning and the grounds are well maintained. So many beautiful birds! Once I got settled I was well taken care of. The campground hosts were very kind and helpful. The host was very flexible about check in and check out times.The only difficulty was that the host failed to send any information about the check in procedure, so I didn’t have a code for the lock box and the park office was closed. I sat outside in the cold for nearly an hour before being let in. I think this wouldn’t be an issue if the campground was more full and the office was open. Again, once this was settled, my stay was amazing! Very nourishing and relaxing."

Access to the private bedroom is through the furnace room, which opens into a hallway with the laundry area. These two areas are considered SHARED spaces. Your host or potential other Airbnb guests may have access to these areas.

You also do have backyard access however this is a shared area where your host, their pet and other Airbnb guests may be present.

One parking space is located in the back alleyway where you will find the parking leading up to the front door and all check-in instructions will be sent to you at the day of your check-in.

LAUNDRY ACCESS:
Laundry is available twice a week between 9 AM–7 PM for stays over 4 days. The laundry room is next to the suite and behind a locked door. Just message your hosts when you’d like to use it, and they will unlock the door for you. Since the laundry area is a SHARED space, we recommend not leaving your laundry or the suite unattended.

Guest access
The ground level floor of inside the home is exclusively yours, without interruption for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home.

Access is through the back alleyway where you will find the parking leading up to the front door of the suite and all check-in instructions will be sent to you at the day of your check-in.

The health and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive process of cleaning after each check-out.

The Space

Walking into the suite, guests will walk down a small staircase into the main living area. There is a large entry-way closet for guests to hang their jackets and store their shoes. The suite flows into the living room, equipped with a large TV and a reclining sofa, a dining area with seating for up to 4 guests, and a spacious, well-stocked kitchen. Also in the suite, guests will have access to a 4-piece bathroom and a cozy bedroom with a queen bed and large closet.

Located outside of the city on a large property, guests will have plenty of parking space, perfect for workers with large trucks or guests travelling with a trailer! Guests will have exclusive access to the basement suite during their stay.
